Your website is currently in maintenance mode.
May we have temporary access to your website?
Best regards,
DakeHey!
That certainly is strange.
I’m glad to know that you got hings sorted on your end though :)

Please add the below css to your custom css section:
@media only screen and (max-width : 440px) { .avia-slideshow .avia-caption .avia-caption-title { font-size: 20px !important; } }
Best regards,
DakeHi!
It’s still seems to be a computer/device based error as I am still not getting the error:

Have you also tried using a different device/computer?
Regards,
DakeHi!
You can attach a page-id to each individual submenu css, so it only applies to the specified page/post. For Example:
.page-id-8705 .av-subnav-menu li.menu-item-top-level-7 { float: right; }
Cheers!

DakeHey!
Please try adding a padding-top/padding bottom value via the layer slider style settings for each element as shown in the below screenshot:

DakeHey!
The css that was provided in the thread you posted affects the 7th submenu item.
.av-subnav-menu li.menu-item-top-level-7 { float: right; }
So if a submenu item is removed or added to the list, you will need to increase or decrease the 7 in the above css accordingly.

There may be a plugin causing a conflict, but first please try using the upload custom background option as shown in the below screenshot:

Upon reading the authentication message again, the username and password was included in the description.
I’m able to log in now :)

DakeHi!
May we have a screenshot of the about us page on your phone in both landscape and portrait orientations?
Just in case this is the issue you are experiencing: The about us page won’t link normally because on mobile the link will work as a toggle for the sub menu unless the link is long pressed and opened in a new tab.
Cheers!

It seems that some extra authentication is needed to access your website.

DakeAugust 11, 2015 at 7:51 pm in reply to: Fullwidth Slider: image scales with width -> how to fill complete area? #486142Hey Sebastian!
The fullwidth doesn’t natively support cropping the image as the screen size reduces. It instead scales images to the container width automatically.
The best work around outside of custom work would be to manually crop your images to 500px in height so the forced css height doesn’t break the slider on smaller screen sizes.
Best regards,
DakeHey!
You can try commenting out the below code as dude provided in the thread you posted:
function print_styles() { if(empty($this->print_styles)) return; echo "\n<!-- custom styles set at your backend-->\n"; echo "<style type='text/css' id='dynamic-styles'>\n"; echo $this->output; echo "</style>\n"; echo "\n<!-- end custom styles-->\n\n"; }
The generator file can be found here: wp-content\themes\enfold\framework\php\class-style-generator
Regards,
DakeHi gigoz!
Please add and remove a submenu and take a screenshot of each so we can have a proper idea of what happens to the “Request” button.
Best regards,
DakeHey!
I’m not seeing the grainy issue you’re referring to.
Outside of manually embedding a video, currently video sizes can only be changed according to the ratio settings.
Is it that you would like to stretch the video to the full width of the post (beyond the text)?
Best regards,
DakeHi!
Please try deactivating all other plugins and switching to the Twenty Fifteen theme to see if there is a conflict.
Regards,
DakeHi!
Oh you are referring to the Firefox mobile app.
In that case, please try clearing your browser cache and deactivating all of your plugins, if you haven’t already.
If that doesn’t help, may we have temporary access to your website so we can take a closer look?
Best regards,
DakeHey!
I’m also, not seeing the issue on my end.
Have you tried loading your website on a difference computer/device or a internet connection?
Regards,
DakeHey!
In order to achieve your desired gallery view, you would need to perform modifications outside of the current scope of support.
We would recommend enlisting the aid of a freelancer to perform the necessary work.
Best regards,
DakeHey!
Glad to know we could help :)

DakeHey!
You can actually, have you tried using a smaller custom size like the below example?

You can try adding both text sections to the same 1/2 cell, then have them separated with a separator element/horizontal rule.
Cheers!
DakeHi!
May we have a screenshot or an exact link where we can test the special heading error?
I’m not experiencing the issue on the test page I created here:

DakeHey!
We could use a media query to adjust the font size of the menu items as the screen width reduces.
Since you are currently using the “logo above menu” view, would you like to revert to the inline view then use the media query instead?
Cheers!
