Hi Yigit,
I put in the theme shortcode for the slider and html into the Shop Overview Page in the widgets area: no effect.
What I tried before is in the shop’s page, I posted 2 screenshots.I also can’t find where to change the sidebar for the shop categories pages?
Best regards,
DirkHey Ismael,
I put the shortcode inside my shop page. No idea, how I get it inside the page from using a text widget. I only use widgets for the sidebar.
What about my question concerning the sidebars?Best regards,
DirkHi Ismael,
this works like a charm!!!
Thanks a lot for your great support!!!Everything fine now :)
Best regards,
DirkHi Ismael,
very good, that’s it!!! Thanks a lot!!!
One thing left:
Is there a way to make the image in the right col responsive?
For less then 768px it’s too big and could be e.g. 70% of its size.
There is also a huge padding around the text box above about 80px, how to reduce this?Best regards,
DirkHi,
thanks a lot!! This is what I meant, couldn’t find it by my own – great!!Do you also have a solution for my second question from above? (Getting the one_half cols below each other..)
Best regards,
DirkHey Mike,
thanks for your reply! Now I updated to the latest version 4.1.2 and tried your code, but it’s not exactly what I meant.
I changed the break point to 917px, but only the burger menu icon is showing extra beside the nav.It would be great to have the same header behavior as you see at less then 768px, that’s what I tried before and couldn’t find the CSS.
This code still reduces the header size, but without orange background (as my question 1) b) above:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 917px) { .av_minimal_header #header_main .container, .av_minimal_header .main_menu ul:first-child > li a { height: 35px; line-height: 90px; }}
Any idea for question 2) as well?
Best regards,
DirkHi Ismael,
thanks a lot! Now it looks fine, great!!! :)
Best regards,
DirkHi,
google map is working, because I was able to set the coordinates manually, as I wrote before!
What about the warnings, they should effect the site in any way or can I ignore it??And again: The logo issue is still the same! It’s not working correctly. In the transparent header there is the wrong logo at the home page, I checked different browsers. I don’t know what you mean that it looks fine on your end, could you post an image?
Best regards,
DirkHi thanks for your response!
Unfortunately nothing is fixed yet, still the same issues, the one with the 2 images is even more important…For the Google Maps API:
I changed the code as you suggested, no difference.
I started a project, got the API key and changed it several times, but the warning still exists, I don’t have a clue what’s wrong???Best regards,
DirkHey guys, what happened to the support?
Still waiting for a solution for weeks now, sorry but this is important for me and I got stuck…Best regards,
DirkHi Victoria,
thanks for your reply. I’m still waiting for an answer for my first issue, still no idea how to fix it. While inspecting the code, 2 images appear, but only one shows up and that’s the wrong one on the home page.
For the Google Maps issue:
I changed the key and while expecting get these warnings in the console:Google Maps API warning: InvalidKey https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#invalid-key
Google Maps API warning: RetiredVersion https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/error-messages#retired-version
I set the coordinates manually and now the map is visible, but the warnings?
Best regards,
DirkHi, I set private content as well, any solutions please??
Hi,
I checked the site on different computers and devices in different browsers (Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet Explorer)!
It’s not working as expected…If you don’t have a solution, why not giving it to another moderator??? –> Nikko was helping me very successfully on other issues ;-)
Best regards,
DirkHi Basilis,
I cleared the cache and checked the site in 3 different browsers, it doesn’t look like expected.
Only when I scoll down, the right image shows up.I will post screenshots.
Best regards,
DirkHi,
no idea yet how to fix my issue??
Best regards,
DirkHi,
yes that’s correct.
Now I see it on the homepage, but only when I scroll down. So it doesn’t work in the transparent header of the homepage. How can I fix this?
Best regards,
DirkHi,
the logo I’m using in the functions.php “…logo3.png” is definitely different from what I use in the theme options “…logo.png”.I tried your suggestion with “front_page” instead, but it’s also not working correctly.
Then I inspected the code with Firebug: it’s correct “…logo3.png”, but visible is “…logo.png”.What’s wrong?
Best regards,
DirkHey Rikard,
I sent the credentials for you.
Best regards,
DirkHi Nikko,
YES!!! This works great!!! You made my day :)
Thanks a lot for your great support!!!
Best regards,
D.Hi,
I posted the content below, hope that helps?
Best regards,
D.Hi,
I just updated the theme, unfortunately no difference, still the same issue.
Hope you have any ideas?Best regards,
D.Hi Victoria,
it would be great if you could have a look at the site?
I’ll provode credentials for you..Best regards,
D.Hey Rikard,
I found out that it’s concerning the permalink structure. The only thing making the pages visible is the first option “?p=123” – any other doesn’t work and creates white pages. I don’t know if this happens only with WP 4.8?
Best regards,
D.Hi John,
oops – I forgot this…
Great, thanks a lot!!!!
Best regards,
DirkHi Rikard,
thanks for your reply. Yes, I checked the menu appearance and it’s totally differnt from what I see online. Even the chronological order of the menu items is different and the shop items included in the main menu. It would be great if you check what’s wrong?
Best regards,
DirkHi Nikko,
thank you so much!!! I knew it couldn’t be so difficult, but I got stuck and overlooked this detail while checking and checking :)
Man, you made my day!!! Great support and great code!!!
Best regards,
DirkHi,
if you read my posts carefully my question still isn’t answered!
Actually Nikko was providing the code and he solved my issue, unfortunately there are 2 images missing in mobile. Again and again, this is my one and only question since December 14.Isn’t it possible that he is checking my site to find the error?
Best regards,
DirkHi,
actually it’s working with Nikko’s CSS code, so I don’t have to duplicate the grid for mobile, because I already get the 1 column and every cell one below the other.
This can’t be so complicated, but nobody answered my one and only question so far!?
Best regards,
DirkHi,
as I wrote: When I remove the code, every image appears correctly in the mobile version, but in 2 very narrow columns, as you can see in the screenshot from Nov 14 above.
That’s why I want to use the code for having only 1 column, but something that causes the issue maybe is missing or something else has to be changed. I checked everything and it is as Ismael wrote on Dec 19: Grid row with 2 cell positions changes one after another from left to right and appear on top of each orher in 1 column in the mobile version.
But still there is no reason why the 2 images get lost and everything else is fine. That’s the only question unanswered.
Best regards,
DirkHi,
I removed this code:
@media only screen and (max-width:1024px) and (min-width:768px) { #top .custom-gridrow .av_one_half { display: flex; width: 100%; padding: 50px 100px 20px !important; }
and afterwards all images appear (in 2 columns). But I need to have only 1 column.
So still the same question why only the 2 images are missing in the mobile version and the rest works fine?
Best regards,
Dirk -
