January 27, 2015 at 5:28 pm in reply to: Enfold main menuitem stay hoovered and changing open direction of the submenu #386392
Hi!
@webdevsd, It seems to be working fine on my end. When I hover over your main level links their style changes and it stays changed while I hover over the sub menu items.Try clearing your browser cache. If it’s still not working then take a screenshot and highlight exactly what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Best regards,
ElliottHi!
Send us a link and we’ll take a look. You can set your reply as private if you wish.

ElliottHi voice903fm!
You can display the title and excerpt with the Masonry shortcode but there is no option for a read more button. You’ll want to use the Blog Posts shortcode instead and set it’s style to grid.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
I would try using the Masonry element like _urban_ suggested, http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/portfolio/masonry-portfolio/. It has the zoom in effect your wanting.
You can set a 1px gap, large gap, or no gap between the items. It sounds like your wanting to use the no gap setting.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
It’s working on my end as well though a little jumpy. Try deactivating all plugins and update to the latest version of Enfold, your currently on 3.0.5.

ElliottHey Kindbowebb!
You have inline CSS applied to the texts in the LayerSlider. Try removing the inline CSS.

ElliottJanuary 26, 2015 at 11:19 pm in reply to: How to hide Content elements in Avia Layout Builder? #385920Hey Sowmedia!
You can add some CSS in /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/assets/css/avia-builder.css. For example here is some CSS to hide the button element.
a[href="#avia_sc_button"] { display: none; }Though I’m not sure why you would want to do this.
Cheers!
ElliottHi MaxJulian!
Your text looks fine on my end. It’s wrapping the correct way.
The only problem I see is that it uses the full length of the header so the responsive menu button displays over it. You can shorten the area a bit with this CSS.
.responsive #header_main .inner-container { width: 80% !important; }This will make it so the text does not display behind the menu button and will still be readable on small screens.

Did you check your server error logs for any useful information?
If you have a backup then you can reload that and then send us a WordPress login if your still having the strange pause.
I would try contacting your hosting provider and let them know about this to see if they have any idea on what could be going on.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
You need to update WordPress and Enfold to their latest versions.
I think if you add your CSS in Dashboard > Enfold > General Styling > Quick CSS you will find it works but I cannot find the element your referring to now or the page ID so send us a link to the exact page and take a screenshot highlighting what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.

Hey!
I edited your Footer menu. It didn’t have any links set to it so I added two and saved and it’s displaying fine.
Try clearing your browser cache or try editing in a different browser.
Cheers!

Hi rpl_admin!
I’m not really sure what you mean. Can you send us a link and take a screenshot highlighting what your trying to do?

ElliottJanuary 26, 2015 at 10:48 pm in reply to: LayerSlider WP scaling on responsive and background video letterbox issue #385900Hi!
1. + 3. + 4. I’m not seeing them on my end. What browser, version, and operating system are you using?
2. I don’t think it’s going to be possible to set the height to a percentage. If you set the LayerSlider to be responsive then the height will automatically scale depending on the size of your screen though.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
I just checked your site again but it’s not happening for me anymore. Try clearing your browser cache and check again.
Cheers!
ElliottHi webdevsd!
It’s just an H4 but you can do it with the special heading element as well.

ElliottJanuary 26, 2015 at 10:28 pm in reply to: How can I make a separate landing page for ONLY new visitors? #385892Hey Apollo87!
That is most likely going to take a lot of time and code to implement so it would have to be considered custom work.
I don’t know of any plugins that I can recommend for this. It sounds pretty specific so I’m not sure if there would be something out there for it.

ElliottJanuary 26, 2015 at 10:24 pm in reply to: How can I get the desktop & mobile version to look the same? #385887Hi!
It looks like your using an H1 and then some inline CSS on a span inside it.
<h1><span style="color: #ffffff; font-size: 45px; line-height: 100px; font-family: 'Lato',sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-weight: 300;">Our Clients Realize Hard ROI From Smart Glasses</span></h1>Our responsive CSS is not going to be applied in this case. You’ll want to remove the span and add the CSS to the H1 or just use our special heading element instead. You can style the size, color, etc etc, without having to use custom CSS.
Cheers!

Hey webdevsd!
Your using a special heading there that is centered so it’s subheading will also be centered. If you don’t want it to be centered then remove the sub heading and add a H5 or H6 beneath it.

ElliottHi iHuman!
Follow along with this video, http://vimeo.com/75743285.
Perhaps your trying to unzip the file and then upload it which isn’t the right way. The zip file itself should be uploaded.
Also make sure that your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.0.7.
Cheers!

Hi slipp22!
Drag the icon boxes into a color section and you can then set a background or color to the color section to create that effect.
Cheers!
ElliottHi waveseven!
You could try creating a template instead.

Cheers!
ElliottHi Jason!
I think it’s coming from this CSS.
.responsive #header_main .container { height: auto !important; }Best regards,
ElliottHey!
It sounds like a javascript error but when I checked your link it looked like you had it deactivated.
Let us know what the plugin authors say.
Cheers!
ElliottJanuary 26, 2015 at 10:01 pm in reply to: Masonry element does not display all portfolio items when sorting #385866Hi lidiadepedro!
Unfortunately there is not an easy way to go about that. The sorting is only going to work on the items that are currently in the set.
You would have to have them all display on one page to do what your wanting.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
Can you send us a WordPress login so we can check?
If your using caching plugins then be sure to clear their cache.

ElliottJanuary 26, 2015 at 9:56 pm in reply to: 3 or more buttons possible in full width easy slider? #385863Hey David!
We could edit the theme files and include some more but in this case it would be easier to just add the buttons to the caption text option.
You can switch to the default editor and then use the magic wand icon to insert a button and then copy the shortcode and paste that into the caption text option when you edit the slider.
It would look something like this.
[av_button label='Click me' link='' link_target='' size='small' position='center' icon_select='yes' icon_hover='' icon='' color='theme-color' custom_bg='#444444' custom_font='#ffffff']Cheers!
ElliottHi erkuto!
I think the CSS your wanting is this.
.main-title, .main-title a { font-family: verdana !important; }There is no need to use a plugin for changing the fonts though. We already include the google fonts in our settings. You can change the heading fonts in Dashboard > Enfold > Advanced Styling. Or the default fonts for your headings in Dashboard > Enfold > General Styling > Fonts.
Cheers!
ElliottHi Guenter!
The last option should be “No title and no excerpt”.
Cheers!
ElliottHi sevanah!
Add this to the bottom of your functions.php file.
add_action( 'wp_head', 'enfold_customization_add_stuff_to_header' ); function enfold_customization_add_stuff_to_header() { if ( is_page(2) || is_page(3) || is_page(4) ) { echo 'your code here'; } }You can check for certain pages there and then insert some code to display in the header.
Best regards,
ElliottHi jh100!
No, not currently. You will need to use the gallery preview.
If you’d like then request this feature here, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and we may see something get added in a future update.
Cheers!
