No, it doesn’t work so. I would adopt this option, but it does not work (although I prefer to have an internal interface in English and the site in Italian). Tell me if it is a problem of cache or something like that, but it does not work also in Forget mode.

I found the problem.
It was one plugin. For your future reference I tell you which plugin caused the (big) issue, so that you can have it for the future.Still problems…
Updated Theme with last version and also WP is updated.
I gave you access again. The reason why you were not able to access is due to the fact that the website was not accessible last week and I had to solve the problem by restoring an old backup, which, at least, gave the possibility to see the texts, but deleted your account.
Now you have again access.Problems
Layer Slider is not visibile in every page.
The Logo top left is not visible.
If necessary I can also delete Layer Slider WP plugin, the main thing is that I know how to susbstitute the plugin.
Also the problem of the logo is important.

The Layer Slider does not work in any page.
The top left Logo is not visible.
I deleted the Add to Any plugin
I cannot access to the WP panel, but yet the pages are visible and in the next three days I cannot take any further action because I am on travel.
If you can help, it would be nice, otherwise I don’t know what to do.You asked me if you can disable the plugins, do you intend to do something or for you the case is closed?

We have to solve the core problem, so it’s not a big issue if you disable the plugins. They are not so many.
Perhaps we can also uninstall the Addtoany plugin if we find another equivalent.
The Front page was not selected as one single page, but it must contain the latest 10 blog posts.
It is so now. Latest blog posts as Home Page. If you don’t see this, tell me.

After downloading the newest Enfold version from September 2019 and after installing it, the problem with the font i resolved, but in the other post about Header and Layer Slider problems, I gave you access. Thanks for supporting me.
OK, the problem with the font is resolved (see other post), but I still have the problem with the Layer Slider and also with the header.
Please check, I’ll give you access, you are surely better than me in resolving the problem.

The last option is what I would like to avoid. Going back to an ancient WordPress version and never update is the *last* solution.OK, thanks for your kind answer and support. I’ll now read the instructions on the other post, I posted twice, because these are two different problems, the other one related to an addon of your theme and in this case you are not directly involved, even though you included the package in the theme.

The hosting support says I have to check with the theme devs, because everything seems to be right until the date of the main core update of WP November 19th. The question is: OK, now I can restore the version of November 18th and I will disallow automatic update of WordPress core updates, but what happens next time? Should I remain to the old version?
Thanks for reply, I will give you now private access via FTP. I contacted my hosting support and they confirm that this is an issue of both Layer Slider and Enfold after WP core update.
