Good evening Ismael,

And then I’ll come back to you – asap! Until a good time for you!Best regards
CarstenMarch 23, 2021 at 3:35 pm in reply to: Active button over slide-show (fullscreen)…how can I geht thiis? #1289907Hi Rikard,
thx for your new reply and the infos! And of course for your support!
In the meantime I thought about an alternative solution for my customer
and think that I also found one. But of course I have to clear that first
with my customer. You’ll hear again from me soon. Until then…Best regards
CarstenMarch 17, 2021 at 2:21 pm in reply to: Active button over slide-show (fullscreen)…how can I geht thiis? #1288727Hi Rikard,
maybe my last entry was not completely, sorry. I’ve forgotten to say that I
removed your last new snippets again…sorry again! In the moment you
aren’t able to see the problem in live any longer. That was a MUST because
of my complicate customer. ;-/The only possibillity I see at the moment is to give you the login-data for the
backend and you check it out by your own in the late evening or night.
Please check out the PC-Box. Your testpage is named “Start-Test“ and it is
right at the top of the overview of “all-pages“ page. It would be very nice if
you’ll find a solution. And last but not least – please look also after a little snippet to make the image
full-width! Thanx a lot in advance!Best regards
CarstenMarch 16, 2021 at 3:56 pm in reply to: Active button over slide-show (fullscreen)…how can I geht thiis? #1288557Hi again Rikard,
small supplement: unfortunatel, the last snippets do not work as desired after all. ;/
I think, I was a little too hasty with my joy. ;/ Please take a look at the new screenshots
and you can see the problem with the menu-field. After the first scroll the
problem disappears. But I’m not sure if the (dummy) customers understand that. ;/So, as you said already it seems that this solution isn’t the perfect way to solve the
problem…unfortunately. ;/ And there is really no chance to fix that? Maybe it is?Best regards

March 13, 2021 at 4:18 pm in reply to: Active button over slide-show (fullscreen)…how can I geht thiis? #1288029Hi Rikard,
thx for your new snippets…fortunately they working! :)
At last it would be nice if you have another snippet to
make the image again full-width…as I wished. Hopefully
the wish is not to big. Thx in advance!Kind regards
CarstenMarch 9, 2021 at 2:48 pm in reply to: Active button over slide-show (fullscreen)…how can I geht thiis? #1286744Hi Rikard,
thanks for the new css-snippet. Now the image is completely clickable, nice!
But with the snippet we got a new problem! If you scroll down now the content
doesn’t disappear under the header-area, it scrolls over. Didn’t you see that?
Please look at the screenshot. Sorry, but because of that I have to switch off the
new snippet again. Here we need a different solution or an addition. The
snippet must have the addition that the header will be non-transparent after
beginning with scrolling. And, as I said, I need also a snippet to display the image in full-width. Sorry,
for the double-work!Kind regards

March 8, 2021 at 2:51 am in reply to: Active button over slide-show (fullscreen)…how can I geht thiis? #1286264Hi again Rikard,
thanks for your new reply and the informations!
No problem…I edited and changed the image already as you wanted.
But unfortunately the image has now a little border. Ok, I think this
has to do with or comes from the slider, right? I can change the slider
to a regular image element but maybe my customer want to use it in
the future. And what’ll I do then?Ok, for the moment let’s do it like you suggested. But then we have
another problem what you hopefully can solve. If we use an regular
image element the image isn’t any longer full width! But i think you
have an “quick css“ for it, haven’t you?So, back to you…
Kind regards
CarstenMarch 5, 2021 at 3:03 pm in reply to: Active button over slide-show (fullscreen)…how can I geht thiis? #1285769Hi Rikard,
thx for your new answer! Of course I can create a test page for you!
Why didn’t I think of that myself? ;-) Please take a look in the pc-box.Here you see the startpage like I want to have it. But as I has already
written the header-area is not clickable. The girl-image is only clickable
beneath the header-area. Hope you have a solution!Kind regards

March 3, 2021 at 7:26 pm in reply to: Active button over slide-show (fullscreen)…how can I geht thiis? #1285100Hi Rikard,
sorry for the late reply, but this project is a little bit complicated. ;-/ ;-)
But now we can go on. But the focus changed also a little bit.I solved the button-problem by putting the button into the image and
made the whole image clickable. But unfortunately the image is not
completely clickable because the image protrudes into the header area,
as you can see.In the mobile-view I’ve got no problems because the image is completely
under the header-area. So, how can I get the image also completely
clickable in the desktop-view?Again…sorry for the late reply and I’m looking forward to your new answer!
PS: Sorry, but my customer was upset about the situation and asked me to
include a temporary alternative solution. Therefore, I have currently set the
header back to “non-transparent”. I wanted to share this with you so that they
are not surprised that the elements have changed somewhat. However, the
question remains the same, as the header is to become transparent again.Kind regards

thanks for your first reply in 2021 and sorry for my late! :-) Hope you got my answer
from our last last thread in 2020!
Happy new year to you!Back to my new question :-) Unfortunately my customer still can’t find an answer
on your question. ;-) So, we both have to wait a little bit longer…sorry for that!
I come back to you as soon as I can!Kind regards

