Hi hareljann!
Try deactivating all active plugins and then doing a quick re-install of the 2.6 update over FTP to make sure that there aren’t any file errors that could be the cause. For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
Then try things again while still keeping plugins inactive.
Cheers!
DevinYes it is handled within the avia.js script but I’m not sure what it would take now that the function has been changed with the new headers and everything so I’ve tagged Peter and Kriesi on the topic to take a look and see.
March 12, 2014 at 6:21 pm in reply to: Stretch to Fit for Color Section Video Mobile Screen Fall Back #236449Hi georgeorbelian!
I’m not seeing the image background in place right now (on the site linked above) but I’ll ask Kriesi if a stretch to fit or cover option can be added in.
Best regards,
DevinHey!
If you gave the table a class then you are using incorrect syntax. It would just be:
.services-table { background-color:#FFFFFF!important; border-style:none!important; }
Cheers!
DevinHey ecosyse!
If it isn’t showing in the theme options you may need to re-upload the theme over FTP as it sounds like there was an error with a file or two not getting properly written over on update.
For a quick guide on updating your theme take a look at this video on updating the Enfold theme via FTP: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750

DevinMarch 12, 2014 at 6:07 pm in reply to: *URGENT* 2.6.1 update broke back end, nothing from child theme is being applied #236435Hi!
Can you provide a link to your site with the child theme running and 2.6.1? I checked the fix before it was applied and all it does is change when the style.css gets included. So it shouldn’t cause any error with its output.
Cheers!
DevinHi mrlreynolds!
Do a manual update over FTP and make sure everything gets written over without any issues https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
Cheers!
DevinHi Jagrav!
It sounds like the folder wasn’t writable or WordPress didn’t have the correct permissions. For a quick guide on updating your theme over FTP instead take a look at this video: https://vimeo.com/channels/aviathemes/67209750
The other option would be talking to your hosting provider to make sure WordPress has the correct write permssions on the themes folder.

DevinHi bsal1011!
Start with http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/ and
If you want to have someone go in and set up the pages, menus and basic structure so you can do the content I would suggest Codeable.io or Microlancer.

DevinMarch 11, 2014 at 6:47 pm in reply to: custom.css wiped out, Child theme style.css not applying styles #235751Hey!
There will be an update released shortly to fix the child theme issue but I posted a fix for it here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/after-update-to-2-6-some-css-styles-child-theme-style-css-are-not-being-applied/#post-235122
Regards,
DevinHi!
Yes, the secondary mobile menu was removed with the changes to the whole header configuration. So you can now use the new header options to customize the header as needed but there is only the fly out mobile menu option.
To fix the other issue add !important to your css snippet like this:
.responsive #top #main { padding-top: 80px !important; }
Cheers!
DevinHi maratino!
I’ve already pushed a fix that will be included in 2.6.1 but you can do it manually now: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/after-update-to-2-6-some-css-styles-child-theme-style-css-are-not-being-applied/#post-235122
Cheers!
DevinHi derek62!
The whole header function was re-done in 2.6 so you will may just need to re-choose the header display in the theme options.

DevinMarch 11, 2014 at 4:57 pm in reply to: Color Section not visible on mobile devices w/ "Background Attachment" = "Fixed" #235645Hi!
Can you try it with the parallax setting (basically the same thing as fixed)? I’m not getting any issues on my end but it could be a issue of forcing the device to change its rendering.

DevinMarch 11, 2014 at 4:53 pm in reply to: New version problems (CSS, Menu resposiveness, Tooltip funtions) #235634Can you point me to an example of things not animating? Progress bars would be the easiest to see and dig into.
Hi!
With the 2.6 release the header has been completely re-done so when you update you can set a custom size for your header in the theme options and then go from there.
Regards,
DevinHi Zakkery!
That isn’t something we can help you with via the support forums. You can try the WordPress sub reddit on reddit, the WordPress general forums on WordPress.org or other places like that with more general open Q&A.
Regards,
DevinYes, I’ve already added in the pull request for it so unless Kriesi has a different change to fix it this will be in the next update.
I saw the example and tried to re-create it myself but when I do it on my end there is no issue. Can you screenshot the image settings on the backend for that page as well as the overall layout so we can see? Or create a temporary admin account for us to log in and take a look live and post it in a private reply.
Hey remix1998!
No not at the moment it isn’t without creating custom page templates and setting the header for each page via php.

DevinMarch 11, 2014 at 7:48 am in reply to: Enfold layerslider not working on iphone and ipad for new person loading site #235271Hey NeilLateral!
Can we see the site live that is having the issue? The version of LayerSlider included with the theme was updated with 2.6 but it shouldn’t be having that kind of effect. Looking at your site now (missed it on the first read through) the slideshow on the home page loads for me on my iPad without issue.Best regards,

Devin.
You are describing two different things in turn. Please try and clarify what exactly, in as much detail as possible what the issue is.
If you are having issues with the child themes style.css file specifically and the styles being applied then you can use the fix i posted here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/after-update-to-2-6-some-css-styles-child-theme-style-css-are-not-being-applied/#post-235122
If you are having an issue where the color or font options you select in the themes Styling tab are not taking effect can you please point out which ones specifically are not working and where on the site I can see them and what the correct styling should be according to the choices you have made in the styling tab.
Hi!
What does it look like in the ALB? Trying out what I think is the same thing on my dev install I’m not getting the same issue.
Best regards,
DevinHey!
The theme has a fallback for when a user only adds that in but we don’t always keep up with the most recent changes to the analytics code so its best to use the full code snippet you get from google.
Best regards,
DevinHi!
The LayerSlider isn’t actually something Kriesi wrote but is a plugin that is bundled with the theme. So it looks like that option was either removed or moved to a different location. So with this most recent theme release the newest version was included which had some very big changes for how LayerSlider works and functions.
As for the video loading sometimes and not others there unfortunately isn’t anything I can think of that we could do unless its reproducible consistently. It sounds like its getting timed out on occasion but that could be a server issues, a vimeo issue or a combination of lots of other things.
Regards,
DevinHi Voilaah!
I posted the fix here https://kriesi.at/support/topic/after-update-to-2-6-some-css-styles-child-theme-style-css-are-not-being-applied/#post-235122

DevinMarch 11, 2014 at 7:22 am in reply to: I can't align an image to the right of the text on a post entry #235260Hi ullastret!
It looks like the pinterest plugin is adding a wrapping paragraph tag to the image so the image alignment isn’t working correctly.
Cheers!
DevinHey!
Table by themselves are not responsive so the way the theme handles them is to re-build them into a smaller table with the column headers over each row element. If there is any missing it can cause issues with the the incorrect header over a row entry.
I know it was discussed recently to add a secondary method of handling tables but I can’t seem to find the discussion when searching for it in our internal repository. It has either already been fixed in the recent 2.6 release or will be soon.
Cheers!
DevinMarch 11, 2014 at 6:14 am in reply to: Latest Theme Update Damaged Blog Page & Home Page Fonts #235220It looks like the google font isn’t getting loaded outside of the home page. Not sure on why so I’ve tagged Kriesi on the issue and on our internal tracker as well.
What specifically with those options is not working? I see the Terminal Dosis font working and in place as well as non default font color in the body and header.
