Hi trackvets!
Thanks for using Enfold.
Are you using the latest version 3.0.4? If not then be sure to update, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/. Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
If your still having problems then send us a link and we’ll take a look.
Best regards,
ElliottHey ronmccoy100!
Add this to your custom CSS.
.slide-meta .slide-meta-del, .slide-meta .slide-meta-comments { display: none !important; }
Best regards,
ElliottHi agiombetti!
I don’t see any paypal buttons in your cart. Can you send us a link to the exact page where your seeing the button? Do you mean the option to pay with paypal in your checkout?
As for freelancers I would take a look here, http://www.woothemes.com/affiliated-woo-workers/.

ElliottNovember 26, 2014 at 5:17 pm in reply to: Enfold and Bulk Photo to Product Importer Extension for WooCommerce #358366Hey!
It looks like it’s still happening with the default theme.
"NetworkError: 404 Not Found - /wp-content/plugins/free-bulk-photo-to-product-importer-extension-for-woocommerce/assets/css/chosen.min.css?ver=4.0.1" chosen....r=4.0.1 "NetworkError: 404 Not Found - /wp-content/plugins/free-bulk-photo-to-product-importer-extension-for-woocommerce/assets/js/chosen.jquery.min.js?ver=4.0.1"
I would try contacting the plugin author to see if he has any idea on what it could be.
Cheers!
ElliottHi Stefano!
Please see here, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/share-icons-on-pages-and-portfolio-items/. That will add the social buttons to the portfolio single post view.

I checked your end year promo page and I see a lot of paragraphs but they are all added inside codeblock elements and they all have text inside so they appear to be intentional. Can you take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing so we can get a better idea?
Best regards,
ElliottHi UplevelYou!
The problem is the images your using inside the color sections. What I would do is set the image as the color section background instead. Or you can try using this custom CSS.
.avia-section .avia_image { width: 100% !important; }
Cheers!
ElliottNovember 26, 2014 at 4:38 pm in reply to: Mobile responsive Logo area does not match the below scrolling sections #358341Hi!
The logo image your using is the same size. You’ll need to upload a bigger logo (I would try double the size). It should still fit inside the area but on retina screens it will look sharper because the image is bigger.
Cheers!
ElliottHey D5WDesignGroup!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #advanced_menu_toggle:before { position: relative; top: 10px; } }
You may need to play around with the 767 value so it only targets the screen width your using.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
Make sure to use the “Enfold Child Latest News” widget instead of the default WordPress “Recent Posts” widget.

They are displaying right next to each other on my end. Try clearing your browser cache. If your still having problems then take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing.

@vidaelf, This user was having the same error, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/no-preview-in-layerslider-2/#post-356815.Regards,
Elliott- This reply was modified 10 years ago by Elliott.
Hi!
Alrighty it looks ok now. It looks like you didn’t have any posts created so I deleted the default, “Hello World” post that gets added when you install WordPress and then created a test post and the error goes away.
Not sure if we can qualify this as an actual bug or not because it’s only going to effect certain users.
Best regards,
ElliottHi!
Your getting some weird javascript errors.
SyntaxError: syntax error window.lsPostsJSON = <br /> admin.p...it&id=1 (line 1355, col 21) 2 TypeError: posts is undefined var post = posts[postOffset];
The error says something about there being an invalid UTF-8 sequence in the JSON response. Not really sure what it could mean other than your using some weird characters somewhere.
EDIT: This user is getting the same error as you, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/layerslider-php-errors-crashing-wordpress-please-help/.

Hey!
Unfortunately you cannot do that with just CSS and the cart gets added in via AJAX so the scripting is going to be complex. Feel free to request this feature here though, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/.

It looks like you have the latest version currently activated but I don’t see the error anywhere. Take a screenshot of what your seeing.

ElliottNovember 25, 2014 at 11:59 pm in reply to: Firefox: Erratic/jumpy portfolio sorting animation #358042Hi!
I think it’s a CSS issue but I couldn’t pinpoint where it was coming from. Try creating a copy of your custom CSS and then remove it to see if it goes away.
Also be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.

Hi Jason!
Change it to this.
/*rounded corners of signup dropdown*/ .header_color ul { border-radius:25px; }
Regards,
ElliottHey!
I don’t remember. Perhaps it was one of the plugins.
Let us know if you have any other questions.

