I haven’t changed anything in the database but I was wondering if that was the problem. The only thing I could think of is that this issue could have something to do with the fact that the domain name was changed for this site from sogandb.com to sogandbahram.com. So I installed the search and replace plugin to see if there was anything with sogandb.com leftover in the database. But when I try to use the Search and Replace to search for sogandb.com I get all sorts of warnings and fatal error messages. If you try the Search and Replace yourself you will see what I mean I think.

I am using 4.8.8. I have tried the same set up – ie using 4.8.8 with exactly the same host and hosting package – and it is working fine and this one was working fine too until suddenly it wasn’t.

If you go to the link in private content you should see an example of a column with the Box Shadow ticked in Styling. That’s great, but if I wanted to change the default box-shadow that gets applied, e.g. to something like this:

box-shadow: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.25) 0px 54px 55px, rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.12) 0px -12px 30px, rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.12) 0px 4px 6px, rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.17) 0px 12px 13px, rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.09) 0px -3px 5px;

how would I do that?

I’ve been using PHP 7.3 – it was 7.4 but I switched to no effect. I’ve done the Zip extension to no effect either. I do appreciate you looking at this and I know how good the quality of support is from you guys so if you can’t find anything I’m at a loss now so I think all that’s left is to reinstall woocommerce, as you say.

Thanks for spotting that. It seems to have made things work with accessing pages to edit but I am still getting a problem with the WooCommerce products page, which still won’t load to edit.

Yes, that was happening to me too. I went to the host first before coming to you and they couldn’t see any server issue having looked at the error logs – they suggested it could be a conflict between plugin and theme. I have included the error logs from today, 15th, in the private content – I hope that is some use.
