And what happens when you create a new page without trying to paste in possibly incorrect shortcodes?
I just created a test page on your site and the color section has no issue displaying at full width.
I think root of your issue, from what you are describing, is that you keep pasting in the same incorrect layout and expecting different results. Instead, re-create the page from scratch so that the correct content, wrappers and classes are generated.
June 2, 2014 at 6:48 pm in reply to: fullscreen slider the anchor #next-section is not fully visible #273429Yep, I see it exactly as it appears on desktop. What version of iOS and what is the browser app version you are using?
I think Kriesi is the only one of us with an iPad 2 so it might also be a hardware specific issue but that is much less likely.
Hey!
Is it a generic Asus “Android” or a specific version? Each company will often (unfortunately) bundle their own sub-par browser in with android devices and in those cases its best to download and use Googles Chrome mobile browser from the Google Play store.
That way you are using the google and android recommended browser which the theme has full support for.

The drag and drop editor isn’t designed to work with the regular visual editor. So when creating a page you can use the regular visual editor *or* the Avia Layout Builder but not switch between them as once you do so and save it will clear out the contents of the other.

You can change the avia-bullet class with:
.avia-bullet { border: 3px solid #FF0000 !important; border-radius: 3px; }
June 2, 2014 at 4:21 pm in reply to: CSS Wrap All and Advanced Layout Builder Blog Pagenation Issue #273318Hey!
Try switching to the default permalinks and see if paging works. If it does, you can try the troubleshooting steps on the codex: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Permalinks#Fixing_Permalink_Problems
To target the search pop up, you can use any of the browsers dev tools. In chrome for instance, open up the dev tools and then use the little magnifying glass in the top left to allow you to click on an item to find it in the inspector panel.
Regards,
DevinWhat method do you mean when you say you are using the shortcode method? Creating a new page should really only be a matter of new page>switch to advanced layout editor>drag and drop content.
June 2, 2014 at 4:13 pm in reply to: Background images don't show up inside content sliders' slides #273311Which slide is your css not working now?
Hi!
You would need to remove or add new css rules inside media queries to let the logo actually change sizes on tablet and mobile devices. This css force it to always be that larger width:
.logo, .logo img { width: 800px !important; max-width: 800px !important; height: 103px !important; }
Best regards,
DevinHi!
This topic on the general forums may be of help here: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/save-changes-not-working-in-layer-slider-wp-admin-page
The gist is trying to clear out any html content in your slides in case there is a conflict there that might have leaked into the data for the plugin settings.
Cheers!
DevinJune 2, 2014 at 3:20 pm in reply to: fullscreen slider the anchor #next-section is not fully visible #273279Hi!
The header, by design, doesn’t have the same effects on mobile as it does for other devices. That will not be changed with a theme update but is always customizable.
Cheers!
DevinHi!
Older versions of IE interpret common rules differently than other browsers and in this case even though the image has 80×80 attributes they are getting ignored on your end.
Regards,
DevinHey!
Non-logged in users can’t see unpublished posts and the rest of your site is behind a logged in users only plugin so we can’t see it to assist with any css either.
For the section issue if you can explain a bit more with an example we’ll see what we can do. It sounds like however you can use the hr shortcode with whitespace which lets you set whitespace at any pixel height you want.
Best regards,
DevinIts really just in the way the images need to be rendered and used for any of the theme features. To get the best performance for users and the site they should be local. With the featured images specifically that is a WordPress function itself and you can read about it here: http://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Thumbnails
June 2, 2014 at 5:59 am in reply to: My site crashed after updating theme. URGENT PLEASE HELP. #273090Hey IrishShore!
Before anything else I would first try FTPing to your wordpress install and then deleting the Enfold theme folder followed by re-uploading the newest version.
Its the same basic steps as in this video with the added deleting to make sure any errors are properly written over with the new update/install: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
Best regards,
DevinYou have
23 custom images that are causing that size bloat:
http://enigmaimage.com/wp-content/uploads/PC710x355.png and http://enigmaimage.com/wp-content/uploads/PC710x355.png and http://enigmaimage.com/wp-content/uploads/WOO710x355.pngEach are 988kb. This has nothing to do with the theme and is entirely user added content.

Hey!
Not sure when you last tested it but using your link above, in the original post, this is what its showing me (84/100):
Cheers!
DevinHi faterra!
You would place it into your header.php file either directly or with a function.

DevinMay 31, 2014 at 6:27 pm in reply to: Is Layerslider IE 8+ compatible? Any specific hacks to know? #272808Hi UncleGroOve!
As far as I know it should work fine in IE8. What OS and version are they running that it isn’t showing with IE8?
Cheers!
DevinHey machelper!
There isn’t any secondary setting in the theme for comments so it would just be a matter of making sure WordPress has them turned on and that you have Disqus set up correctly.
Best regards,
DevinHey!
I’ll tag the rest of the support crew and see if anyone else is able to view the issue. As I’ve mentioned I just don’t get the same error you have in your screenshots on any browser and with any testing method which I normally use in support.

DevinMay 31, 2014 at 5:27 pm in reply to: My index (Home Page) has taken on a diferent theme to that of the other pages. #272788Hey Trottski101!
Aside from the home page having a different menu everything looks fine from what I can see. Not sure if you’ve done that on purpose though so if you have not added a function or customization for that try deactivating all plugins before anything else and clearing any caching plugins that might be running.

DevinLet us know if you have further questions/issues in a new topic and I’ll close this one for now :)
Hi klondike91!
I would suggest putting your logos on the same size blank canvas in photoshop or any other image editing program and then saving them at the same size. WordPress will scale by the longest edge of an image so it can be different even using the same function depending on the image.
Something like 400×300 for each and then centering the images/logos should work well.

DevinMay 30, 2014 at 10:18 pm in reply to: Google Maps in true Fullwidth and without Mouse Wheel interaction #272617Hi @CharlieBarey ,
That is what happens when you use any full width element on a page. Instead of using the fullwidth map element, add a widget area into your layout and then add the map widget to that widget area from the WordPress widgets manager.
Cheers!
DevinWhere is a page we can see something happening at right now? Looking through the site and checking your settings everything appears normal.
Even republishing the delivery page doesn’t cause any duplication.
Hi kyagi!
Can we see an example/the page that is having the issue? I’m not aware of any conflicts with IE but if we can see the exact usage you have we can check into it. I know that unfortunately fairly often IE lacks what other browsers have but IE11 should be at least close to the others these days.
Regards,
DevinHi assessment_systems!
You can host the images on any image hosting site and then add the urls here. Just be aware that by design the theme will render a bit differently between the browsers though the overall structure, layout and general feel should be maintained.
Regards,
DevinHey Condesign_kista!
It looks like you have both a widget in your sidebar and the themes sidebar navigation turned on. You can either remove the widget or turn of the themes auto generated pages display in the sidebar from the theme options “Sidebar” section.
Cheers!
