I deactivated a plugin that was compressing JS and it seems to be working fine now. I guess it’s compressing code that was required to load the mobile menu so I’ll leave it deactivated altogether.

Thanks for the response. Sorry if I wasn’t clear. I’m using iPhone and when you try to browse the website on Safari the mobile burger menu doesn’t work. You click on it and nothing happens.

I got onto our hosting provider again (spoke to them initially when this problem arose) and they’ve got to the bottom of it. They put some security scripts in place which was causing the 404 error. I’m sorry for wasting your time and but at least we have it resolved and it might prove useful for other users of the theme. YOu can close out the call.

Hi Rickard,
The server is running 7.2.7. I already tried disabling the plugins – in fact I disabled all of them and it made no difference. The Avia Builder still did not work but feel free to disable them again if you wish.
Should I talk to our hosting provider to see if there’s something their end that causing the 404 error?

That seems to have worked fine. But I’m a little confused – should this not just work out of the box? Why is it that it’s not just automatically putting the sidebar in where it should?

Hi Victoria, thanks for this. Now it’s taken the date out of the single blog post but the date is still appearing on the case study page, which has all the posts. Any way to take dates out of both single posts and case study page? Thanks

That seems to have done the trick, but the date is still appearing on the individual posts in that category. So it;s fixed in one place but not in the other.Thanks Yigit, page is below but let me know if you need a login to the site. Category ID is 32

I checked with the hosting provider and they have block on traffic outside the country, to prevent bot attacks on WP sites. So I’ll post the login and password below so you can access the site. Thanks for your patience and sorry about the confusion but I wasn’t aware of this.

Could someone come back to me please on this issue? Thanks.SOrry I had already indicated in a previous post that you could disable plugins but I have done that there now. There are hardly any plugins installed as the site is in development mode. Thanks.
