Okay, I turned everything off, all caching on the server level, and I have disabled CSS file merging and compression in Enfold Theme Options, Performance settings.
I also removed my custom css, which was this:

}I have gone into Advanced Styling > Small bar above Main Menu – and I have chosen a very dark background color with white text. I can now see the dark background, but the text does not appear in white, so it must be taking on the color from somewhere else. This is always a problem with Enfold when you use a transparent header, by the way – for some reason it messes with the top bar color when the transparent header is not in effect, like on the mobile version. So I wonder, is the mobile version suposed to take on the colors you’ve chosen in “Small bar above Main Menu” or is there a different way this is supposed to be done, but I just don’t know what it is?
Thank you for your help. Seems like this should be such a simple thing and I hate bothering you about it but maybe we can figure it out once and for all!
Update: just went back and looked, now the top bar on mobile is white and maybe white text. – nothing appears again. No custom css, just advanced styling as detailed above.
No… it’s messed up in an incognito window as well. I’ll show you two screenshots. Text gets really small for titles, backgorunds disappear. Have only started on two pages, Home and About – but I’ll send you copies of what they look like.
I’m going to move the site to a new server and see if the problems resolve – in the event it is something about the environment it’s in.
(I think it’s a caching issue – the staging area is hosted with Nexcess and I just noticed a Nexcess “flush object cache” button (even though no caching plusin is activated). I flushed it and then the site appeared the way it was supposed to.

When you scroll down the page, the “back to top” square with arrow appears, but the arrow isn’t shown except on hover. I can’t figure out where you control the colors of this back to top button.

I just used this CSS for a site I’m working on – and the logo now looks great on mobile, but the hamburger icon and the search icon are too low, need to scoot up a bit to be inline centered with logo… could you help me with that.

I wonder if you could help me with one more thing on this site? I’m using this thread because I know you have login credentials here.
I added a Table using Tables by Supsystic, which looks great and does what I want it to do. But, there seems to be a conflict with Enfold and this Plugin (I’ve deactivated all other plugins except the coming soon page).
When I place anything else on this page and begin editing, the section with the table disappears. It’s happened over and over again. I’ve added various sections, most recently a Color Section with an Accordian, but as soon as I start editing the accordian, everything on the page disappears and I have to start over. I’ve got them saved as elements, but can’t seem to add to this particular page.
Any thoughts?
Update: I have a lot of Enfold Sites, and I am working on another one this morning nacwe.org. I am having the same problem, where I create secitons/elements, etcl, update the page and it’s there, then the section or element just disappears. I think there is a bug.
Oh sorry, I removed the code because it didn’t change anyhting, and even when I adjusted the percentage, it didn’t really do what I was hoping, but I just put it back in the way you have it so you can see.
And okay, I’ve uploaded the plugin and given you temporary access, you should receive an email.

Also, I just wondered if there was a simpler way to do this, or instructions so I could do it myself in the future? Or maybe customer headers are in the Enfold future updates (Like your Footer is, which would be incredible!)

Thought I’d reach back out. Not sure if you got my last email. Need to find another solution as the icon overlaps the letters, needs space in between, and it goes away upon hover.. Would like the lock symbol icon to the left of the my “CUSTOMER LOGIN” Button in the Main Menu. Your Lock Symbol, fontello fonts, is ‘ue824’. Is there a way to do this or do I need to go another direction?

Few things:
1) there is no space on left before the icon… I tried changing padding in Advanced Styling, but that did not help;
2) it is dark on hover
3) How do I make this the lock symbol, is it supposed to be an image url there? I tried the Enfold Fontello font code in content — ‘ue824’ – but that did not work.Thank you for your help.
Okay, I updated the theme, but problem wasn’t solved (sorry, I did check for updates and downloaded most recent yesterday but it wasn’t this one). Anyhoo, then I de-activated all plugins and it started working properly. I then re-activated one by one and it is still working, so I’m not sure what caused the problem, but it is working now.

Hi, thank you for your comments. I did remove the JQuery as you mentioned and it did not cause any issues with the website.
All Plugins are up to date.
I am not using Gutenberg, I have chosen the WP Classic Editor, but use Avia Framework for all pages.
By the way, this problem just started, wasn’t this way originally when I built the site, so must be a recent update?

Hi,
Wondered if I could piggyback on this. Special headings always get cut off now, and even if I add padding within the special heading element. See this page down at the bottom where it says “What members are saying…” You’ll notice the g at the end gets cut off, as do all letters when they fall below… I’ve been noticing this on all my Enfold sites. Does it require CSS for everything? Or is it something else I’m doing?
