Manual update works.
After update go to: Style Theme Options / Theme Update and set-up a new Envato private token. As the old api key is depreciated.HI,

The theme’s video element works for single video, but single video is not suitable for my purposes. I need to show six thumbnails with titles and descriptions same as on my live site. We build a custom player, but it no longer works with recent theme updates. We tried four different YouTube player plugins – none of them worked across all browsers.

I thought I deleted cache – but you were right the js wasn’t updated. Sometimes the cache is stubborn.I tried your suggestion, but still no joy. Tried a few other things – still cannot get it to work. Any other ideas?

the layer slider has a background image and a layer with short code button

to the attributes/classes in the layer slider per your last instruction. But no events are triggered.On the home page I have a promo box with a button where I added custom_class and the event tracking works.

Hello, I did try that too. But it does not work, the button appears okay, but no tracking stats show up.

Thank you for your response but maybe I was not clear. I don’t want to make the existing prev and next bigger. What I would like is to add a simpler text prev and next (prev/next article name with arrow) to each post either at the top or bottom or each single post. More traditional like the standard WordPress twenty thirteen. Can I do this in addition to the Avia style or replace?

So beyond clearing cache – I also reset the advanced settings in ie – did not use recommended mircosoft settings and disabled addons. I also enabled wp super cache to try and speed up the site load. The site is loading better in ie 8 and 9 now – no more distortion. But it is odd that I had to do that since the old site was working fine with changing anything. Still some minor issues – but I can live with them – these old browsers are a pain!

I have clear cache, reebooted, make changes and I am still seeing the distorted image in slider in ie8 and ie9. It only appears the very first time you open the website. Once the slider goes to the second image the distortion goes away.
I fixed another issue where the layer with button short code was not appearing. (new slide setting it was under “text” moved to “html/video/audio” and the button now appears.
I have attached screen shot of the distorted image.

I add the code to the htaccess file but it make no difference. The active fonts only load after I roll-over them. Also when the page first loads or refreshes in the slider image is distorted. But corrects itself when the second slide loads.But my initial problem with the “search bar” has not been addressed. Nothing happens in ie8 when I click on the search icon. No search box pops up.
? I don’t see a solution at that link. i am not having trouble seeing fonts. The search bar does not open in ie8. Worked before I updated to most recent version of theme and wp3.9.
can you send me your ip – it is on testing – not public. The search work before I updated the theme and wordpress to current versions.

I notice that the masonry portfolio/blog images load in then disappear then load in again. (images do a jump/flash). I do not remember that happening before the update. Maybe it did? Anyway something to look at – making a smoother image load on the masonry pages.

Hi the problem is on ipad and iphone
the last slide is appearing on top. I think it has to do with either some embed or iframe code in the theme. If I create a content slider with just text or images – it works correctly. I made the last slide iframe size smaller – so it is more obvious. The first slide video that should appear is “Gemco Valve Clean-in place” The last slide is “Variable…” the second slide is “Retractable…”

when you open the page http://elwoodtemp.com/gemco-valve-product-video/ the last slide video image appears. if you click play the first video actually plays.
if you click the arrows to next slide then it does work. also note the issue does not appear on regular monitor you have to look at on mobile device such as iPhone or iPad.

Masonry when title and description are set to appear on roll-over – two requests
1) Ability to make the background slightly transparent.
2) On mobile I would like for the title and description (start hidden) and to appear on tap (one item), Then tap again for link. Just like other roll-over items work on mobile (such as the menu).
