Hey Michael!

The logo isn’t showing because of the position: static added to it below 989px.

The menu needs to be either shortened or you can turn on the mobile menu earlier from the theme options in the Header layout options. Not as much flexibility there without changing the padding or size of the menu items.

Is the server going through a VPN or just your connection to it? If its you to the server it shouldn’t cause an issue.

Does anything change with no active plugins?

Make sure you are using Enfold version 2.9.2 if you have recently updated to WordPress 4.0. The 2.9.2 update was pushed out before the new WordPress version as we knew about the conflict before release.

Hi!

The size of the image from WooCommerce settings is the size used for the image source. The size as it is shown on the page is dictated by the css wrappers for the columns that make up the pages.

Although we don’t offer customization for the single product page layouts through support we do have a documentation article with a code snippet showing the basics of changing the layout of those pages: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/change-woocommerce-single-product-page-layout/

So by default the layout is http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold/product/zoku-trioquick-pop-maker/

Which uses “four” and “eight” for the columns. The snippet on the documentation I linked above changes the page layout to add a third column with the sidebar in it but you could remove those lines and then change the columns so that the image and summary are both “six” or whatever combination you want.

Unfortunately there isn’t anything within any of the themes that has that kind of capability. You would need to look into a plugin to introduce more in depth password/content restriction.

Unfortunately we don’t have a solution for you in this case. Theme isn’t suited to having a massive amount of images hosted off server but if its a must-have feature you can have the theme customized to allow it by a freelance developer.

I’m getting an error with Magic Zoom when viewing the site. Not sure if there is a conflict there but it would be the first thing I would try deactivating to see if that is the root cause.

Hey @GaWebDev – If you have a site for us to see a bug please create a new topic with login credentials in as private data. Its the same steps I’m asking everyone to do now since these topics keep ending up with the user having 2.9.1 installed or a plugin conflict but the overlapping replies make it easy to miss that as the base issue.

In every other theme update we have ever gone through (which is a lot since Kriesi is one of the highest selling authors on themeforest) we have patched for bugs in the same way we are doing now.

The dummy data is not a duplicate of the theme demo. While its very close the menu will still not import in the same because of limitations with WordPress for now.

You can watch the video in the documentation I linked to for a how-to on creating your own mega menus which is the only difference from a regular menu using the WordPress menus manager.

The UX for them is terrible however is the ability to activate them on smaller screens overlaps with the navigational elements of the slider. Add in that iOS conflicts were causing performance issues and the requests to force a fallback instead of rendering it were overwhelming.

Add in that slideshows are widely ignore on websites by visitors and its not something we get a lot of requests for at this point and pulling it off is a significant investment of time and further bug fixes whenever a new mobile OS gets rolled out.
