Hi!
Not sure how that plugin works but what gets output from that shortcode is this.
<a class="wp-colorbox-inline cboxElement" href="#360">View a 360° example of this product range</a>
So you probably need to set the URL to “#360” in the iconlist and give it a class of “wp-colorbox-inline cboxElement”. If that does not work then it would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization.

I don’t have an iOS device to test on but it looks fine on Desktop and Android. Can you take a screenshot of what your seeing?
Cheers!
ElliottOctober 6, 2015 at 4:40 pm in reply to: Advanced Styling colors not showing up in Main content area #514559Hey johnebase!
Send us a link to your page and we’ll take a look. Also take a screenshot of your advanced styling area so we can see what styles your using.
Be sure to deactivate all plugins while testing and if your using a caching plugin make sure to clear it’s cache after doing any changes.
Cheers!

Hi alnalu!
Hmm, not sure if that will be possible. Go ahead and send us a link to your page so we can see what you have setup currently.
Cheers!
ElliottHi richardelectrix!
You can use this CSS to adjust the widths.
.shop_table tr > th:nth-child(1) { width: 24% !important; } .shop_table tr > th:nth-child(2) { width: 24% !important; } .shop_table tr > th:nth-child(3) { width: 24% !important; } .shop_table tr > th:nth-child(4) { width: 24% !important; }
But I don’t recommend doing that. Since you have quite a large amount of customization requests it would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with customizing your site.
Regards,
ElliottHi decode!
That doesn’t sound possible to me. It would probably be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization.
Also, if he is trying to display Enfold on two different domains then he needs to purchase additional licenses.
Regards,
ElliottHi manjii!
Can you send us a link to your page so we can take a look? You can set your reply as private if you wish.
Regards,
ElliottHey Rurartenvato!
It’s some code right beneath your header and before your main tag. Have you customized the theme files at all?
First off try deactivating all of your plugins and clear your cache to see if they are adding it. If it does not go away then try completely deleting Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
Cheers!
ElliottHey Mark!
You can purchase the LayerSlider here, http://codecanyon.net/item/layerslider-responsive-wordpress-slider-plugin-/1362246. You can move the LayerSlider folder to /enfold/config-layerslider/LayerSlider/ to update it.
Best regards,
ElliottHey richardelectrix!
Your talking about here? http://kriesi.at/
That’s the fullwidth slider.
See here, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/how-to-get-site-title-and-subtitle-and-logo-in-the-header/#post-370719, for the logo texts.
Best regards,
ElliottHey JeeBar!
Never heard of that before. Do you have any other users setup that are editing your site? Perhaps they are changing the homepage without you knowing?
Make sure your using the latest version, 3.3.2, and all plugins are deactivated while testing. If your using a caching plugin then be sure to clear it’s cache before viewing your site.
Cheers!

Hi Lorimenna!
The URLs are gone from the links for some reason. It looks like your using Enfold 3.2.3. Go ahead and update to the latest version, 3.3.2, and deactivate all of your plugins to see if that fixes it.
If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
Regards,
ElliottHi morbloger!
Make sure your using the latest version, 3.3.2, and that all plugins are deactivated.
If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

ElliottHi scotthco!
It would require some javascripting. I would consider creating a feature request here, https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/, and if it gets enough interest then we may see some options / buttons get added for this.
Other than that you could try a WordPress toggle plugin out to see if they have this feature included.
Cheers!
ElliottHi zochagroup!
That would take a lot of time and code and would have to be considered custom work. Instead I think having separate select fields for the year, month, and day would be better.
Best regards,
ElliottHi cagraphicdesign!
Add this to your custom CSS.
div .slideshow_caption h2 { text-transform: none; font-family: Lobster; } .caption_center_framed h2 { top: -40px; position: relative; }

ElliottOctober 6, 2015 at 4:06 pm in reply to: Hiding the Avia Layout Builder for regular site users #514493Hey Nin0!
You can do this, https://kriesi.at/support/topic/hide-button-in-the-backend-disturd-image-upload/#post-497177, to hide certain elements in the layout builder via CSS.
See here for checking if the user has certain privileges, https://wordpress.org/support/topic/checking-if-the-user-is-admin.
Cheers!
ElliottHi Steeleroo!
That wouldn’t be possible. You can create some custom post templates to use by creating new template files in the theme folder for them but I think it would be easier to just use the layout builder and then hit the big blue “Templates” button in the layout builder to save a layout that way.
Best regards,
ElliottHey yevo43!
That is going to take a lot of time and code and would have to be considered custom work. If you just want to display a regular menu instead then you could add a widget area to your header, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/, and drag the custom menu widget to it.
Best regards,
ElliottHey atelierssud!
What happens when the default theme is activated? Try deactivating all of your other plugins as well.

ElliottOctober 6, 2015 at 3:57 pm in reply to: Footer widgets / icon list responsive behaviour issue #514477Hey Original_Pictorial!
Your probably using a grid row element which does not stack it’s cells on top of each other on small screens. You will want to use a color section with column elements inside of it instead.
Best regards,
ElliottHey!
That’s what you wrote your post about so yes.
Cheers!
ElliottHey richardelectrix!
That element is not responsive which is why it’s hidden on very small screens.
Best regards,
ElliottHey richardelectrix!
Add this to your custom CSS.
<style type = "text/css"> #image-gallery div .av_one_fourth { width: 25% !important; margin-right: 0% !important; margin-left: 0% !important; } </style>
Regards,
ElliottHey squirrelza!
1. Send us a link to your page and we’ll take a look.
2. That would take a lot of time and code to implement so it would have to be considered custom work. It would be best to hire a freelancer to help you out with this customization.

ElliottHey misteradamello!
What happens when you delete the page and recreate it? Are all plugins deactivated while testing?
Make sure Enfold is updated to the latest version, 3.3.2. If your still having trouble then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.
Best regards,
ElliottHey Christian!
Not sure what’s going on there. Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
Best regards,
ElliottHey Guenter!
Not an easy way to go about that. We could try switching the column floats so they are opposite but the problem is that your using a mix on the single page so even if we switch them the problem would still happen.
You would need to have the image display in the left column (so it is first in the HTML markup).
Regards,
ElliottHi!
It would probably be better to use a plugin for that, https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-maintenance-mode/.
Regards,
ElliottHi!
It’s just using different CSS to shorten the width of the site, no other PSD is necessary. Take a screenshot and highlight what your trying to do so we can get a better idea.
Best regards,
