July 25, 2021 at 8:32 am in reply to: Version 4.8.4 – Breaks edit in header & catalogue element items #1312180Thanks Rikard. Exactly what i need to hear. Btw, I am not a technical business owner. My understanding is that – with each update, you simply replace over all the files in the theme folder (generally you do not leave any residue files after each update, any redundant files will be removed by default?) Which also means if i like, i can also wait for version 4.8.5 later and skip this 4.8.4 altogether, is that correct? Do you see any problem with this approach. Cos i just spent quite a bit of time with my host rolling back the server, so i am not going to do this again so soon should I hit another snag. ; )
July 24, 2021 at 10:26 am in reply to: Version 4.8.4 – Breaks edit in header & catalogue element items #1312044Hi there i have problem after updating to 4.8.4 .. the blog post image is not showing (attached privately the link). i can roll back to earlier version through my host by restoring WP to earlier dates. but question is when are you going to release all the fixes (as i can see there are multiple problems) like a 4.8.5?
Also while you are fixing this – note that besides not showing at the “share this post” at end of every post .. all the social icons are also not appearing at the right hand corner of the top bar (in the Header section). I just noticed that.
Thanks Rikard .. so we will wait for the theme update then.
Yes i have the same problem on mobile browsing … desktop is ok. Has it got to do with the latest WP version update? I didn’t notice if the problem was there before i hit on update button. ; )
December 11, 2019 at 11:12 am in reply to: Google PageSpeed Insights returns backend error on Enfold sites – SEO critical! #1164774Yes .. I think apparently the problem is now solved at PSI. My site now shows a score with no more error message. So ends up there is no need to install pagespeed-ninja plugin suggested. But thanks for the suggestion really .. I really wanted to avoid too many external plugins wherever possible.

I will check it out. Anyway I suspect there is also some problem with Google Pagespeed insights. Now my website is back to normal .. showing a score with no error message. But i did a test on your own site https://kriesi.at/ and fyi i think it is still showing a backend error for desktop speed.
