Bluehost is still considered a somewhat budget hosting solution so the server quality is just enough. That will work for the average small business but anything greater and you would want to go with a provider like Peter suggested.
August 29, 2014 at 5:19 pm in reply to: Un-mute audio in an embedded video in a Color Section #311004If you can post what you have to a gist or pastebin we can take a look. If you are familiar with php it should be pretty straightforward but I also have an example on the docs theme here you can refer to: https://github.com/DevinVinson/enfold-child-docs
Hi Ivana!
What is the error message you are getting?
Best regards,
DevinHey Santos Ramos!
You can check through the WooCommerce documentation here for more information on setting up that plugin and its features: http://docs.woothemes.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/
We have a general getting-started video here for using WooCommerce with Enfold but beyond that your best resource is the WooCommerce docs and their support forums for plugin specific questions: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/quick-start-with-woocommerce/
Best regards,
DevinHi snitgard!
Update your theme to the most recent 2.9.2 release and then go to your Theme options and then the styling options. Change a setting, save the changes to regenerate the stylesheet again and then change things back if needed.
Cheers!
DevinAugust 29, 2014 at 5:06 pm in reply to: enfold wont apply css styling both in style css and custum style in options #310996Try clearing your browser cache. It is indeed working on the live site right now.
Hey svetkol!
Unfortunately that isn’t something we can assist with via support. There are a lot of tutorials available online to assist with moving WordPress installations and even services that can handle it for you.
From support however its beyond what we are able to do.
Regards,
DevinHi Bruno!
Try adjusting your settings so images are set to display in the center, center option. That way they are aligned with the color sections middle and not pushed down.

DevinHi Jamie A!
The bigger the size the better. 1200px-1300px wide will keep it from being stretched and then whatever the smallest file size you can get while still keeping it looking nice.

DevinAugust 29, 2014 at 3:13 pm in reply to: Dummy data xml file not included in Enfold Theme package #310958Hey tommoulding!
In the theme options go to the import/export tab. You can auto-import in the dummy data by clicking on the button for it there in that tab of options.

DevinHi m00n!
1) Its probably possible but I don’t think it would be good UX. The trigger would need to be when a user clicks out of the window or something like that and if it was by accident it would cause the person to need to re-type the original query.
The issues you are having with IE8 are due to that browser not supporting them. You would need to use a plugin or script that attempts to force IE8 to use css3/html5 in order for those things to work in the retired browser.
Cheers!
DevinHey Munford!
I’ve asked Peter to drop in as he is the most familiar with hosts in the area.
In general however your best route would be to do some googling and look through tutorials on setting up a dev environment on a server/migration. Its all relative to the host and what they allow but I know places like Bluehost will let you build on a temporary domain/ip and then when you are ready to direct the real domain to the hosting account you can change it over and close down the old one.
I’m sure others more local to you would have a similar option :)

DevinAugust 28, 2014 at 4:09 am in reply to: ENFOLD / MASONRY PROBLEM ON FIREFOX + INTERNET EXPLORER #310176Hey!
The main page in your link only has a single item so I’m not seeing any issue on my end. As far as I know this hasn’t been reported as a bug at this point by anyone else.
Regards,
DevinHi!
The best place to ask would be the WooCommerce forums as they are more familiar with the exact filters/hooks to use.
Cheers!
DevinHi Gee Are!
With the whole site using a responsive grid its a bit difficult to singularly define a fixed width for a major layout element like that. I know in the next big theme update the grid units used for the sidebar/content areas will be adjustable via theme options but right now you would need to have a freelance developer write the custom css to support the change so that it still works cross browser and stays fully responsive.
Regards,
DevinYou would give the button a class of your own and modify it or them. If you are adding in the shortcodes but not the html you could still wrap them in your own div and target the buttons inside of them with the classes shown in the comment above.
For the other content you can either set the options for LayerSlider to better adapt for responsive in that specific slideshows slideshow options or inspect the code with dev tools to pick out the class/ID of the container to then modify it or in the mobile case completely hide it with display: none.
August 27, 2014 at 8:59 pm in reply to: enfold wont apply css styling both in style css and custum style in options #310061Hi Softwaredanmark!
Can you point out a specific example of custom css you’ve added to the Quick CSS that isn’t being applied?
Best regards,
DevinHey FMIS!
We would need to see the page on the site live to try and debug things further.
Cheers!
DevinHi Günter!
You can add your own versions of the layout builder elements/shortcodes from a child theme. See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-new-or-replace-advanced-layout-builder-elements-from-child-theme/
Regards,
DevinHey!
The current version of Enfold is 2.9.2 so if you are updating *to* 2.5.2 it isn’t one where we would expect it to be compatible with the current version of WordPress and all supported plugins
Regards,
DevinHey rtimberlake!
No unfortunately not right now. I know its something Kriesi has talked about but with how much time he has been devoting to Enfold directly it hasn’t been made a priority.
So for now the only place to get the Avia Layout Builder is with the Enfold theme.
Best regards,
DevinIf you don’t have a menu defined in your WordPress admin “Appearance->Menus” area then all of the pages will be displayed by default. Once you set a menu to be displayed as the main menu then it will be more organized.
See: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/setting-up-your-mega-menu/
Glad we could help. Let us know if you have any other questions or issues.
August 27, 2014 at 6:53 pm in reply to: contact form doesn't send emails to my admin account #310004Hey digideo!
Are you using the themes contact form/form builder or a third party plugin?
For the home page slideshow, what do you have setup on that pages layout builder? Generally this is due to a plugin causing a conflict with the visible page vs what is shown live so you can also try deactivating plugins and see if that helps.

DevinAugust 27, 2014 at 6:51 pm in reply to: Feature Image disapears when using Advanced layout option #310003Hey!
If you don’t use the ALB then the featured image gets added into the page automatically. Otherwise you manually setup the page how you want it using the ALB including adding in your own image.
Best regards,
DevinHey kkannan!
Thanks for the heads up. It should be removed shortly.
Cheers!
DevinHi!
As Richard mentioned the only way to delete the content is to go to your pages, posts, media, portfolio items and menus and delete the content manually.
Regards,
DevinHey!
I would try to do a quick re-creation of the page (as you mentioned) in case some of the meta data for the settings is ‘stuck’. Its happened a handful of times for users and with the drag and drop editor + copy and paste its pretty quick to fix it by re-creating the page.
Cheers!
DevinYou could try re-creating the slideshow and see if that helps. If the site was moved over without properly migrating the data then it could be an issue with the LayerSlider database data for that slideshow. If nothing else has changed that is the most likely possibility from what you’ve described.
August 26, 2014 at 5:52 pm in reply to: Un-mute audio in an embedded video in a Color Section #309453Hi!
Not that I know of. You can however modify a shortcode file from your child theme. See:
http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/add-new-or-replace-advanced-layout-builder-elements-from-child-theme/Regards,
