Hey!
Make sure that the name you have for your portfolio permalink is not duplicated *anywhere* on your wordpress install for any other page name or slug name.
WordPress can not have duplicated slugs in any instance.
Cheers!
DevinHey baeriswyl!
This is how the theme re-formats tables to make them fit on mobile layouts. Otherwise the tables don’t shrink down enough to fit and the user has to scroll outside the edge of the website.
If you want to use a regular table then you can create the content in Word or with html and add the raw code for it into the Text tab of a text element.
Cheers!
DevinHey!
I just tested it on my live install and the hover effect still shows on images where the link is external. The effect is turned on for any link of an image so there isn’t any difference in the code for them.
If you can link to a page with an example directly we can inspect the code.
Regards,
DevinHi spitsdesign!
No, unfortunately not without modifying the gallery shortcode file. All available galleries are shown here: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/gallery/
Cheers!
DevinHi gianmarizzi!
Have you installed any new plugins recently? Updated files, WordPress or plugins?
Cheers!

For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
Regards,
DevinHi!
Excerpts are on by default but you need to add the excerpt text manually to all pages.
Regards,
DevinHi!
Try updating your theme files to the most recent version available from your downloads on themeforest or via the theme update option in the theme options.
For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
Also make sure to go into your Theme Options>Styling and re-save the options there after making a small change to re-generate your theme styles.
Best regards,
DevinHi silky2013!
On the settings when you add in your masonry element you can choose to display the title, title and excerpt or neither. Selecting the title and for it to show on hover will get that result.
Cheers!
DevinHey!
The only thing I could suggest would be to re-download the theme files from your downloads on ThemeForest and then re-upload them via FTP.
That way you can make sure there are no errors on upload.

DevinJanuary 15, 2014 at 6:01 pm in reply to: avia layout tool won't allow changes to Icon in icon box or to upload images #210148Hey DHSSystemsInc!
Can you explain a bit more exactly what steps you are trying to take and what isn’t working? I’m not quite sure what you mean.
Cheers!
DevinJanuary 15, 2014 at 6:00 pm in reply to: Full width layerslider disappear when using my own template page #210147Hey!
The page.php does not render the content of the advanced layout builder. That is done by template-builder.php (as long as the page is using a full width element).
Regards,
DevinHey!
Deactivate all active plugins including Jetpack. It looks like the image resizing function might be causing an issue with the portfolio and the lightbox script opening images correctly.
Best regards,
DevinHi 12Switch!
No unfortunately not.
Cheers!
DevinHi mgould!
IE8 is actually displaying the site fine on my end. Its IE9 that is completely breaking from what I can see. Not sure what the root of it is but the symptoms suggest some incorrect css in a media query possible since IE9 would see it but IE8 would not.
First try deactivating all active plugins and then see if that helps. If not, re-download the theme and then re-upload it over FTP and make sure there are no errors when uploading.
Regards,
DevinHey!
Re-upload the image at 170×88. IE8 ignores the image width designated in the css to constrain it to fit and the previous fixes we had in place for it seemed to have been removed from IE8.
Cheers!
DevinJanuary 15, 2014 at 5:45 pm in reply to: Inserting simple Javascript code onto different pages #210128Hi!
Your best route would be to contact Pinterest support to assist in setting up or modifying the scripts they would like you to add to the page.

DevinJanuary 15, 2014 at 5:44 pm in reply to: After upgrade to 2.4.5, Blog Grid Element no longer displays posts #210124Hi!
Some general things you can try are increasing your php memory limit for WordPress: http://www.dailyblogging.org/wordpress/increase-wordpress-memory-limit/
And contact your hosting provider to make sure there are no server side caching settings running that would keep a page looking like its previous content or have a delay in changes from the back end showing in the front end.
Cheers!
DevinGoing back to the Corona theme they are all pretty straightforward to use. They dont’ have quite the flexibility from the backend but are still quite customizable.
The video tutorials here give a good idea of how you would be setting up content and things: http://kriesi.at/themes/angular/template-files/video-tutorials/
Hi!
Try deleting the element and then saving the page. Then re-add it in and adjust the settings as needed.
If it still doesn’t work at that point, try deactivating all active plugins and then re-adding it once again in case there is a conflict with a plugin.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
Just to add to this, that line has not changed since the initial upload with the 2.1 beta (on our side). The file has been updated a dozen or so times since then but that function has not.
I don’t know why you are getting the error but re-uploading that specific file fresh from your downloaded zip should fix it.
Regards,
DevinIt could have been an error with the import though it *shouldn’t* happen. So if nothing else switching back to the child theme should allow you to re-set your color settings and from that point on everything will be saved to the child theme as needed.

Hi!
I don’t want to disable any plugins for you so I try re-deactivating everything and then go ahead and update the theme files to the most recent version (2.4.5 right now).
Then with all plugins disabled re-check the older posts. Also try opening them in the wordpress editor, editing and then saving them.

DevinJanuary 15, 2014 at 12:38 am in reply to: Multiple Shortcode icons on the same line inside an Iconbox #209779I don’t know of a way to center them together. At that point it would be easier to just use custom css and html or an image instead of the icons.
January 15, 2014 at 12:35 am in reply to: Error displaying web on smart phone (Error al visualizar web en teléfono móvil) #209778Hey!
Yigits link to my post was suggesting that if you had jetpack active and were using its ability to show a different theme for mobile then you should turn that off.
You do *not* need to have Jetpack active.
Checking the site now I’m not seeing anything incorrect about the mobile view so I’m not sure what the issue is at this point.
Best regards,
DevinHey GreenAppleWebs!
You will first need to include that font into your theme either using a plugin (the best method) or by adding the code you’ve pasted above in the header.php file as the google font site loosely outlines.
Then add the following CSS to your Quick CSS (located under the Styling Tab in the theme options) or the custom.css file in the css folder of your theme files:
.av_fullscreen .avia-caption-title { font-family: arial; }
Replace “arial” with the font name.
Cheers!
DevinHey nshryock!
Color sections will always be full width and get loaded in before any sidebar on the page but you can use Widget areas to fake a sidebar and include them into the fullwidth layout.
It isn’t exactly the same as having a sidebar but its the only solution I know of to what you are describing.
Best regards,
DevinHi Florian!
Do you mean using the mega menu style?
That would just be a matter of setting up your menu like this: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67651241
Except no need to use the images as links, so just using the mega menu.
Best regards,
Devin-
