Hello Ismael,
Thanks for the script, which is working on my end (safari and chrome)But I still have trouble with the tab section elements on the mobile view…
The background and the tab itself doesn’t show correctly when I move it sidewards. You always see a small part of the next section:
Is there something to fix that?
Thanks, Enrico
September 4, 2017 at 10:07 am in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #847630Hello Ismael,
Thanks for the trial, but this CSS code doesn’t has any influence to the issue with the two rows. Is there anything else I could do?
Thanks, EnricoSeptember 4, 2017 at 8:26 am in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #847557Hello Ismael,
Thanks for your support. Right now the pictures are shown on mobile view with your CSS code.
But the break down to a new line still appears:
How can I prevent this new line?
Thanks, Enrico
September 1, 2017 at 1:55 pm in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #846857Hello,
Once again also something from my side. Everything okay on my desktop computer. But I just tested the page on my iphone (with Safari) and unfortunately the tab section doesn’t work as it should.
The bg images are not shown (none of them) and the tab row is broken down into two lines, which looks not really nice:
Is there any final solution for this issue?
Thanks, Enrico

.av-layout-tab { background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.7) !important; background-blend-mode: overlay; }

Hello Victoria,
Thanks for the code, but I was actually asking for the background of the content area, not the arrow.
And as I mentioned, when I set the bg color to #ffffff AND using a bg image and then setting the opacity of the bg image to whatever, 0.5, then I’m not having #ffffff as the bg color, but #333333.Thanks, Enrico
August 17, 2017 at 8:23 pm in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #840601Thanks Guenni007, but you are refering to the tabs, but not the latest feature of the tab sections.
And I’m still trying to get the images “fixed” in the section. Does the enfold team has any other idea?August 17, 2017 at 1:09 pm in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #840363Well, I’m trying to give the tab content a bg image, which is “fixed”, this doesn’t work.
It would be perfect, if I could apply the bg image to the whole tab section (the same image for tab heading and the content), but I was told that this won’t work.August 17, 2017 at 12:03 pm in reply to: TAB SECTION: background image opacity AND tab arrow #840348Hello,
unfortunately I’m not able to set a color for the background. As I mentioned, if I set it, nothing changes. The background is always set to the standard background for an alternate section (which is #333333 in my case). It would be nice if you can advice how to proceed with your suggestion.
Thanks a lot, Enrico
August 17, 2017 at 11:43 am in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #840345Sorry, but this is not working. There is no change on the appearance. When I set the images to “fixed”, only the first one is visible, all the others are not appearing.
What can I do? I really need to fix this for my customer.
Thanks, Enrico
You need to login first, because the page is still private and not public.
Login first with this link: https://mike-hofmann.com/wp-admin/Thank you can use the link above.
Thanks, Enrico
Thank you Mike. But how about the second question. Is there a way to solve this?
Thanks, EnricoThanks for help. Now its nearly okay, but the close (X) on the mobile menu doesn’t appear. I mean the color is still the same as the background, so its not visible.
And the hover color on the frontpage (initial screen) is still dark:
Thanks, Enrico
August 12, 2017 at 7:09 pm in reply to: Individual background images for each tab (tab element) #837991Hello,
I’m having the same issue. I have several tabs and I use different background images on each tab. I’m using the option “fixed” for the image.
This works fine for the first tab, but no image is shown on the other tabs. I also tried the above mentioned code:.av-layout-tab { background-attachment: initial !important; }
This code works, but the image is not fixed anymore, but scrolls down with the page, which I doesn’t want.
Do you already have any solution for this issue? I need to solve this asap.
Thanks, Enrico
No, it doesn’t work, because then I’m getting #fff all the time, which I do not want when I scroll down the page.
What did you change on the last update? I’m using the child theme with my own css, which was working fine, but it seams that you changed the name of some classes…?Maybe you can have a look again?
Thanks, Enrico
Well, thanks for your answers.
I added the code for the mobile menu, the menu items appears, but the close (X) doesn’t appear.for the desktop version: Yes there was a cache issue with Chrome, but its still not as it was before. Right now it looks like this:
The active page item is not readable. It should be white, not gray.
Why did this happen after an update? I hope I wont have issues like this on further updates :(
Thanks for help.
EnricoThis is when the page loads:
When I scroll down the page, it looks like this:
Also the a:hover color is not correct anymore when the page is scrolled down. When you hover the link, the color changes to white, so its not readable anymore.
This was not the case before the theme update.Could you check on this please?
Thanks, Enrico- This reply was modified 7 years, 4 months ago by enricobaumgart.
Okay, that solved the issue. Thanks, Enrico
Well, Andy, this is what you already wrote me on March 24th.
I cleared the cache, then deactivated everything, the issue remains.I hope to get this done pretty soon. I’m curious what you thought would cause this issue on Kriesi’s post of March 16th…? I was told that the issue could be reproduced locally…
You can login and deactivate and activate what you like as long as you change it back to the latest status.
Thanks, Enrico
Hello,
I just changed the credentials, please find the new login in the privat content of this post.I tested with all plugins deactivated and I cleared browser and server cache before I tested it. But there is no change.
regards
EnricoHello,
Thanks for your reply. I just updated to enfold 4.0.3. But the issue still exists.
What is the root cause of this problem? I understood that you could reproduce it.Thanks, Enrico
Hello Ismael,
Please find the FAT data in the privat area.I’m using the enfold-child. And the only file, which I modified is the “class-form-generator.php”.
Best regards
EnricoHello,
well, I really like the enfold theme and your support. But sometimes I really don’t know what to say…Maybe I summarize the last 4 weeks:
1. I got the problem with the pagination on our blog page on our OLD hosting provider.
2. After we moved to our new provider, the problem still exists
3. We made a reinstallation for wordpress & enfold –> the problem still exists
4. We deactivated all plugins (incl. caching plugins – we are using wp-rocket) –> the problem still existsYes, if I use a fresh wordpress with a fresh enfold (on a local test server), the pagination works for some test pages, but thats the reason I’m asking the question in this support forum, because we don’t have any further ideas. And we thought you maybe have some tools to analyse this issue on an easy way.
I’d appreciate if you could have a look on it.
Thanks & best regards
EnricoNo, the issue exists and I do not have an idea where it comes from.
I just made a clean installation for the test which was recommended by Basilis. But the issue here https://mike-hofmann.com/portfolio-item/rechtsschutz-rechtssicherheit-vollmachten/ still exists.
I hope you could have a look on it. Because I already made a new installation of nearly everything.
Thanks, Enrico
Hello Basilis,
I just tried and found out that a different installation is working. I just installed a fresh wordpress and the theme, nothing else.I moves a week ago to my new server, but the problem occurred on the old one as well as on the new server.
Thanks, Enrico
Hallo,
Sorry but this didn’t help. I deleted all theme files and uploaded a fresh download from themeforest. But the result is the same.
I really need to solve this issue asap. Do you have any other ideas? Thanks, Enrico
So, if anybody will meet this issue, I’ve the solution.
The problem comes from the memory limit:Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 104857600 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 92 bytes) in /var/www/web2045/html/xyz/wp-content/plugins/revslider/includes/slide.class.php on line 53
There is a way to increase the memory limit:
https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/increasing-the-wordpress-memory-limit/But you should contact your host in order to get information about the max memory limit on your server…
