That’s very close to what I’m looking for. Thanks. Now whenever I hover of the header the screen darkens. Is it possible to only have the effect occur when you hover over the menu and have it transition or fade in the same way as the menu. I’ve included my login details below.

I’ve decided to create separate menus, add them to the widgets, and then use the widget area element instead of using the full width sub menu. It’s a different process and a lot more work but this way I was able to achieve my intended goal. Please close this ticket and I will be putting a request in the Feature Request Thread for the full width submenu.

It doesn’t appear to work because there is no current_page_item class on the active link within the submenu.

I was not given the permission to disable the pagespeed functionality but I’ve managed to work around the problem. The logo image had to uploaded through the FTP and then the direct link was placed in the logo section rather than uploading or choosing from the media library.

Thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately my database is too big to work with that. I’ve tried some other plugins as well but they don’t seem to work. Any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I actually just managed to figure out this problem myself about an hour ago. For anyone with this problem as well all I did was add a couple lines of CSS.

#menu-item-search-mobile {
display: none;
}

and then

#menu-item-search-mobile {
display: block;
}

under my mobile view media queries.

Thanks for the excellent suggestions and comments. Yoast is working perfectly as a solution to my problem. I’m currently using the Enfold social sharing options but if I ever decide to go with something else, I’ll definitely take millertimesite’s suggestions. Thanks again for all your help.
