I’m using Google Chrome, there it does not work. In Mac Safari it works. I didn’t try Firefox, IE and Edge yet, I will test them later this day.

Thanks for your reply. I already installed the plugin ‘Simple Image Sizes’ and it works fine. However it’s an extra plugin, and it’s not tested with the latest version of WP. It would be a nice-to-have feature if this could be configured directly within Enfold.

Thank you for your reply, but how do I do that? In the Footer configuration section there’s only a checkbox to place them in the socket, not in the footer. It would be nice if there was a widget type ‘Enfold Social Media icons’

How stupid of me, it was indeed the Maintenance mode checkbox in the general Enfold options. I completely overlooked that option.

Thanks for your answer. Great, it does look just fine right now :-). If I may offer a suggestion: maybe the developers can look into it to have the vertical timeline react like this by default on smaller screens, for otherwise it isn’t very usable.

- . They simply disappear when you resize the browser to a smaller size. Do you have an idea how to get them back?

I have exactly the same problem and questions as Tess. My video is also not showing in popup lightbox, only the featured image. I don’t want a featured image: the portfolio grid element should just show the Youtube videoframe, but I don’t know if that’s possible?. So, I’m also not sure if my defined portfolio-item is correct. You said you changed the Youtube url format to the one the Lightbox recognizes? What is the correct Youtube format we should use? Can you please have a look at my portfolio, too? I’ll put the login credentials in a private content.

Roger@fottaviano89: Why can’t you access via FTP? You should definitely talk to your provider tomorrow, for you seem to have a couple of server- or administration-related problems.
@fottaviano89: I have no idea about this. Just go ahead and install Kriesi’s hotfix header.php.

I’m nou familiar with CPanel, I guess you should contact and ask your provider.
In the meantime, you can use the following workaround, which worked for me:
Replace the file header.php ( htdocs/wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php ) with this one:
https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_2_6/header.php
This should solve the problem for now. But with the next update you might encounter similar problems, so please ask your provider how to set the PHP version to 7.2 (or 5.6).

With PHP 7.2 it works indeed.
For the one PHP 5.4 customer, I used the hotfix which is working fine!

I commented out line 6, and now the site is functioning again, however there’s an issue now with the sticky menu bar.
Can you please restory/fix the issue in header.php?? The production site of my customer is all day down already :-(

I activated this, now the site returns this error:

After enabling debug-mode, the sites shows only this error message:

@rikard Thanks for your answer and suggestion. Do you mean the Layer Slider WP? I’m not using that in this site. I don’t know how / where to turn it off?
