Hi qeeqac!
Firstly, ensure that you are using the latest version of enfold.
May we have temporary access to your website if the update does not resolve your issue?
Be sure to include any login information in the private content section.
Best regards,
DakeHi macrunner!
Please try the instructions in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-adding-custom-field-on-single-product-page-issue/
Be sure that you are also using the latest version of Enfold.
Cheers!
DakeHey AirstreamCoach!
If you or your users are using the latest version of chrome, PDFs should automatically be opened in the same or new tab because of the chrome pdf viewer.
The only other reason I can think of for it downloading straight away is if you have the “Ask where to save each file before downloading” setting unchecked in chrome.

Hi AirstreamCoach!
In order to change the protected page text you can either follow the instructions under the “Customize the Protected Text” section of the WordPress codex:
https://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Password_Protection
Or you can follow the instructions in the below forum page:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/password-protected-page/

Glad to hear that you were able to get this sorted on your end :)
Best regards,
DakeHi coeval!
You can change the border, border color and background color of the dark transparent contact form with the below css:
#top div .av-dark-form input[type='text'] { border-color: #222; border-width: 1px !important; background-color: #d8d8d8 !important; }
Cheers!
DakeHi axelfx07!
Those are the default placements for titles and headings if you are using the default settings for enfold.
Best regards,
DakeHey djshortkut,
The mobile menu and sticky menu are now back to how they were before.
I have contacted the rest of our team to take a look into getting the email field to display properly on mobile.
Regards,
DakeHi amberr311,
Can you please provide us with a screenshot of what you are seeing in the layout editor?
Cheers!
DakeJuly 9, 2015 at 5:22 pm in reply to: Avia Layout Builder not showing content after update & column editor broken #471014Hey amber311,
If Rikard’s solution didn’t solve the problem for you, may we have temporary access to your website so we can take a closer look?
Please create another thread and include your information in the private content field.
Once that is done please link your thread here.
Best regards,
DakeHi forever_dj!
Did you add or remove any plugins prior to making the changes?
You could try disabling all of your plugins if their is a conflict.
Also be sure that you are using the latest version of enfold.
May we have temporary access to your website to take a closer look?
Be sure to use the private content section.
Regards,
DakeHi djshortkut,
The form field should be transparent accross the boards now.
I added the below css because it was clashing with another style:
@media only screen and (max-width : 320px) { .page-id-6920 #top .avia_ajax_form .text_input, #top .avia_ajax_form .select, #top .avia_ajax_form .text_area { color: white !important; background: #018db0 !important; } }
This one in particular:
#top .avia_ajax_form .text_input, #top .avia_ajax_form .select, #top .avia_ajax_form .text_area { border: none!important; background-color: #f5f5f5!important; }
Best regards,
DakeHey Datibus,
I’m able to view the site normally, but once I try to log in I’m getting a redirection loop or a 502 Bad Gateway error.
Best regards,
DakeHi Ad-Min7477,
I’m glad to hear that you were able to get things sorted on your end.
Cheers!
DakeHi Snerp,
Yes, that makes sense. May I have temporary access to your website so I can take a closer look?
Be sure to include it in the private content section.
Cheers!
DakeHi nbfc,
Have you tried the other suggestions? Also is this the only mp4 that won’t play after being uploaded?
Since we can’t access the site ourselves and it was working on your local server.
I can only assume that their is a permission error with the company server.
Ensure that your server permissions are inline with the WordPress Codex: https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_Permissions
Best regards,
DakeHi wiwaldi79,
Sorry about that.
I tried to login using the credentials you provided before.
May we have temporary access again please?

DakeHey djshortkut,
May we have temporary access to your website? Be sure to insert that information in the private content section.
I’m still seeing a white box when on my nexus 4, but it displays properly at all widths on browsers.
Best regards,
DakeHi nbfc!
Can you send us a screenshot of your settings for the video color section and the page in which it isn’t working.
It’s unfortunate that we can’t access your site itself, but here are a few solutions you can try:
– You can first try disabling all of your plugins then check to see if their was a plugin conflict causing the video to not load.
– You can try uploading the mp4 to youtube or vimeo.
– How large or long is the mp4? You could try reducing the length of the video and see if it makes a difference.
– Finally, are you experiencing this issue with all mp4s?
Regards,
DakeHi Snerp!
If you are referring to the standard portfolio view of the gallery element.
You can use the below css in your theme options to add padding around each image:
#top div .avia-gallery img { padding: 7px !important; margin-bottom: 5px !important; }
Regards,
DakeHey nadinekrijgh,
I’m glad to hear that you were able to get it sorted on your end.
Cheers!
DakeHey touch2be,
You can first try disabling your plugins to see if their is a conflict in that regard.
Otherwise you can insert the below css into your custom css section of your theme options.
.av_one_half .av_textblock_section { overflow-wrap: break-word !important; }
Best regards,
DakeHi datibus,
I’m still seeing “en construccion” when trying to login in as shown below:
Cheers!
DakeHey wiwaldi79,
I’m seeing that you were able to shift your image to the bottom of the color section :)
Did you have anything else in regards to the current thread that you needed help with?
Cheers!
DakeHi Datibus,
I’m getting an “en construcción” message whenever I try to load the wp-admin page.
Perhaps, disabling any “Work in Progress” or “Under Construction” plugins will help us log in.
Best regards,
DakeHi mike1270!
Andy mentioned that it is possible, but you would need to first add your own custom font and jquery.

DakeHi Zaccc,
Glad to hear you got things sorted on your end :)

DakeHey Edi,
The standard way of changing the language for the backend is as stated in the codex.
As for the front end you can either use a google translate plugin (for eg.) if your content is in English.
Alternatively you can use WPML (premium plugin) as stated in this thread:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-multilingual/
Best regards,
DakeHey muuclemens,
I’m not having any issues with editing posts, pages or settings.
As shown below, I’m able to see the content and edit:
