I’ve created an image without the code added and one with the code added. The one with shows the menu text is a bit smaller: https://img.savvyify.com/image/With-the-mobile-code-added.y87yl
https://img.savvyify.com/image/Without-the-mobile-code-added.y8Gd1How can I check the Accessibility Tools plugin settings?
Thanks!
I noticed that everything on my website has now gotten smaller. I only need the horizontal gallery to fit properly in a mobile view however the code I added is affecting the entire site. Is there something that I’m missing? The code I inserted is:
/*
Mobile Styles
================================================== */
/* Note: Add new css to the media query below that you want to only effect the Mobile and Tablet Portrait view */@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
/* Add your Mobile Styles here */
.responsive .av-horizontal-gallery-fullwidth .av-horizontal-gallery-wrap {
max-width: 100vw;
width: 100%;
height: 300px;
}.responsive .av-horizontal-gallery-img {
object-fit: contain;
}.responsive .av-horizontal-gallery-inner {
min-height: 300px;
}
}Do I add this entire code including messages? I added all of it in custom css and I’m still seeing the third slide cropped. I don’t see the image sample you are showing.
Hi-
I’m having a hard time figuring out how to send you a link that doesn’t require a password. Instead I added a horizontal gallery to my own website using the same settings on my client’s website. You can see the vertical photos are cut off when displayed on a mobile view, yet when viewed on a desktop there is no cropping.For now, I’ve disabled the view of the horizontal gallery on my clients’ website when viewed on a mobile device. However she is asking if there’s anyway to display the horizontal gallery without any photos being cut off when viewed on a mobile phone.
Thanks!
OK! I’ve created a TEST page and will add the information in the Private Content.
Thanks so much,
ErinPerfect. Thank you!
Perfect! Thank you :) All set.
ErinThanks for your response! I don’t know why the page showed like that. I’m sorry for the confusion. I received a response to this that has worked for me. Thanks for your help!!
Thank you! This worked. I’ll do this to the other fields in the column. I appreciate your help!!
ErinThanks for this! I’d tried the “i” tag and it didn’t work. However the “em” tag did.
Appreciate the help!

Please disregard this ticket. I was able to fix it :)
Thank you! I’m surprised I didn’t realize those settings were there. Perfect. You can close this ticket. Thanks again!
Erin

I did update the theme files. I must be having a cache issue. I thought I cleared it but I’m still seeing a critical error message on my desktop but the site is loading on my phone. Looks like your tip saved the day :) Thank you!
Erin
I actually didn’t make any changes to the theme files. My hosting company made a backup of the site and when I went to restore the site from their backup, all these problems happened. I’m hoping replacing the theme files with new ones will fix it.
Thank you!
ErinI can cancel this. Looks like there were WordPress updates happening that conflicted with the theme but all is well now.
ErinHi-
Thing is there were no emails in junk or trash. We just didn’t receive them at all. However we received other submissions. Like I said it was very sporadic. A part of me wonders if it was a user error since the form itself was working. I just went ahead and used a plugin that stores submissions so we have a backup in case someone contacts us saying they submitted an application but never heard back.Thank you so much for your help!
Erin
Thank you! What is so strange is some emails come in while others don’t. There are 2 emails connected to receive the submissions. One is a domain email and the other is a gmail email. I just went ahead and used a third party plugin and so far it’s working well. Thank you for your time and assitance.
Erin
Thank you! That works.
ErinActually I found an old forum question that answered this for me :) I’m all set.
Erin
Please close. Thank you.
That works. Thank you!
iPhone 11. We can close this out. It’s apparent it’s not an issue with the gallery since you see it fine. Thanks for your help!
Could it be phone settings that are making the gallery display differently? If you’re seeing everything properly displayed on the mobile view, I’m assuming it might be the phone. I don’t know what else could be the issue.
It’s only on the mobile view. The desktop view displays fine.
Uploaded images attached.
Yes. How should I upload the screenshots?
Thank you!! This worked.
