I’m not really sure what you mean. Your best resource would be the WordPress codex and look through users abilities/pages or even a permissions plugin .
Hey Fritz!
We aren’t really able to debug custom code for users. The best place to get assistance with that would be the WordPress forums or http://wordpress.stackexchange.com/
Best regards,
DevinHi!
We’ve not had any other reports about this but you could try switching to one of the twenty something themes and see if that helps.
Edit: for clarity, switching themes is meant as a test to see if there is a theme specific conflict and not a permanent solution :)
Cheers!

Hi!
The generic ‘http error’ that WordPress can spit out when uploading images is unfortunately incredibly difficult to debug. If you have any common plugins or setups between the two sites first try deactivating them before anything else.
Its definitely not something we’ve had any bug reports for at this point so it will most likely be something on the server side (if its a common server) or in a plugin conflict/install setup.
Cheers!

I would try adding the search above the layerslider element instead of below it. Other than that its css tweaks until you get it exactly how you want it :)

DevinHey softronix_ltd!
If the font isn’t being loaded into the page then it will not work. So if the fonts aren’t selected from the theme options or from another plugin they wouldn’t be loaded into the page from Google servers.

DevinHi!
The single product page uses your theme wide page sidebar visibility option. If you don’t have it set to display a sidebar then the sidebar is hidden on the product pages.

DevinHey stevemulisa!
How did you move your domain and installation? Did you migrate the database and change the serialized data?
Cheers!
DevinHey!
Just to chime in here, you can also deactivate the theme version and then use LayerSlider as a standalone plugin. The theme has not been tested with the newest release as far as I know and Kriesi usually waits a while after a LayerSlider release to update the bundled version since there tends to be smaller issues that needed to be cleared up first.
Deactivate it by adding
add_theme_support( ‘deactivate_layerslider’ );
to your functions.php just after this lineglobal $avia_config;

DevinHey Konstantin!
You would need to add the raw code for a button with the click even on it in each location. Also feel free to add the idea for an additional field on buttons to the Enfold Feature requests here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Best regards,
DevinIn this case no but if you are using a child theme that change can be made so that it stays intact with theme updates.
Otherwise you could keep a copy locally and after each theme update re-upload the file with the location change.
Hi vanderburg!
Try unzipping the theme and adding into your themes folder like you would over FTP. There might be an issue with unpacking large zip files on your server setup.
Cheers!

Hey mmcgrat1!
You would need to re-add them in.
Other than that there are no other options for them at this point so if its a must-have feature you would need to have the element customized by a freelance developer.
Cheers!
DevinHi!
I have no issues opening any of the portfolio items on the link above. Even opening them all over and over again the items open correctly on my end.

DevinHey redmans!
Yes it is. Generally you can check for the doctype declaration in a sites source. HTML5 will use
<!DOCTYPE html>

Take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

DevinAugust 26, 2014 at 2:19 am in reply to: Moving Smart Scroll Anchor Link on Full Screen Slider OR Reducing Slider Height #309045In this case I’m not really sure what the best solution would or should be. The fullscreen slider should be adapting to the current screen size even with the nav menu but the scroll-to function also is setup to scroll down to just after the nav menu since we had so many complaints about that as well.
I’ve tagged Kriesi and Peter on the issue as the next step forward.
Hey!
If you follow through with the conversation in this topic you’ll get to Peter’s response here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/layerslider-woocommerce/#post-299092
It isn’t a support function so you would need to force redirect users to a custom page instead of the WooCommerce shop.
Cheers!
DevinHey!
There are some scripts showing as not loading on that page which are no longer used with version 2.9.1. Make sure you are using Enfold version 2.9.1 and that you’ve cleared any caching plugins cache that is displayed on the front end.

DevinHey HIO2014!
As far as I know blog posts within WordPress always appear in the order they are published. The element doesn’t have an ordering option in this case.

DevinAugust 25, 2014 at 6:32 pm in reply to: Advanced Styling – Not working need to increase Menu link font size #308940I’m still having no problem adding both the main menu links and main menu links with hover state even when saving.
Hi danielsami!
Yes, it is responsive until the menu switches over to the mobile menu option. That is what I’m seeing on the site linked right now as well (no menu cutoff).
#2 – Can we log into the sites WordPress admin and take a look how you have the menu setup? I’m not quite sure what the exact settings you have are for the menu. You can add the credentials here as a private reply.
Best regards,
DevinHi Martin!
The best route for that would be in a plugin which already supports the correct formatting. Then each blog post would be a blog and a recipe within.
Some plugins also support a recipe custom post type which might more what you are looking for but in this case a plugin is the best option available to you.
Cheers!
DevinAugust 25, 2014 at 5:59 pm in reply to: Avia is stuck on loading after upgrade to multi site #308924Hey jdrijver!
Have you tried deactivating all active plugins? And to be sure, make sure you are running the most recent version of the theme (2.9.1 right now).
I have Enfold running on our documentation multisite without issue so at the very least I know it works on a fairly active multisite install by default.

Hey pnacho!
Without knowing how the user was setup we can’t really give an answer to that. It looks like you are using a plugin for user management with a ticketing system so the question would best be directed at the developers of the plugin and not the theme in this case.
Best regards,
DevinHey nnn666nnn!
The link goes to the demo general link and not a specific page so I’m not sure what you are trying to do exactly. From the description it sounds like a fullscreen slideshow with a single image on it and the images caption filled in. You can create that using the drag and drop editor and the fullscreen slideshow from the media tab.
Cheers!
DevinHey!
If you want more specific control of what widgets show where you can use this plugin: http://wordpress.org/plugins/display-widgets/
For the data placeholder, do you mean literally DD / MM / YY to be a specific date?
Cheers!
