Unless you re-name, yes. In general though I wouldn’t recommend keeping multiple versions of a theme within WordPress at the same time.

There isn’t a mechanism in place to do that right now but you can turn on the debug field which shows the raw shortcode output for your ALB layout. Then copy the shortcode out and place it into another page. Its not recommended however as if you incorrectly paste in a shortcode or forget a bracket it can cause that pages layout to break and no longer render.

The fullwidth masonry element doesn’t have a definable column size and instead it adapts the images to fit the width of the current users screen. So the more wide the screen, the more images that fit.
For the single page I would use a slideshow and then a separate gallery element where each image has a smaller size and when clicked opens the large one like the first one here: http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/shortcodes/gallery/
But really any of those would work it just depends on how you want the design to flow.

DevinThe thing is that when you are on a page and switch over the ALB you are no longer using page.php as the template once you use a full width element on the page. Because it needs a different div structure you are instead using template-builder.php.

As far as I know IE on Windows 8.1 should be rendering hover events as touch events. Older versions of IE failed at this which a lot of early windows phone users were made painfully aware of.
Currently however it should and as far as I know does render hover events as active until clicked again. You might need to check that the device used is up to date with Windows 8 and the app version of IE. I’m not sure any of us have a windows tablet to test on but so far this is the only time I’ve heard of the effect working this way even in IE.

If its a custom page template that does *not* use the Avia Layout Builder then using the page.php and a custom loop (or not) is the way to go.
The template for the page isn’t set in the page.php but in the header.php and that is pulled in through whatever the theme is set so it shouldn’t have anything to do with it.

The theme doesn’t have support for LayerSlider slides within content that isn’t full width unfortunately.

There was also all of the 2.4 iterations with changes and then 2.5.1 and 2.5.2.
The stylesheet just needs to be regenerated as I outline above. The background color is now getting set but the variables aren’t getting cleared out. The only way I know of to do that would be to select one of the pre-defined color schemes and then save. Once that is done you can re-add in your color options in each tab.
Keeping a second window with those options visible but not saved will let you have a visual guide so you don’t have to write anything down.
I’m not quite sure what you are trying to do but the background image alignment aligns the image with the color section.
If you want to remove the border from a specific section or change its padding/margins you can use the ID as you’ve entered it in and then css on that ID to change its appearance. For example:

IE8 isn’t able to render the css that modern browser do. This is the correct fallback for what IE8 does.

DevinThe theme settings are saved to whatever the name of the currently active theme is. So you should be able to re-name your child theme to what it was before and get the same settings.
The issue however is that if you are installing multiple versions of enfold then the child theme may run into an issue where it doesn’t know what the real parent is since it uses the parents name to establish the parent:child relationship.

This is a bit involved but I think the stylesheet needs to be re-generated from a base style. So first open up your admin in one window and then open it again in another window. Navigate the the themes styling tab in both and then minimize one to keep as a fake backup of sorts.
With the open window select one of the themes pre-built color schemes and then save. See if you can set the background color without issue then. Either way you’ll then use the second window showing your styling tab as a template to quickly copy over all the color and font choices you previously had to the ‘working’ window where you are saving the data.

You’ll need to re-apply your changes from your hard coding to the 2.5 files after updating.

Can you explain a bit more on what you mean by missing from the admin? Is the style.css in the child theme folder or is there any errors in the Themes section of the admin?

Once you have created your portfolio items you’ll then go to any regular page. Then click on the Advanced Layout Editor button and drag and drop a Portfolio Grid item into the layout to customize as needed.

DevinI would ask your hosting provider to scan your site and clients site for any security issues first. If you have any common plugins between them you should deactivate them as well. Google if there are any issues on them or check their support forums on the WordPress.org plugin repository as well.
Nothing in the theme would or should be deleting any files at any time like that.

We aren’t sure why but for some reason some users aren’t able to get videos to play in Firefox, iOS etc. Kriesi is working on an update and to try and get them all sorted out in one swoop we are attempting to test fixes live. There may also be an issue with Vimeo’s player in certain circumstances not playing on OSX so if you need to get it up and running ASAP I would suggest trying YouTube or self hosted as a short term fix.

The sizes for items are set for english so they will need some manual adjustment if the contents is too long for how they are set by default. If we can see your site live we can assist with the needed updates.
Its quite a bit of a stretch to say that these make the site improperly designed however.

DevinGlad to know. I thought Firefox had not supported mp4 now too but since it relies on a users system having the codec it can definitely be a bit buggy.

For right now one isn’t available. The styling on the widget menus is all for a vertical layout so a horizontal one would need to be added into the theme.
It happens that it *is* already on my to-do list so it will be coming eventually.

I’m not sure what could be causing that to happen. I have a DV server with MediaTemple with 10-15 different WordPress installs all running Enfold for clients and have never had any issues.
With other clients I’ve set them up with Enfold on 1and1 (one of the lower tiers of hosting options), Bluehost and even GoDaddy and I’ve not yet had a hosting provider mention and issue. Or in my case managing my own I’ve not seen any issue.
The only thing I can think of is there is a server side setting or something which is triggering high cpu usage. You could try setting up a subdomain or alternate domain on the server and install a clean WordPress+enfold and see how it runs.

My guess would be its part of the Jetpack plugin and not the theme so it would need to be translated from their po file and not the themes.
