You mean, the class is added by the woocommerce-plugin? Because no things in this project were added by an external service exept your support by this forum.

The problem was solved by removing the widget areas AND refreshing the cache AND logging out/in from WordPress.

Thanks for the code. It worked very well in that way, that I now know, I don´t want a grey background anymore. :-)

By using the code I was able to see, that the sidbare menu is seperated in different areas (because the code didn´t work for all areas in the menu).

By combining it with another sidebarcode, which I´ve already got from your teammate Victoria, I could do some changes in that direction, the sidebar should look like – but I would need some further assistence please.

So, do I have to change the code in the CSS-Stylesheet to “all” instead of “none” to get the complete sidebar-menu with all categories and subcategories? Am I right with that?

At the moment, I´m doing fine without a plugin (after testing some of these), just by putting the “individual search”-widget in the “Sidebar Pages”, “Sidebar Overview” and the “Single Produkte” widget slots.
Now, in the sidebar, the categories and subcategories for both ares are still shown together, but now they are coloured seperately – a good compromise, even if I don´t know, how I did it. :-)
There is just the problem, mentioned in the private content area, that the shown sidebar-categroies “change”, when a product is shown (e.g.: the product is based in category A, but in the sidebar the subcategories for B are shown).

Do you have any idea for this situation?

Thanks a lot for your immediate help – it works perfect.

Unfortunately I just got another problem with this new situation I´m not able to manage myself.
I got some submenus in the main menus “Standardprodukte” and “Unsere Kompetenzen”, which appear when swiped by the mouse cursor.
When i resize the browser window now to the level the mobile-menu appears, this submenus don´t appear anymore or are no more “clickable”.

Do you have an idea for that problem?

Hi Enfold-team.
According to a problem with my footer-content, I would need your assistance.
Normally, my footer section has three colomns, filled with the enfold-facebook-widget (on the left), the instagram-widget (middle) and the Google Maps-widget (on the right).
After a wrong click in the widget menu “costumized widget area” to add a costum widget area, my footer section looked like on the following screenshot.

Deleting all content in the footer colomns in the widget area didn´t have any effect.
How can I get the footer colomns blank, so I can place my “old” widgets again?
