Hey!
I’m noticing a slight improvement in load times now that the preload image has been disabled.
However, images are still taking a while to load up the first time around.
This is very unusual since the image sizes are not particularly big (roughly 200kbs).
Have you considered an alternate server, since it seems your current one has speed/loading issues.
Cheers!
DakeHey Tom!
May we have a screenshot of the parallax issue on your mobile device?
I tested it in browser and on an android smart phone and didn’t experience any immediate issues.
Cheers!
DakeHi!
May we have temporary access to your website to take a closer look?
Regards,
DakeHi!
Can you post a screenshot of what you are seeing on your mobile device?
Because I am not experiencing the font style reset issue.

What version of IE are you not seeing the navigation arrows on?
I’m seeing them in IE 11: http://i.imgur.com/U8PZGRG.jpg

I created a test page here with the image I previously uploaded: http://systemcenter.com/testing/
I’m now looking into why newly uploaded images by me are suddenly giving errors now.Cheers!
DakeHi!
Sorry about that.
Please add the below css to your custom css section:
.av_facebook_widget_wrap { width: 95% !important; }
Regards,
DakeHey!
In a case where you have no local back ups of the files or was utilizing backup plugin of sorts, you could try contacting your server host to see if they are able to revert your website to a previous state.
Best regards,
DakeHi!
You can use the background styling, but in order for it to work with specific elements, you’ll need to use the appropriate class names.
For example, the below css will affect all text blocks across your entire site.:
.avia_textblock { background: red !important; }
Regards,
DakeHi!
Were you able to sort things out on your end?
Because I’m seeing the Facebook like box with an adjusted height/width.
If that’s not the case, may we have a screenshot showing what you would like to achieve?
Cheers!
DakeHey thilohamm!
Please insert the below css (the height value can be adjusted to your liking):
#top .iconbox.av-no-box .iconbox_content { min-height: 360px !important; }
Then enclose each icon box and their respective buttons in a grid row like the below screenshot:

DakeHi!
You can try setting the width to a percentage (for eg. 95% works well with the other sidebar items).

Well, we would still recommend using the latest version of enfold and if the error returns, we will gladly take a look at it.
Did you get a chance to attempt any of the other troubleshooting steps?
Best regards,
DakeHey!
I’m not sure what you are referring to outside of the email address section for the form itself.
May I have temporary access to your website so I can have some context?
Cheers!
DakeHi!
Sorry for the delayed response.
I’m getting an error message when trying to log into your website using the above credentials you provided.
Best regards,
DakeHi!
Sounds like a plan IBIS_Solutions :)
Although, the loads times are starting to fluctuate as of my most recent testing.
If I refresh the contact page 3 different times, 1 or 2 out of those refreshes will take an unusually long time.
If you are unable to pin point what plugin might be causing it.
Please provide us with temporary access to your website so we can take a closer look.

I just uploaded an image without an error (as shown below):

If you’re still having an upload issue on your end, please try the options below:
-
Upload an image using a different computer/device
Flush your cache
Try uploading an image using the twentyfifteen theme
Regards,
DakeHey!
Have you tried loading the site on a different internet connection?
I have loaded the site on an android phone, a pc and a mac on 2 different internet connections.
I’m still not experiencing a slow load time.
Best regards,
DakeHey!
Glad to know you could get things sorted on your end :)
Please let us know if you ever need help in the future.

DakeHi!
I tried it on several computers as well as my phone and I’m still able to see the elements.
I doubt this will make a difference, but can you try logging in with the test account you provided us with?
Best regards,

I can’t say for sure.
It really depends on what process each plugin performs, some (or even one in particular) may be resource heavy.
You could try activating one plugin at a time then test your reload speed.
Have you tested the load speeds on other devices as well, because I’m not seeing a noticeable difference in the speed on my end.
Regards,
DakeHey!
Glad you could get your first issue sorted on your end :)
As for the remaining issues, do you have a link to the thread you asked those 2 questions in?
Cheers!
DakeHi!
I’m not experiencing the error you’re referring to:

You may be experiencing a caching issue.
Be sure to flush your browser cache.

I am not expereincing any slow load times on my end.
Is their a particular page that has been loading slowly on your end?
If yes, please try disabling all of your plugins as a test to see if they are affecting your load times.

Gravity forms doesn’t come preinstalled with Enfold.
Please check the ftp location stated in the screenshot and check to see if it was properly removed from your website.

Are all of your other websites stuck on the same version?
If yes, please update Enfold to the latest version via ftp on each of your sites, then notify us if the error returns after the next update.
