Hey!
@profumopuntoit, I checked your portfolio page but your using the Masonry shortcode. For that see here, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-the-sort-order-of-masonry-elements/.
@trevorjohnston, Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.Regards,

ElliottHi crewneck!

ElliottHi elianab!
Try adding this to a codeblock element in the same page.

ElliottJanuary 27, 2015 at 9:08 pm in reply to: 3 or more buttons possible in full width easy slider? #386581Hey!
1. If you add an ID to the color section then you can link to it like so.
<a href = "#yourID">Click me</a>2. + 3. Add this to your custom CSS.
.avia-button { text-decoration: none !important; } .avia-caption-content > *:last-child { display: none !important; }You already have CSS in there to remove the capitalized text but it looks like you typed it out in the editor as all caps.
Cheers!
ElliottHi!
Make sure your using the latest version of Enfold, 3.0.7, and then deactivate all plugins and send us a link and we’ll take a look.
Cheers!
ElliottHey Pablo!
So Filezilla does not give you any messages regarding the file? It just fails to upload?
Not sure what could be going on but it doesn’t really sound like a theme problem. I would try contacting your hosting provider about this to see what they say. Perhaps they have a web based uploader you can try.
You could try posting in the Filezilla support forums as well, https://forum.filezilla-project.org/viewtopic.php?t=16337.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
I set a custom background image in Dashboard > Enfold > General Styling > Body Background and it’s displaying fine. Take a screenshot and highlight what is going on so we can get a better idea.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
You can use our image shortcode and then set the link to your video. The code would look something like this.
[av_image src='http://localhost/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/waterfall-247x300.jpg' attachment='3657' attachment_size='medium' align='center' animation='no-animation' link='manually,http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G0k3kHtyoqc' target='' styling='' caption='' font_size='' appearance='' custom_class=''][/av_image]When the link is set to a youtube or vimeo video then it should open up in the magnific popup.
Best regards,
Elliott-

Hi!
I’m sorry but I do not understand. Is this the same as what your talking about here? https://kriesi.at/support/topic/ajax-portfolio-6/
Send us a WordPress login and highlight in your screenshot exactly what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
Your actually only using one dash. This is your code.
<!–more–>And it should look like this.
<!--more-->You see the difference? Did you try clicking on the button in your WYSIWYG editor to insert it? That will give you the correct code to use or just copy mine and paste it inside the text editor.
Regards,
ElliottHey ProAnts!
Which shortcode are you using? Can you send us a link to your page? You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Best regards,
ElliottHi!
I logged in but you were currently editing the page so I could not edit it.
Also, the way your styling them is not how you should be doing that. Instead of inserting spans and using inline CSS drag a codeblock element to your page and add this inside.
<style type = "text/css"> .avia_ajax_form h3 span, .avia_ajax_form h3 { color: red !important; } </style>Cheers!
ElliottHey!
Hmm, maybe the CSS transform does not work on mobiles. Try changing it to this.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .home #av_section_1 .avia-button, .home #av_section_1 .avia-button-wrap { display: block; position: relative; float: none !important; left: auto; position: relative; } }Cheers!
ElliottHi Rurartenvato!
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
If your still having problems after doing the above two steps then turn on WordPress debugging, http://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress, and send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
Cheers!
ElliottJanuary 27, 2015 at 6:27 pm in reply to: disable the image zooming and highlight effect on portfolio images #386482Hi royaltask!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
.av-masonry-item-with-image, .av-masonry-item-with-image * { transform: none !important; }Cheers!
ElliottHi Franceline!
Check your trash folder to make sure they are not in there already. If they are not then try navigating to Dashboard > Woocommerce > System Status > Tools and click on the “Install Pages” button to add them again.
Regards,
ElliottHey maximondo!
Is this only happening on the homepage? Your using quite a few plugins. Does it happen when they are all deactivated?
Best regards,
ElliottHey s_mike00!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
.slideshow_inner_caption { display: block !important; height: auto !important; position: absolute !important; bottom: 100px !important; right: 100px !important; }Best regards,
ElliottHi bingisser!
I’m not really sure I understand. Your trying to change the sidebar of one of your pages based on if a certain user is logged in?
Can you send us a link to the page so we can get a better idea?
Best regards,
ElliottHey Julie!
Try adding this also.
#top .header-scrolled .menu > li > a { line-height: 80px !important; }I went ahead and replied in the other thread as well.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
Try adding this as well.
#top .header-scrolled .menu > li > a { line-height: 80px !important; }Regards,
ElliottHey crewneck!
It looks like you already have CSS inside your page which is changing the width.
<style type="text/css">#top #wrap_all .avia-gallery-1 .avia-gallery-thumb a{width:25%;}</style>I’m not sure what you mean by your second question. They are all displaying the same size to me so I’ll assume you got this sorted.
Cheers!

ElliottJanuary 27, 2015 at 5:57 pm in reply to: Default Menu from Demo wont go away even though I deleted it… #386433Hi pesichh!
Not sure what’s going on there. None of the menu settings are saving.
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins while testing.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy. Your currently using version 3.0.5 but after doing this step it should say 3.0.7.
Cheers!
ElliottJanuary 27, 2015 at 5:47 pm in reply to: Can I increase the opacity of the bar behind the links in the header #386419Hey trecacreative!
Your talking about the header background? Your code is being applied on your site correctly. If you want to make it more opaque then you need to increase the last value like so.
.header_color .header_bg { background-color: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.9); }Best regards,
ElliottHi Dominique!
Which shortcode are you using? If it’s the regular image shortcode then add this to your custom CSS.
.avia_image .image-overlay { display: none !important; }Best regards,
ElliottJanuary 27, 2015 at 5:42 pm in reply to: Color-Section – Browser Height Calculation in Chrome Browsers #386408Hey bholbein!
I viewed your link but I’m not sure I understand what’s going on. I didn’t see any search fields anywhere and the color sections appeared to display fine.
Can you take a screenshot and highlight what is going on? You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Cheers!
ElliottHey elianab!
First off do this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/.
And then add a class of “iconbox1”, “iconbox2”, etc etc, to the iconbox elements in your page.
And then add this to your custom CSS.
.iconbox1 .iconbox_icon:before { content: "1" !important; } .iconbox2 .iconbox_icon:before{ content: "2" !important; } .iconbox3 .iconbox_icon:before{ content: "3" !important; }Best regards,
Elliott -
