I don’t get any error messages. It just continues to spin.
As for the PHP version, I am currently running on 7.0I had a problem similar to this one. I had a form that wouldn’t send to my work email, but was able to go through to my gmail. I was able to fix it by calling GoDaddy.
What they did was:
1. Go to the cPanel.
2. Scroll to the Email Sectioin
3. Click on MX Entry
4. Select your Domain
5. Click on Remote Mail Exchanger
6. Click ChangeAnd that should do it, but if you don’t want to do it yourself, just call GoDaddy.

I had the same problem one time when I updated through WordPress. What I did to solve this was by replacing the enfold theme with the new version through FTP.