January 26, 2021 at 7:20 pm in reply to: Special Files Question / Dynamic Avia Folder: Which files are in here exactly? #1275548Hi Rikard,
sorry for my late reply but I wanted answer at the 26.12. but you were already
on holidays. ;-)You saved my Christmas with your answer…thanks a lot for that subsequently! :-)
And of course – Happy New Year 2021! I hope you’re fine and healthy!Kind regards
CarstenDecember 23, 2020 at 1:10 pm in reply to: Special Files Question / Dynamic Avia Folder: Which files are in here exactly? #1269530Hi Rikard,
thank you for your reply!
Aah, I see…hopefully that is the thing (the button) which helps! ;-)
I didn’t activate it in the past because the info-text says, that you
shouldn’t activate it if you use an cache-plugin. And of course I
uses always cache-plugins – on my and on customers-sites! ;-)But right now I activated it. But there is no better result on the
server immediately. Should I delete the old css-files manually?
And if yes, which files do I have to delete and which not? Or do
I have to wait just a couple of minutes/hours until the files are
deleted by itself?I’m looking forward to your new answer…thx!
Best regards

CarstenNovember 24, 2020 at 3:58 pm in reply to: contact form –> after mail has been sent, the info-text is not displayed ;-/ #1262721Hey Ismael,
thx for your reply!
The snippet works fine…great! I only had to add the word “!important;”
also behind the background-color, otherwise the field doesn’t appear. ;-)
And I added also “border: none;” to hide the white frame. I’ve forgotten
to say that. ;-)Best regards
CarstenHi Rikard,
sorry for the late reply and thanks for your last snippet!
Now it works as it should…great! Only one small word
was missing….!importtant; ;-)For the moment everything it’s ok, but please let the
thread a little while open, because I’m still not
completley through with that theme. ;-) I’ll be back
as soon as possible!…thanks!Best regards
CarstenGood evening Rikard,
thanks for your new snippets!
After I adjusted a little bit the h1-snippet it works very well. :-)
————————————-
#kontakt h1 {
margin-bottom: -10px;
}
————————————-
If I don’t adjust the snippet the h1-header on the startpage is to tight! ;-/
But I’m happy that the adjustment works as I want. :-)But sorry, the second snippet doesn’t work. The columns on the “kontakt-
page” doesn’t adjust. Could you please so kind and have a further look
on it…thanks in advance!Best regards
CarstenHi Rikard,
thx for the new snippet…it works very well…as in my imagination. :-)
But I still use the other css-snippets, too, because they make the
positioning of the single elements better! :-) I did adjust them. Take a
new look and you’ll see.But my other wish is still unfulfilled. ;-) Look at the new screenshsot.
I still need an command for the columns-distances! :-) With which
snippet can I adjust them? I think still with the css-classes. ;-)Thx in advance for your patience!
Best regards
CarstenGood evening again Rikard,
thx for your new reply!
I understand and you don’t have to adjust. I can do that by my own. :-)
Yes, with -35px it looks a little bit better, but then the header is again
to far away from the top…as you noticed correctly! ;-)Why isn’t it possible to work here with CSS-Classes for the columns,
as you explained in “reply #1250691”? I always think that that is the
best way to fix it. But I’m not the professional here…that’s you, of course! ;-)
So, what would you suggest next? I really wanna adjust the distances
between “all“ colums on all pages. And yes I know that I need more
then one new css-snippet for that. :-)And as you noticed correctly it would also be nice to adjust the distance
between the headlines of the single pages and the topbar a little bit. :-)
How can I do that, too?Thx in advance for your new sugesstions!
Best regards
CarstenGood evening Rikard,
Header:
No, it looks here also ok now, but only because of my additional text block,
as I wrote. If you have no other alternative solution I can live with it until
further notice. ;-)Kontakt-Page:
Thx for your tip with the empty ¼ element. I must look even more precisly
on which element is visible or invisble on mobile-view. :-) It helps a little
bit with the distance but it is still not perfect, sorry. ;-)Look again at the new screenshot. I wanna still less distance between the
single columns. So, how can I get this? And I want it for all the pages of
my complete site.Thx in advance for your further help!
Best regards
CarstenHi again Rikard,
thx for your new reply! And the CSS-Snippets are working very well…nice! :-)
But there is still one small blemish – look again at the screenshot 1. The pro-
blem with the header-1 is not solved. How can we fix that line problem?
PS: In the meantime I thought about it again and now i have created an ad-
ditional text block, which is already three lines long and is only displayed
on mobile devices. This solution seems to me to be the most sensible one
at the moment. Are you of the same opinion or do you have an alternative
solution? And second: it seems that I need another snippet(s) for the columns, because some
distances only can changed if you change them and not the single element. You can
see examples on the new screenshot and on the site of course. I tried it like this:
———————————————————
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
#kontakt-col2 {
margin-top: -20px;
}
———————————————————
But unfortunately it doesn’t work. So, where is the error in thinking?Best regards

