Hi!
Currently we do not have a “featured image” or “gallery” element in the layout builder and I could not find any Woocommerce shortcodes for this either so if you need the variation images to be switched out when selecting variations you will need to use the default editor.
You can create a feature request here, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and we may see something get added in a future update.

Is Enfold updated to the latest version, 3.1.3? Make sure it’s updated and all plugins are deactivated while testing.
If that does not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

When you say “WC default animation” which WooCommerce theme are you referring to? Can you send us a link? This is bordering on custom work but if it’s some simple styling your wanting to do then we can take a look.

Is there a certain page it’s happening on? I tried viewing some of the pages under “Wedding Albums” but all of the Masonry images are displaying fine.

That’s correct. You can change the image size but if you use the perfect grid option it’s still going to crop / stretch the image to fit in the container.

You can use the special heading to add a title and the textblock element to include a date.
If you want the post to look like a regular post then it would be best to use the default editor. The layout builder is for users who want to have complete control over what gets displayed.

Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold form your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
3. Activate Enfold instead of the child theme.
If your still having problems then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

In the layout builder it says they are only supposed to be used on products. If it was me I would just use the layout editor on one of your products.
What happens when you add this to a codeblock element in the page?

So you have digital download products setup with WooCommerce but our blog page is somehow causing problems with that?
I viewed your links but I couldn’t figure out where the problem is. Take a screenshot and highlight what is going on so we can get a better idea.

It’s pretty easy. Navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Menus and then create a new menu and drag some pages over to it and save. Here is a video, https://vimeo.com/92503669, for mega menus but it’s the same process.
Next navigate to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets and create a new widget area and drag the “Custom Menu” widget to the new widget area and select the menu you created before.

Your using Enfold 3.0.8. Update to the latest version, 3.1.3, and then deactivate all plugins and let us know when your done.

Your talking about the portfolio AJAX preview it looks like. You cannot use the layout editor there but it will still accept shortcodes. Create a new test page and in the default editor you should see a “magic wand icon” in the tinyMCE editor. You can click on that and insert shortcodes into your content. You can then copy these shortcodes and paste them inside the AJAX preview content.
Another way to view the shortcodes is this, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, it will add a small debug view where you can copy the shortcodes used in the layout builder.

I’m on Windows 7 with IE11 and it’s working fine for me. Make sure compatibility view is turned off and then try clearing your browser cache.

I’m on Windows 7 but the image is displaying fine and the video is playing. What operating system and browser version are you using? Try disabling all browser add-ons / extensions to see if they are causing issues.

Currently the Masonry can only sort by categories. What your trying to do would take a lot of time and code to implement so it would have to be considered custom work. You could consider creating a feature request, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and if it gets enough interest then we may see something get added in a future update.

There is an easier way which is installing the WordPress SEO plugin, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/, it will automatically add the open graph meta tags and set the image tag to your featured image.
Try installing that and create a new post to share. Some users have reported that it takes a while for the correct image to display on facebook.

In the meantime if you absolutely need to use it then what I would do is switch to the default editor and use CSS to hide the other content of your post.

I think it’s only going to work for the default Shop query. I would contact WooCommerce support to see if anyone has gotten it to work for custom queries. You could also consider hiring a freelancer to help you out with customizing the default shop loop or making a custom widget.

It’s displaying fine on the Nexus 7 and Moto E. The only problem I noticed was the white space beneath it but you can drag a codeblock element to your page and add this inside.
