Hey Erin!
I checked your link but I do not see what your talking about. You do not have a footer in your source code it looks like so perhaps you did some customizations and now you want to revert back to the original theme?
If so then just download a fresh copy of the theme and upload it to your WordPress theme directory after completely deleting your existing copy.

ElliottMarch 15, 2015 at 4:36 pm in reply to: How to implement a demo default page and start from there? #411695Hi pjh123!
You would have to import the whole demo which includes the demo settings, all pages, posts, and images. You can delete whatever you do not need afterwards.
You’ll want to create a copy of your settings first in Dashboard > Enfold > Import/Export because when you import a demo the theme settings will be overwritten.

ElliottHey mrcityrunner!
Wordpress does not let you execute PHP in the dashboard but there are plugins you can use for this, https://wordpress.org/plugins/exec-php/.

I get this message.
Blocked loading mixed active content "http://www.oil-price.net/TABLE2/gen.php?lang=en"This is probably because your site is using SSL and your trying to load an HTTP URL instead of HTTPS.
Best regards,
ElliottHey Justin!
Try adding this to your custom CSS.
@media only screen and (max-width: 967px) { nav.main_menu { display: none !important; } #mobile-advanced { display: block !important; } }You may need to play around with the 967 value.
Cheers!
ElliottHey anogma!
Add this to your custom CSS.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #footer { display: none !important; } }Cheers!
ElliottHey anogma!
I think what your wanting to do is add this to your custom CSS.
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #header_main, #header_main * { height: 40px; } }If that’s not correct then send us a link and take a screenshot highlighting the changes your wanting to do.
Cheers!
ElliottHi anogma!
Add an ID to your section and then add this to your custom CSS.
#yourID { display: none; } @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #yourID { display: block !important; } }Cheers!
ElliottHey davidesieb!
The URL your using is wrong, it should be absolute path. Paste the full code you used here.

Make sure that the posts are public and publicly_queryable, and that they have the has_archive parameter set to true, http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_post_type.
If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

ElliottHi!
The pages that are not working have quite a bit of content in them so it’s most likely that there is a typo somewhere that is causing problems. I would try creating a new page and then add your content in piece by piece and continue to save and view the results on the frontend until you find the elements that are causing the problem.

ElliottHey lhuston!
It’s a bug with the gravity forms. Do this, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/a-conflict-with-gravity-forms/, or just wait for our next update which should be released here in the next couple days.

Try adding this to your custom CSS.
.avia-tooltip { display: block !important; opacity: 1 !important; visibility: visible !important; } .av-image-hotspot { display: none !important; }Regards,
ElliottHey simonac!
Add this to your custom CSS.
.av_font_icon, .av_font_icon * { text-decoration: none !important; }Regards,
ElliottHi DJQuad!
Go ahead and update the theme to the latest version, 3.0.8, and it should be fixed.
See here for updating via FTP, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
Cheers!
ElliottHey Roine!
In the bottom of your website I see a grid row with a tripadvisor button. Is that what your referring to?
Or are you trying to add links to the slides in your fullwidth slider so they link to a specific page on tripadvisor? If so then paste the exact URL your trying to use here and we’ll test it out.
EDIT: I see the tripadvisors URL in your private content but it looks like it may have been corrupted. Try surrounding it with pre or code tags.

Hey jilldoes!
I didn’t see any javascript errors. Not really sure what it could be.
You could try removing our scripts in the avia.js and shortcodes.js files to see if any of them are conflicting with it but it’s going to be a lot of work. It would probably be best to try and find another plugin to use.
Best regards,
ElliottHey beezdezines!
It looks like you edited your post saying you solved it, is that correct?
Make sure that you have your blog page setup in Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Options and that you do not have any static pages in Dashboard > Settings > Reading.
Regards,
ElliottHey icebox10!
Add this to your custom CSS.
@media only screen and (max-width: 959px) { nav.main_menu { display: none !important; } #mobile_advanced { display: block !important; } }You may need to play around with the 959 value.
Cheers!
ElliottHi Snerp!
That should be working for you, perhaps you did the edit wrong. You could try completely deleting the theme and try it again. The next update is version 3.1 though and it should be released here in the next couple of days so I would go ahead and wait for that.
Best regards,
ElliottHi Elliott_Shields!
You will need to use the default editor for that unfortunately. It’s currently not compatible with our layout builder.
Best regards,
ElliottHi fotoLibrarian!
You need to create some more links and indent them under your columns. Also make sure that you select this menu to be displayed in the “Main Menu” area.
If your still having trouble then deactivate all plugins and send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.
Regards,
ElliottHey!
I got past the htaccess block but the screenshot is giving me a 404.
Your link does not appear to have any icon boxes inside it. Are you talking about the “Share this” box?
Cheers!
ElliottHi Sasolini!
You would usually align them all to the left so they stack beside each other. It sounds like what your wanting to do here though is to create a 1/2 + 1/2 column layout with text on the left column and the buttons on the right column.
Regards,
ElliottHey!
It’s the /enfold/woocommerce/ folder. That should not be there. Go ahead and delete it.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
Are you trying to make the text bigger on small screens? If so then try adding this to your custom CSS.
@media only screen and (max-width: 479px) { .ls-slide * { font-size: 12px !important; line-height: 12px !important; } }Regards,
ElliottHey Slick!
Your server scripts are probably reading the doc variable to the end of the URL and since your adding more stuff to the end it’s probably messing it up. Try adding the iframe before the aid and doc variables like so.
?login=true&iframe=true&aid=Z62QRBYAU etc etcRegards,

Hi!
It’s still not letting me login. I’ll go ahead and flag this for the rest of our team since it looks like your using a Mac and I’m on Windows 7.
Cheers!
ElliottHey!
I don’t know. There are no error warnings in the debug output. I would try contacting whoever created that script to see if they have an idea.
Regards,
ElliottHey mooshonov!
I checked your link but your site looks the same to me in both Firefox and IE. I didn’t see any errors either. Did you get this sorted?
If your still having problems then take a screenshot and highlight what your seeing so we can get a better idea.
Best regards,
Elliott -
