I include a file of the same name in the child theme directory, and it will override the equivalent file in the parent theme directory whensite loads.

I had this problem since I moved the site from a subfolder to the root.

Ok, another simple trick:

1- activate the plugin,
2- deactivate enfold,
3- add menu icons
4- reactivate enfold
