There is no error message. The dashboard just continues to show 1 update needed in the WP dashboard.
But when you click to update the screen says everything is up to date. But the number 1 still is showing by updates.
Been like that for the first 3 I did with Enfold 4.2.2I used the plugin and I still get no notifications on my sites :-( I do not want to chance problems with sites as others are reporting. I guess I will just wait until the next update and hope that solves it. I suggest you let users know in advance what php version should be using so they will avoid problems.
Thank you.Yes I did check the API key and it is correct. I am using 7.0 on most of the sites. I will change to 7.1 and see what happens. I am afraid to FTP because of the other posts that said there sites disappeared.

Thank you.Child theme is usually a good idea, but as long as you have any css saved in the custom section. You are ok. AN update does not effect these custom css. A child theme is great if you are editing .php files. If not, there really isn’t a need for a child theme in my personal opinion and that of other developers I know.
I wouldn’t update your theme quite yet, if you read several of the other posts, you will see there have been some issues with the update and sites disappearing.Always make a back up before you do any update!!! I use the All in one Migration Plugin to do my backups.
I think we all know how to update Enfold. It is the theme that has the issue if no auto updates are showing and manual ones don’t show a need for one.
Yikes glad I didn’t start any ftping. Hate to say it but lots of themes are having issues these days!! It’s the same thing with others I use. PROBLEMS and I fear it will get worse once Gutenberg hits the screen!
Numerous people have already complained about this. I have about a half dozen sites and NONE of them show the auto update. You would think it would show up there first! Still waiting. I don’t want to mess with FTP…why should I?
Same here. I have been to about a half dozen of my sites and NO NOTIFICATION! I am not ftping updates to all these site!
