Thanks! We will enable reCaptcha V3 and keep you posted on Spam.
Regarding flagging email as SPAM, we can’t because our email system will reject any ‘website contact request’ from the ‘contact us’ page on the website.

We figured out the issue.

If you create a post and save it in the ‘advanced layout editor’, the share links and ‘you might also like’ section will not render.
If you save the post in the ‘default editor’ the information at the bottom renders correctly.
Is there a way to fix this? The issue started after the latest WP update.

On a hunch, we reinstalled enfold on the server and it worked.

Fixed it…just reloaded enfold onto the server and it works.

Also, in mobile, there is an F in the top left corner. On all my pages in WP, an ‘F’ displays if I go to a page color section. it shows up on the top left of each color section.

Any idea why the mobile site stop functioning after upgrading to 4.5? This is a pressing issue…most of our customers use mobile.

Hi Mike,

It was a typical Enfold background…as you scroll down, an moving image scrolls in the background.
Do screen shot of how it was. There is an image for each section of the page. The images are still loaded in the background word press.
After updating, they no longer render.

Hello Shannon,

I’ve never used FTP before. Is there an easier way?
We have been updating all our 4 of our Enfold websites within word press for the last 5 years trouble free…until Monday’s error.

Please advise.

FYI – Yigit fixed it.

For future reference, all ya have to do is replace /enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/shortcode-parser.class.php with this file: https://github.com/KriesiMedia/enfold-library/blob/master/temp_fixes/Enfold_4_2_1/shortcode-parser.class.php

Hello,
I don’t know how to use ftp…can you send the correct file for the shortcode-parser.class.php.
I can upload a new one to my server. I’m guessing that file has an error.