Hi again Rikard,
sorry, for the long delay! In times like these we all have so many differnet things
to do, don’t we? ;-/Thx for your last infos – I have implemented everything so far! :-)
So, now we can beginning to optimize the distances between elements. :-)
Please take a new look at the first screenshot.I’m looking forward to your new answer!

thx for the new reply. Yes, it should work in a normal one as well, but
it doesn’t…sorry, don’t know what the reason is? ;-/ I need to explore
my computer (my work-around) further…damn technic ;-) But it never
gets boring, does it? ;-) I’ll keep you up to date.Best regards
CarstenOctober 12, 2020 at 8:53 pm in reply to: 4.7.6.4-Update / Drag&Drop and Scroll-Problem is back again. ;-( #1252363Good evening again Rikard,
thx for your new reply!
I don’t know why, but at the moment it still works only in the private window,
also if I cleared the caches and cookies before…sorry! ;-/ But the main thing
is that it works at all in the private window. ;-) I’ll check it further and will report
again…until then…Best regards
CarstenHi Jordan,
no thanks, with this topic not, but I hope that Rikard read my answer. :-)

CarstenOctober 11, 2020 at 7:57 pm in reply to: 4.7.6.4-Update / Drag&Drop and Scroll-Problem is back again. ;-( #1252077Good evening Rikard,
thx for your new reply, the informations and your check-up!
I checked the problem of course in different browsers, but everywhere was it the same. ;-/
But your tip to try it in a “private window“ was good, because there it works again. :-)
My first attempt in Safari was a bit strange at first, because first it worked and then again
it didn’t. But after that it worked in Firefox and Safari…and still does. ;-) Hopefully also in
the future, so tomorrow! I will report! :-)Have a good start into the new week…see ya soon…
Best regards
CarstenHi Rikard,
oh my god…of course! :-) The answer really jumps right out at you, doesn’t it? ;-))
I see this option almost every day, but couldn’t make it work logically…thanks a lot
Rikard for lighting up and expanding my mind! You never stop learning! :-)Thanks again and see you soon!

CarstenOctober 8, 2020 at 2:30 pm in reply to: 4.7.6.4-Update / Drag&Drop and Scroll-Problem is back again. ;-( #1251433Hi Rikard,
thx for your reply and information!
I tested it again and on the first page everything worked well with the
block-editor. But after I switched to next page unfortunately the
problems are back! ;-( I cannot explain this to myself…sorry! ;-/ And I
think it wouldn’t helps if you would test it. But – the proof of the pudding
is in the eating… :-) So, if you like…feel free!I really looking forward to your answer!
Best regards
CarstenPS: I tested it once again and it was the same as before. ;-/
I tested first the “Warum designbasis?” side. With this side
it worked twice, but it can’t really be because of this particular side.- This reply was modified 4 years, 2 months ago by designbasis.
October 8, 2020 at 1:57 pm in reply to: 4.7.6.4-Update / Drag&Drop and Scroll-Problem is back again. ;-( #1251426Cliffy is not wrong about this ;-)
Sorry, no offence, but it would be great if the changelog was updated in advance!
This has nothing directly to do with my problem now, but it would be good to
know if it is an important or not so important update. :-)Thx Cliffy for the note! :-)
Hi again Rikard,
thx for your answer. Ok, I need to be more specific! ;-) Of course I know where
the “developer settings“ are. But as I has written, until today I have not yet
dealt with it so intensively. ;-) So, is there really nothing written about it from you?
And if not, do you maybe have a link for me?Independent of that you can tell me what I’ve got to do, or better, what I’ve got to
fill into the ID/Classes-fields to fix my distance-problems.Wish you a good start into the new week and looking forward to hear from you.
Best regards
CarstenHi Rikard,
thx for your new reply! :)
I understand what you has written, but sorry, with this topic areas I don’t feel really
familiar, because I know to less about it until today. ;-/ Or better say – until today
I recognized it, but never really worked with it. ;-/ Yes, I did, but at that time Mike
helped me and told me what I had to fill in the fields. So, you see…I’m not familiar. ;-)I looked also into the enfold-documentation for it, but I didn’t find nothing. Am I blind
or is there really nothing of that in? Please, can you give me a small introduction to
that topic or is there maybe a written documentation? That would be very nice! :)
As I unfortunately always must repeat – I’m still a developer-html-newbie :-) I hope you’ll
bear with me! :-)I’m looking forward to your new answer!
Best regards
