I’m now experiencing the slow load time.

Have you tried using a caching plugin or tested disabling your other plugins as suggested in my previous post?

I’m not experiencing any noticeable slow loading on my end.

You can try clearing your cache and deactivating all of your plugins to see if a particular plugin is causing the issue on your end.

Alternatively you can use a caching plugin.

Hi!

First the site owner will need to redownload Enfold via Themeforest.

Then replace the masonry_entries.php file in the current site with the copy in the Enfold.zip folder from Themeforest.

The directory is “themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/masonry_entries.php”

I’m seeing the following error in your header serction:

It seems that your logo only loads when logged into your website.

Please try deactivating your plugins to see if any of them are causing a conflict.

I am now experiencing the error on your website, however I am unable to reproduce the error on my test server.

The content alone shouldn’t be affecting either content builder elements.

At this point we would recommend backing up, then reinstalling a fresh copy of WP and Enfold to resolve this issue.

Hey!

If your gallery works while the “Accura FoodMenuWP” plugin is deactivated, but your other plugins are active, that would mean the conflict lies in that plugin.

I’m still not experiencing the error on either page.

I also added your pastebin content in a text block and accordion toggle.

Have you tried clearing your cache or performing any of the testing steps on a different device/connection?
