Wonderful thank you very much!

This reply has been marked as private.Although I have recently reset it to the stretched layout, because when using a background image for the boxed layout and setting it at center top, it does not actually center at top center.
Why was this discussion closed? I was still trying to fix this issue, and just changed it back to stretched for the time being…

This reply has been marked as private.Yes. Unfortunately, the image still does not center at the top…
I’ve actually just removed the image from that first slide, but now it’s just the gray container background…
Thanks Ismael,
I added those lines but it didn’t change anything. Please see this screenshot:
So essentially I’m going to just keep the text on that first slide, and hope that the first slide can be completely transparent and show the background image instead (which is the same image that the slide has right now, but is misaligned every time the aspect ratio is changed).
Thanks
I just realized. This would change the style for every accordion, not just on the one I want to include on the homepage?
Thank you!
Thank you that worked perfectly!
So how do I make the container background transparent?

That’s fairly disappointing. The LayerSlider is one of my favorite features of the theme, and it seemed to work fine for the demo that came with it.
I don’t understand why the text boxes on the left side in the demo rendered just fine, but as soon as I changed the text in them, they no longer aligned correctly (and I admit this might be a coding error on my part).
I get that pictures overlapping can cause some issues – but what about the timing? I set the times so that they disappear before another set appears, yet that’s not how the slider renders.
Thanks

Is there any resource you can point me to where I can dig a bit deeper about achieving my goal?
Thanks

Although that plug-in is very interesting, I’m not sure that’s what I’m going to need.
Here’s the site http://dev2.israeliconference.net/
You can see the main content background color is #fdf5d1. Instead of a color, I’d prefer it to be a scrolling background image, just like one you can include if you have a boxed layout rather than stretched one.
So there’s no way to make one of the slides in the Advanced Layer Slider transparent?
Hmm…it doesn’t look like it’s possible to put an Advanced Layer Slider into a color section?
James you are a genius. Thank you very much!
This reply has been marked as private. So I just had to create a new page for it to work or what?
Thanks again!
I just realized though. Those are portfolio items, not blog items…
