    It seems perfect!

    Thanks very much for your help

    Hi, Nikko
    Thanks for your fast and precise answer, I appreciate your reactivity!

    I tried adding the code you provided, it solves half of the problem: it does make the boxes narrower but also creates a second or even a third line if the text is too long. The problem is, the space between the 2 lines is much too wide and the second line drops far down below, under the black horizontal line. How can we reduce the space between 2 lines of text?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,

    Hi, Rikard

    Sorry I bothered you with my lasting problem.

    I eventually found the (apparent) source of my problem, a conflict with the Yoast plugin. One deactivated, everything is back to normal.

    Let’s keep it this way and thanks for your patience.

    Hi, Rikard

    Thanks for this first answer? Please find below the website’s URL and the categories’ URL appearing blank. The problem seems to lie with the categories and sub-categories, although they are not empty.

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,
    Thanks for your answer.

    Sorry to insist, but I don’t get the support I’m expecting from you people. Could you please:
    – explain specifically the setting I should choose to get the proper size ansd the proper resolution. What I’m getting now are images fitting the layer box but completely blurred and this is not acceptable, especially as everything was fine before the latest upgrade;
    – tell me what are the diffrences between inherit, auto, cover, contain and stretch / how does that wordk between size and position.

    Thanks, have a nice day

    Sorry, my mistake!

    Try again with the credentials below (I’ve checked and it works).

    My main problem now: how can i control the display of the pictures in the main slider and not have what I get now: badly centered pictures with a blurred effect. Any control on the zoom in/zoom out of these pictures in the options ?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,
    Thanks for your answer.
    I did change the credentials yesterday as I saw some entering the site from Kiev, Ukraine, and I did not know whether it was a hacker or not!
    Concerning your tips, I don’t know what you mean by “toggling the options”. Could you please be more specific?
    My main problems:
    – getting proper resolution for the images shown in LayerSlider;
    – getting proper focus (controling it) in LayerSider;
    – understanding how the LayerSlider works.

    Please find below new credentials.
    Thanks for your help

    in reply to: HomePage – Troublesome LayerSlider… #772861

    Hi again,
    Things are getting worse: I cannot get my hand on the layerslider, it shows previews which are not respected on the homepage.

    My main problems as of now: getting images neat with no blurring effect; centering images as I want… and understanding how this damn slider works…

    The documentation cannot really help: i went through it but could not fin answers to my problem. Besides, it’s in English and technical, a double difficulty for us, non-English speakers.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Hi,
    I can see someone today has tried to solve my problem with LayerSlider… but did not do it properly.

    The screen has indeed been reduced but in tne process, my images have been grossly enlarged: they are now blurred and badly cropped.

    Could you please manage to fix that and do it properly? Blurred and badly cropped images are bad… for my image.

    One last question: what was/is the problem? I was so far very satisfied with your theme but these latest trouble, inherent with the latest updates, are really disappointing;

    Hope you will sort this out quickly, thanks for your help

    All right, sorry about that.

    Could you please try with these other credentials (see below)? I’ve just checked them and they are OK.

    Have you had my latest mail with my credentials? Doesn’t look like it as I can’t find any trace of it in my account.

    Here it comes again (see below).

    Thanks for your help.

    Hi,
    Thanks for your help.
    The plugin is indeed very efficient.
    I still have some difficulties removing certains viruses and malwares stuck into Enfold elements, and in particular in Avia Fusion Builder? Could you help me solve that problem?
    Thanks for your help

    Hi, Andy

    Thanks for your answers.

    I tried some of your suggestions. I deactivated some plugins which were not essential and whose deactivation will not affect my website, cleared my browser cache, hard refreshed the site. No success so far.

    OK to do your testing in order to solve the problem, hope it will not affect my homepage and the site itself.

    Thanks for your help.

    in reply to: Avia Builder refusing to save changes #701218

    Hi,
    Thanks for having a look at it.

    My problem was indeed with the homepage: when trying to insert a bigger number of articles in the Magazine sections below the main slider (Création de sites web, Publications de guides), the Magazine module does not accept to save the change I want to implement (moving from 5 to 6 articles displayed).

    Hope we’ll soon find the solution!

    Cheers

    Hi,
    I increased the memory limit to 512 M0, the site works faster but I still cannot use Avia Builder properly.

    The account I created for you is normally valid. Please find below you login and a new password, I approved them.

    I don’t know where and how to check the open html markup in the builder (beyond my competence…). Can you be more explicit? Is there any way of getting an brand new Avia Builder plugin?

    Thanks for your help

    Hi,
    I change the CHMOD and checked tje memory limit – set at 256 M.

    Still no difference… How far can I increase the memory limit? What is the necessary limit?

    Thanks for your help

    in reply to: Showing site title below the logo #542789

    Hi, again
    I temporarily removed the “logo img” code you inserted and it came back to normal.
    I’ll wait for your detailed answer to see with you what I should do.
    Good night

    in reply to: Showing site title below the logo #542782

    Hi, Yigit

    Thanks for your help… but the solution is not satisfactory at all for me.

    First, it reduces my logo to much and it should stay at the previous size;

    Second, when I scroll the home page, the logo overlaps the sub text!

    I found the place where you inserted the code above (Quick CSS) but where did you inserted the rest?

    Thanks for answering as soon as you can as I can’t leave the home page as it is now.

    Take care, cheers
