Glad you were able to find a good solution for you :)

Hi lorenzo09,
I’m not seeing any redirect code anywhere on the site that should cause that to happen. Do you have a plugin installed that is supposed to redirect for mobile or anything like that?

Hi Fabiana,
1) We don’t have any experience using the CodeStyling plugin so there isn’t much we could do if it isn’t working correctly. The theme does support translation with PO files but it only has built in support directly for WPML from a plugin standpoint.
2) I’m not clear on what you mean.the slider with the thumbnails is showing on my first visit and scrolling up or down doesn’t cause it to go away on my end.
3) I don’t believe so no. Not all shortcodes are currently stackable. Kriesi plans on adding support for more of them to be nested like that but right now it isn’t supported.

Devin
Hi Chris,
What are you currently using to try and add the colors for the headers?
For the widgets, you can use:
#top .widget h3.widgettitle {
color: white;
}Regards,
Devin
Hi jeeves,
I’ve tagged Kriesi on the topic. Not sure what within the theme would interfere with it but there should be a fix available soon.
Regards,
Devin
Hi zannah,
In the main Theme Options go to the Footer tab. Change the column count to 4 and then save options. Now you can go to the wordpress Appearance>Widgets area and drag and drop widgets to the Footer – column1, column2, column3 and column4 widget areas to fill out those columns with widgets.

Devin
Hi Chris,
You’ll need to change the 404.php template to be:
<?php
global $avia_config;
/*
* get_header is a basic wordpress function, used to retrieve the header.php file in your theme directory.
*/
get_header();
echo avia_title(array('title' => __('Error 404 - page not found', 'avia_framework')));
?>
<div class='container_wrap main_color fullsize'>
<div class='container'>
<div class='template-page content twelve alpha units'>
<div class="entry entry-content clearfix" id='search-fail'>
<?php get_template_part('includes/error404'); ?>
</div>
<!--end content-->
</div>
</div><!--end container-->
<?php get_footer(); ?>Regards,
Devin
Hi Max,
Can we see the page live? The container should stretch to fit the contents so inspecting the code should help with finding out whats going on.

Devin
July 12, 2013 at 5:18 pm in reply to: Single Author / Mult Author Image and Excerpt Alignment #128810The kind of adjustment you are looking for is quite a bit beyond what we could assist with via support since it will need to re-do the template and change quite a bit of the css including responsive tweaks and cross browser tweaks.
If you trying to do something like this http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/blog/blog-single-small/ , that is already part of the options available however.
Hi skosmer,
1) You can change the comment settings from the main wordpress core options. Go to Settings>discussion.
2) Customization like that would need to be done with css or modifying the php files from the theme.
3) Do you mean the Latest News widget like on this page: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/blog/ ?
Regards,
Devin
Hi formateins,
I’ll tag Kriesi to take a look as well as Peter. Glad you found a fix for the time being however.

July 12, 2013 at 3:21 pm in reply to: How to arrange contents in megamenu through pages/sections #127233Can we see an example? I’m not really clear on what exactly is happening based on the description so I’m not sure if this is the correct behavior or if there is something we can do to change it.
Hi chilli-mind,
Make sure you are using version 1.7.1 of the theme. There was an update to make sure the child theme style.css was getting loaded last in one of the recent updates.
Regards,
Devin
Hi David,
You would need to create a separate print stylesheet that will re-design the page how you want it for print. There isn’t currently one included with the theme.
See the following for a quick reference on the topic: http://coding.smashingmagazine.com/2011/11/24/how-to-set-up-a-print-style-sheet/

Devin
I’ve still not been able to actually re-produce it. Even when creating a layout based on what you are saying breaks it so I’m not sure what the difference could be.
The above will definitely fix I can’t quite say its a bug at this point as locally and live its not repeatable from what I can see.
Regards,
Devin
I’m not sure what you mean now. Can you maybe point it out with a screenshot or something like that?
Hi Paul,
Sure, you can delete the css in the config-gravityforms>gravity-mod.css file.

Devin

Hi samforan,
Yes, you can set that globally with wordpress in the Settings>Discussion.
For the blog options, you can set them all with the blog element when adding one via the Advanced layout editor.

The best place to get help with a specific plugin is on that plugins support. For Contact Form 7 that is http://wordpress.org/support/plugin/contact-form-7

Hi giannag,
Are you using 1.7.1 version of the theme? If not make sure to re-download the theme files and update your live site. I’ll flag the topic for Dude so he has it in his queue since you already sent him your login details.

Devin
Hi serverlift,
I’m not sure what you mean. What landing page section? If its a page built with the advanced layout editor you can add a sidebar element into the layout.
Regards,
Devin
Hi Silvio,
Currently, there isn’t a mechanism in place to do that. You would need to target each icon individually and change them with css.

Devin
Hey DavyE,
Something like this would need to be done by a freelance developer. If we happened to have something on hand for it we could point you in the right direction but even coming up with a direction to go is problematic since I don’t want to point you down a road that wont ultimately work as I don’t have the full picture of the requirements, needs, portability etc.
Regards,
Devin
Hi DavyE,
Can we see an example on the site live?

Devin
Hi dsgnerfw,
I would suggest de-activating WP Super Cache and then re-try saving your socket/footer settings on that page. Caching plugins that are misconfigured can definitely cause issues.

Devin
Hi khalidmuharraqi,
Go into your wordpress Settings> Media Settings and make the Medium size the 400×400 size. Save the changes and now you’ll have the option of adding that image size in addition to all the other sizes into the visual editor of any part of the site you want.
Regards,
Devin
