I think this was a conflict with WP Rocket. I tweaked some settings there and it appears to be working again. Thank you for pointing me in the right direction.
Hi, I completed those actions (upgraded to the latest version of enfold) and the Javascript file merging and compression was already disabled. The animation worked at first, and now it’s reverted back to not working again.
I deleted the existing file and uploaded under a new name, but still not rendering correctly. I tried a couple different names, and also tried downloading a completely new icon file. When the icon starts to fade in, it shows correctly, but then when it comes into full view, it reverts to a different icon.
I did not think I did anything with the shortcode – just made the grid and after a few edits, I was no longer able to save changes. When the first grid caused the problem, I tried creating a second one. This one also gave me the same problem.
I have tried making grids on other pages of the website, always getting the same problem.
This is on the backend, when you go into products, and click on “attributes” or “variations.” Details are below. Thanks!
Hi, sorry but I am not sure what you are suggesting.
One thing I just noticed….when I preview the pages, the images appears just fine. But when I update and view, the images do not display correctly. I cleared cache and still no luck.
I think it is related to the easy slider because I have other sliders not displaying correctly – see below. I have “no scaling” selected, as well as “no padding” for the section. Can’t think of any other setting that would need to be adjusted. Thanks.
Ok, so it worked for the first post I tried, but none of the others. Strange, I did the exact same thing for all of them.
I am having the same problem. Is there any suggested workaround? When I add the plugin, the site breaks. Or is there another way to easily add GTM to my Enfold site?

I just discovered the problem – a conflict with the plugin W3 Total Cache. Once deactivated, the IE9 site looks fine.
Hi, I just tested the site on IE9 and, unfortunately, it looks terrible. Our entire company is still using this browser so I can’t go live as is. The site completely loses the styling on IE9 – the background is a dark gray, placement is off, etc. Any suggestions for how to correct this?
