Thank you they worked for me too! =))
MIne have disappeared too!
Hi there,
Thank you for your text.
I tried disabling JavaScript merging but it didn’t fix the problem. Could you please advise what else we can try. The problem started when we updated to WordPress 5.3. Everything was working fine before that. When the theme is disabled the calendar plugin works fine. Thank you!- This reply was modified 5 years ago by daisypaws.
We are having the same problem, could you let us know when this will be updated?

I read someone else’s solution that they just posted… they used WP Sweep and it worked for them… it worked for me too!
All working again now =))July 30, 2019 at 12:55 am in reply to: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin em #1122988Thanks Rikard,
It’s fine if you’d like to make changes. Could you try to make the second colour section on the home page custom CSS class “my-section”? I’m not able to make this change, it won’t save. I have no idea why? How do I change to classic editor without losing all the work I have already done on the home page?
Why is it only the home page having trouble and all the other pages save without problems?
If I keep trying to edit the homepage, eventually I get the same error message as I originally started this post for…
Thank you!

July 29, 2019 at 9:44 am in reply to: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin em #1122675Hi Rikard,
I can’t even make a simple change to the homepage… I want to make the second colour section a “my-section” to reduce the spacing between the columns (according to the custom css I have). It won’t save when I make that simple change.
My tech guy said that most websites only need 64mb of ram and that I’m using too many boxes. Is it all the boxes that is causing the ram problem? I have never used wordpress before, am I using colour sections and boxes in the wrong way?
Thanks! =))
July 29, 2019 at 1:35 am in reply to: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin em #1122598Hi Rikard,
I’m still having problems. My tech guy said our PHP is actually already 7.2 (I got that wrong) . He increased the RAM to 128mb which at least let me access the home page editor again but I was still having problems not being able to save changes. He increased the RAM to 256mb and I’m still having problems. He said that the number of boxes I’ve used on the homepage was too many and taking up RAM. Is that the case? Is there a way for me to reduce the boxes and still have all the animations and columns that I need? Are you able to take a look and tell me why we are needing so much RAM or if there’s another problem?
By the way, it’s only the home page, all the other pages are editing fine.
Thanks so much =))
July 26, 2019 at 1:15 am in reply to: The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin em #1122010Hi Rikard, apparently it was an issue with the “memory configuration” and not PHP version. Anyways, all working again now, thanks again for your great support!

Please check your site admin em #1121345Hi Rikard, thanks for confirming that, I did a lot of google searching and thought that must be the problem too. We have PHP 7.0 without option in cpanel to use 7.1 or 7.2 so I’m going to talk to our server host to see if we can get that changed. Thanks again! =))

ok, thanks again for your help, all working well! =))
Thanks so much!
Do I need to re-enable css merging?
=))Worked perfectly, thanks!! =))
Thanks Nikko,
I’m a total newbie at wordpress, this is my first site so bear with me!I did as you said but no change seemed to happen in either case.
So for each of the 2 color sections I called the section my-section in the section ID field and then pasted the code you gave me into the custom css field below it. Is that right?
I hard-refreshed Chrome but could not see any change in spacing between columns.
Help please! =))Hi thanks so much, I cleared the cache in firefox and it’s displaying correctly now =))
A couple of other questions:
On the home page and another page (links in private content) I have some columns that I want to be closer together but the theme only allows “no space” between columns or “space between columns”. Is there a way to specify the space between the columns? I would like them to be closer together but not touching.
Also, I have specified the buttons in Advanced Styling to be 40px radius so they are quite round, but the default “submit” button for the contact forms is square, is there a way I can have these buttons also with a 40px radius?
Thanks again for your help =)))
Sorry about that, done! =)))
Hi Rikard,
I added it according to your docs: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/typography/#how-to-add-google-fonts-using-css (How to upload custom fonts). They are displaying in the drop down menu so I can choose them in the styling options.
They are displaying correctly in Chrome and Safari on my computer…
Thanks again for your help! =))Thank you!
