Perfect. No files so deactivated the LayerSlider plugin and all is now working ok.

Unfortunately, the new file I was given to roll back to v4.8.1 doesn’t have any files in the ‘static’ folder. Where can I get these missing files from?

The layer slider is not used on our website but the ‘static’ folder is empty.

The issue was the update to v4.8.2 conflicted with the WooCommerce plugin making the website unusable as it look like there was no theme just raw text and links shown. It also messed with the Mega Menu layout. Rolling back to v 4.8.1 has fixed that problem. However, I do now get the following error when editing a page…Failed to load plugin url: https://www.appartonline.co.uk/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/assets/static/admin/js/ls-admin-tinymce.js

IanAll sorted. Website now back online after rolling back to v4.8.1. It seems v4.8.2 has a problem with the WooCommerce plugin.
Anyway, all sorted so many thanks for your help guys.
IanI have same/similar problem, the front end of my website is trashed (so it looks like no template). Trying to isolate the problem I disabled all installed plugins and re-enabled them one at a time and I find that the WooCommerce (v 5.2.2) brings the website down.
I have been using the WooCommerce plugin for some months with no problem.
I am currently using Enfold v 4.8.2.
Can you please offer any advice on how to get this working again.

IanHi Justin, where did you get a copy of version 4.5.7 from? I’d like to do the same and revert back until problems with 4.6 have been resolved.

IanUPDATE: I tried the update to 4.5.3 again today and it has now updated with no errors. No idea what the problem was and I’ve made no changes.
I was having problems with validating the Envato token but I followed Yigit’s suggestion about trying in ‘incognito mode’ and it worked first time :-)

Downgraded to 4.2.4 and website now back online. A few tweaks required to menus and widgets to get it looking like it was but all working ok.
One happy camper :-)

Reading some of the other posts it looks like kriesi is more interested in getting us to test the problem for them rather than giving us a quick fix… quality!!

This seems to be an ongoing problem that I’m also having trouble with. Not sure how long it will take to resolve… in my experience it could be some time :-(
In the meantime I’ve uploaded a Maintenance Page plugin, from SeedProd, which gets rid of the white screen. Not ideal but at least you can stick any important weather updates on it… just a thought.
