Yes, I got that in the email from ThemeForest yesterday and have never used this forum.
Really not sure what to do but need to get in!Wanted to note that I am experiencing the same issue with a submenu. It worked perfectly before the most recent update – however, now clicking the top level menu item on the mobile menu does not show the submenu as before… now nothing happens I changed my menu options so that the submenu is always visible – that is the only way I could make it work. It’s not the function I want for my mobile menu, so I’d like to know when to expect a fix.
One of my clients is also having the same problem. The mobile submenu was working perfectly until the update. Any ETA on a fix?
Please help!! I’m having the same issue. I have un-installed all new plugins and it is still happening. It happened on page titled “Easter” and “Austin” multiple times. It happens either when hitting “Preview” or after hitting “Update” and “View” then only the header remains. Some pages with Special Headings are fine while others are note. I’ve lost four days of work and am on a tight deadline for this site.

I tried clearing the browser cache and reposting. Same issue. Then I tried a different browser altogether and STILL had the same problem. Any other ideas?I am having the same problem. The preview sharing photo looks correct, but when it is posted to Facebook it shows the wrong photo. I tried installing WordPress SEO and checking “Open Graph meta data” but it did not solve the problem. You can try this out yourself at:

I have tried deactivating plugins, adding WordPress SEO plugin and checking “Open Graph meta data”. This seems to be a problem that others are having as well… any further suggestions? Thanks!
Thanks for trying, Peter. I’m not surprised you couldn’t reproduce the issue on your PC, as the problem I’m having is only on Safari on the Mac (every other browser, computer, ios seems to work fine). It’s not a cache issue, as I’ve replicated it across different Macs including my own.
Kriesu – when I’ve tried to isolate the problem it seems to be tied to the classes “av_font_icon avia-icon-pos-left”. Our site is heavy with social media links (one of the reasons I loved your theme with its fonticon shortcode), and the client’s office is full of Macs running Safari, so I’d appreciate any help.
Hi, Ismael. Nope, no page redirects. And some of the anchors (and even some of the iconfonts) links work, so it’s a peculiar issue.
On this test page, you can see that the anchor link for the “back to top” works, as well as the social media links in the header, BUT the iconfont links in the main content area do not:

I was able to do this by deleting this line in header.php:
if(strpos($headerS,’social_header’) !== false)
Essentially, it forces the social header to show regardless of which header you choose in the theme settings.
