Hi Rikard,
The site loads fine when I load it in a private/incognito window in Firefox. Oddly, it now appears to be loading OK in a regular Firefox window as well.
Thanks.
David
Hi Nikko,
Since my note yesterday I’ve done some additional testing and it appears that this issue may only be affecting Firefox (desktop). The site looks fine in Chrome. Here’s the link: https://davidguggenheim.com
Thanks as always for your help.
David
I’m alarmed and offended that a user would be permitted to use the handle “antisemitism.” You have a wonderful theme and team. Please don’t allow such overtly antisemitic, racist behavior to offend your loyal customer base and debase your brand. Thank you.
Sorry, perhaps I was not clear. The problem is not solved.
When I change the theme from Enfold to Twenty Nineteen, the back end works fine. However, when I change back to Enfold, the problems return.
I also noticed the following errors in Woocommerce/Status/Logs:

Finally, I am unable to automatically install any new plugins. The following message is thrown at the top of the “Add Plugins” page when I try to install a new plugin:

Changing themes (to 2019) solved the problem. I haven’t had success deactivating plugins.
Thanks for your reply, Rikard. I’ve provided the credentials you requested.
You’ll find the problem occurs especially when selecting “Installed Plugins” or “Add New” plugins. It will usually white screen. After refreshing the screen multiple times and/or clearing the browser cache, the white screen clears and the page finally appears (usually). It’s inconsistent and not something I’ve encountered previously. This is my 4th installation using Enfold on 1and1 and have never had this issue previously. Again, thanks.April 29, 2016 at 2:16 am in reply to: CONFLICK? Avia Editor Spinning After WordPress 4.5 Update and Code Functions Fix #624087Thank you, BeyondBOLD! spins when the Wordfence firewall is active
works when the Wordfence firewall is disabledApril 2, 2015 at 10:11 pm in reply to: Mobile Display of LayerSlider Sliders vs. Fullwidth Easy Slider #422801Thanks, Elliott. The responsive scaling problem is fixed. Turns out I hadn’t properly set the “Responsive Under” parameter.
Also, I tried to insert the code above to remove the whitespace but it had no efffect. I pasted all of the above into the top (large) codeblock element section entitled, “Code Block Content. Add your own HTML/CSS/Javascript here.” DId I paste it into the correct field?
Again, thanks.

March 31, 2015 at 12:28 am in reply to: Mobile Display of LayerSlider Sliders vs. Fullwidth Easy Slider #420893Thanks, Elliot.
I double-checked and both responsive and fullwidth options are turned on. “Responsive under” value is 1140px.
The problem exists even for the sample sliders imported, e.g., Why Enfold – Small Header. I did not change any of the settings from their default.
Thanks.
