Hey @TheBiZWeavers,
I can definitely see how you would be having issues. The theme, when combined with s2Member, WPML and WooCommerce will need more than the typical server set up to run as stable.
WooCommerce is also showing that it only has 40mb of memory to work with though I don’t know if that is an error or not. You can view the WooCommerce stats from WooCommerce>Stystem Status.
So in your case, you will probably need to upgrade your hosting environment if you want to work with all of the current plugins at once.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
Re-activate your caching plugin and clear its cache. You are still actually seeing the homepage from 3 days ago. Caching plugins keep the old cache active even after you have deactivated them so you need to clear it before deactivating.
For an admin who is logged in you will see the non cached version which leads to seeing something only when logged out.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
It sounds like you mean the sidebar on the single product page is showing under the image. This is exactly how it is supposed to show using the default theme options and code since the sidebar loads under the image and the single product page does *not* have a sidebar.
You can change the single product layout using the functions and example grid structure in the demo php snippet here: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-woocommerce-single-product-page-layout/

The color sections on that page use the same settings as in that video.
April 14, 2014 at 12:08 am in reply to: Different Layer for mobile and desktop – responsive won't work on video #250812Hi rseybold!
You would need to use media queries to change the css rules for your content to get it to better respond first. Then you can use media queries to hide one slider and show the other.
CSS Tricks has a good intro on using them http://css-tricks.com/css-media-queries/
Cheers!
DevinHey D5WDesignGroup!
The css needs to target the layer sliders on your page specifically. So you need to find the ID’s of them by inspecting the site with dev tools.
I would however caution you from doing this as you are still loading both LayerSlider slideshows into the page for all users.
Cheers!
DevinApril 14, 2014 at 12:03 am in reply to: Previewed Enfold, now I cannot access my admin panel #250810Hi dwmcclure!
When you say previewed, do you mean you activated the theme? If so and its causing an issue you can delete the enfold folder from your wp-content folder over FTP or your hosts file manager which will revert WordPress to one of the default themes.

DevinHey garyguthrie!
I create a fixed background element in this video: https://vimeo.com/64927358
You can either use that Fixed setting or the Parallax setting depending on how strong you want the effect to be.
Best regards,
DevinGlad we could help. Let us know if you have any other questions or issues.

Hey!
I’ve mentioned this in another post but we have no connection with LayerSlider other than its included in the theme.
You will want to first update your theme to 2.6.2 which has another round of bug fixes for the 2.6 udpate.
After, I would recommend re-building that page from scratch to sort out any previous issues with the shortcodes/banner sizes getting messed up.
Then, as a separate entity work with the LayerSlider slideshow on a full width page so that you can introduce it into the layout later once its complete in case there is a conflict somwhere with how the layout is set up. Its a added step for a just-in-case issue.
I don’t know how you are adding in the video right now but the url its pointing to is incorrect. There is a 404 error where the link is pointing to this link which: http://www.prismcareernetworks.com/prism_wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2014/04/FVBHD00751.mp4////
Which doesn’t work because of the //// at the end.
Cheers!
DevinThe first thing to do would be to update to the most recent release as 2.6 had some performance updates included with it.
Checking the site I’m not seeing anything major on the front end with yslow or when looking at the loading of everything with dev tools. Using Enfold, Gravity Forms and WooCommerce is going to be more taxing on a server than a more simplistic theme since they all rely heavily on ajax.
Deactivating any non-mandatory plugins would be the first thing to help. After that would be checking with your hosting provider if there is any upgrades that are available to you.
Hi BIANCHIENT!
No not at the moment. You would need to use a plugin or re-write the form shortcode to make it do that.
Cheers!
DevinHey Sebastianvanderwals!
Set the menu in the WordPress menus manager to be displayed in the Enfold Child Footer Menu. There is a checkbox for it in the Menu Settings below the menu editor.
Best regards,
DevinThe portfolio items are definitely good for that but you could also use the image grid (media elements>grid) which lets you display a nice grid of images with custom links. So you could then point each image to a specific landing page for that item.
Hmm, it should actually work in both. The child theme functions.php has no difference as long as you have the initial opening php tag.
If you download the big download from your downloads on themeforest I included a child theme in that package which has some commented out functions that I included when creating client sites using Enfold and we recommend often.
Glad its working for you now and if you do have an issue you can make a new topic with URGENT in the title and we should pick it up quickly. With how crazy busy we have been lately we look at both the “start” of our queue (oldest posts) and the “end” (newest posts) in turn.
Hey Richard!
I think you would need to use an extension like http://www.woothemes.com/products/table-rate-shipping-2/ . I’m really not entirely sure but you can ask on the WooCommerce support forums and they should be able to give you a more firm answer.

DevinApril 13, 2014 at 7:34 am in reply to: Layerslider shortcode only showing on homepage in footer #250662Hey Jyles!
Right now the LayerSlider plugins shortcodes are actually disabled within the theme. The only way to add one of the slideshows is with the Avia Layout Builder on a page or portfolio item.
Cheers!
DevinHey gmchorale!
Can we see the site live so we can take a look at what you have now. I’m a bit confused the description so being able to have a reference point should help clear things up.
If you want to also provide an admin login in a private reply here on the forums so we can log in and take a look quickly that will be a more direct way for us to see things first hand.
Regards,
DevinHey dvcalle!
The quickest way to get things back online would be to connect to your installation over FTP, delete the enfold folder in your wp-content>themes folder and then re-install the theme right after. This video walks you through installation step by step: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/64927356
Regards,
DevinHi fivepix!
Adding the ALB to posts is *not* something that we support or recommend. Post content is simply not suited for the kind of layouts it creates and the template files aren’t setup to handle them either.
Best regards,
DevinHi Richard!
You can add descriptions to your categories from Products>categories and then edit a category.
Cheers!
DevinHi mako10!
There is no undo on the import so you would need to manually remove those items from the menu using the menus manager of WordPress.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
The entire header was changed with version 2.6 so you would need to re-do any customization to work with the new header layout system. Individual customization is not something support covers however.
Regards,
DevinHey Lukeduggleby!
Once you’ve set up your portfolio items individually you can then drop a Portfolio Grid element into any of your pages using the Avia Layout Builder. There will be a pop up with the configuration options to let you choose the size of the grid, categories etc.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
You will need to use a plugin like this one to include html snippets into a shortcode and then call them that way: https://wordpress.org/plugins/insert-html-snippet/
We are working on a code block to properly escape the content inside of it and prevent the wpautop function from running but its not quite ready yet.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
There is currently no way to pull testimonials from where you’ve added them on one page to another page. They are completely independent to the page they are entered.
Best regards,
DevinHey Gurify!
In the same place you added in the video to the slider there will be an option to add a fallback image for mobile since most mobile devices don’t allow for videos being emebeded and autoplayed.