I’m sorry but I’m not sure I understand. I noticed that your LayerSlider is not displaying on mobiles though. Are you wanting it to display on mobiles? If so then make sure the “Hide on Mobile” option is not turned on in the slider settings.
Otherwise take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Regards,
ElliottHey elmanisero!
I’m sorry but I don’t see an easy way of fixing that. It’s just a browser quirk (are you using Firefox?). If you use Chrome you’ll see that it aligns to the right instead. It’s just how the browser handles select fields.
It’s not visible to your visitors though so you don’t have to worry about that.
Cheers!

November 25, 2014 at 11:19 pm in reply to: URGENT: Masonry gallery Problem with Display title and caption in Enfold v.3.02 #358024Hi!
I’ll flag this for the rest of our team to take a look but I want to urge you not to use pirated copies. It’s common for people to change the code to steal your passwords, insert spyware, etc etc.
Regards,
ElliottHi kriru!
It looks like the problem is only on page 2. Does the paging work properly when you deactivate all plugins?
If your using a plugin for the page links then try this out instead to see what happens, http://codex.wordpress.org/Styling_Page-Links. It seems to work fine on my XAMPP setup.
Cheers!

Hi Marcus M.!
Try changing line 772 in /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow.php from this.
if(trim($title) != "") $title = "<h2 {$title_styling} class='avia-caption-title' $markup_name>".trim(apply_filters('avf_slideshow_title', $title))."</h2>";
To this.
if(trim($title) != "") $title = "<span {$title_styling} class='avia-caption-title' $markup_name>".trim(apply_filters('avf_slideshow_title', $title))."</span>";
And then add this to your custom CSS.
.avia-caption-title { font-size: 20px; }
Regards,
ElliottHey!
Unfortunately it would be kind of difficult to change that. What I would do is if you need to use the WYSIWYG then drag a text block over and add all of your content and then copy it and paste it into a codeblock element.
Best regards,
ElliottHey Patrick!
Unfortunately the google maps were not meant to be used with the sliders and it would take a lot of time and code to enable that functionality so it would have to be considered custom work.
What you can do is add your text into a marker in the google map. When you click on a marker there will be a small tooltip that displays where you can add HTML.
Cheers!
ElliottHi jruizmatrix!
It looks like you have the page translated so not sure what it could be off the top of my head. First off try deactivating all of your plugins except for WPML and see if the page displays correctly in both languages. If it does then reactivate your plugins one by one to see which one is causing the problem.
Another thing to try is to create a backup of your .htaccess file, delete it, and then refresh your permalinks in Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks.

Hi takingaction!
I couldn’t really tell from your screencast because your screencast was so large I had to scroll around to see everything. Your using a pretty large resolution?
It looks fine on my end. I noticed your using a lot of images so perhaps they did not download all the way when you started scrolling? Does it happen still if you wait at the top for your slideshow to load before scrolling? If you don’t mind let’s get some more information.
1. Your resolution.
2. Operating System.
3. Browser and version.Regards,
ElliottHi!
It looks like your getting a few errors.
ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined (function(e,t){function i(t,i){var a,n,r,o=t.nodeName.toLowerCase();return"area"... load-sc...r=4.0.1 (line 4, col 1) TypeError: e.ui is undefined (function(e){e.widget("ui.draggable",e.ui.mouse,{version:"1.10.4",widgetEventPre... load-sc...r=4.0.1 (line 4, col 13) ReferenceError: wp is not defined var $body = $("body"), file_frame = [], media = wp.media,
Make sure to deactivate all plugins while testing.
Let’s try creating a backup and completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory and then download + upload a fresh copy from themeforest.

ElliottNovember 25, 2014 at 9:47 pm in reply to: Contact Form changes email with Email Protection Code… #357964Hey Khanh Hong!
Is this code for protecting your email from robots? If so then it should only be used when your actually listing the email on your site and not with a contact form. Does cloudflare have a setting where you can turn this off? It seems weird that they would be changing it automatically when you update the post.
I think you will need to contact cloudflare about this. If they don’t have a setting then they probably have a filter you can turn off.
