Thanks so much. footer code worked, but the slider did not – well, it did, then it stopped working… it’s in there, but there is still a space and a line under the slider.
1. Curious though, as I have been using Enfold for years – the space and box-shadow has never appeared on any of my other sites under the fullwidth easy slider – is this a new thing and will I always need to remove it with css?
2. And there is another problem: anthing under header goes up and behind it by about 15 pixels…. So it seems like things are wonky on recnet Enfold update? This is the 3rd site doing this – I have another ticket open for another site with same problem., but I’ve been waiting for a response – it’s an older ticket than this one, so thought I’d ask you. It’s driving me crazy, my sites don’t look good. Whatever is underneath the header, including the title bar and breadcrumbs, is going up and behind the header, like everything under it is automatically getting a negative top margin – or the header has a negative bottom margin… on this site I just changed the title bar to a bright color so you can see how the title and breadcrumb text but right up to the top becuase the padding is not appearing, it’s above/behind header. If you inspect, you’ll see that the container is up above and into the header as is the h1 main title entry title.You can’t tell if it’s white – ‘I’m going to change it back to white, but if you really want to see it glaringly, then change the alternate Contanet background color to something bright.

I am wanting to do the same thing. I am using the Icon Box Element – with the style small icon at the left side of the title. I’d like the icons and the title to be centered – so the icon is immediately to the left of the title, but the whole thing is centered in the column, just like this webiste sample, you’ll see just above the footer: https://watches-theme.myshopify.com/?fts=0

I’ve given my iconbox a class .custom-icon and tried this code:.custom-icon .iconbox_content_title {text-align: center !important;}
But it only centeres the text – the icon doesn’t come with it…
I tried the other code in this thread but it didn’t work.

Don’t see any place to upload screenshots in this support portal… but I uploaded to media library, pic of home page, it’s the same on all other pages, not matter what I place, a color section or anything at the top of the page, it is about 15px up and behind the header area.

You really notice it on the inside pages more… the title and breadcrumbs appear cut off at the top, because part of that section is going up behind header
Just noticed this is happening all newer Enfold sites.

Thank you, I don’t know how those div tags got in there, but it must have something to do with the transitions becauseI created a new layer, and it looked great,, took on my line spacing perfectly, until I added the transitions, then it was all squished up again. But, I used your css and that worked great, just wish I knew why; that was happening. thank you!
Thank you; I thought I had removed that and it didn’t halp so added it back in – it was there from inception of the site to fix somehting regarding header responsiveness, but I removed and it did solve the problem. I’m so soryy, thought I had alreade tried that! But thank you so much.

So sorry, one more thing,… I ended up adding a child theme, knew I’d need to edit the functions.php file, but when I did, I lost a couple of things, colors top bar, etc., which is fine, but the one thing I couldn’t figure out, is how did you get the shopping cart icon in the menu? I don’t see in extra elements or in menu itself. Could you tell me how to add that back in like you have in your demo?

All four of these iconboxes have custom css used in order to place the custom images you see there. And the CSS is at Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. You will see all 4 custom icon css blocks there.

Okay, I was able to turn this on: allow_url_fopen, but that was the only advanced option I saw.
If you could import the shop demo, that would be awesome, yes.
That worked like a charm, I’ll save for other sites… I left Enfold for a long time, got heavily involved with Divi and made it my main go-to. Just thought I’d let you guys know I’m back with Enfold as my main theme and why. 1) Speed – you’ve done a phenomenal job of making a powerful theme and builder while maintaining speed 2) Your Support is amazing.

Okay, I installed the php zip archive extension in cPanel, and this time it went through the process without an error at the end, but it still did not install the demo… hmmm, what do you think?

Okay, tried that, and I believe I had tried it before too: the problem, when i do that, is that it removes the pading in the next section as well, takes away all padding above my 3 boxes. I’m really just trying to change the padding on top and bottom of the logo, that’s it, no othersections. And I wondered, why does it have all of that space? This doesn’t happen when any other sections in Enfold, they are all so customizable – it’s strange. I’ve tried so many ways, and , like I said, everything I try seems to change something else as well.

You’ll see all the white space above and below the logo… i’ve tried negative margins as well, different elements, but can’t seem to get this right.
OH, and one more thing, on this particular installation, none of my email links are working /html “mailto:..” type links, do you know why that might happen. It never has before.

Also, while you’re looking into this, could you answer me another question. I saw in the forum that you added a new layout option to “Disable Toggles and Display all Options”, which I’ve done on this site. But, isn’t this supposed to remove th etabes in the elements for editing purposes, to make it like it used to be, all in one place, quicker? If so, it doesn’t appear to be working on this site.

I want to use the Poppins font too… I’ve downloaded it from Google Fonts, but when I try to upload I get the error message ” Couldn’t add the font because the server didn’t respond” it is in the media library, but cannot get into enfold. What causes this error?

Okay, I went into the hosting account and added the PHP ZipArchive extension and tried again, but it did not solve the problem. I’m just trying to install a paw print, one font from Fontello. I will place info in private content as you asked.
