    Hi
    Can someone give me an idea of what is wrong with the way enfold is displayed on a mobile please
    Thank you

    Hi
    Thanks for your reply. Yes I can scroll while it is horizontal. The full page shows while horizontal. The problem is there is no menu showing and the telephone number has grown in size and looks odd and is not in the right position. The header is all wrong.

    Hi Ismael
    I can see the footer with out turning the mobile on its side now but only because I deleted the mobile fix coding (given to me by support some time ago)

    My mobile is a Samsung J3. My clients mobile is an iPhone XS Plus which also has the problem

    Regards
    Richard

    Hi
    Thank you for your reply. I deleted all cached data on the mobile with no luck. I have placed a link belong that shows a screen shot of my mobile. If you compare it with a PC you can see the huge difference. Some up date ie enfold or wordpress ?? has changed the format of the mobile screen.

    Also where can I find Performance > File Compression settings.

    Thank you
    Regards
    Richard

    Hi Victoria
    Thank you for that information. I have made the change and that fixes the image. But the menu and the footer were not working problem I thought it might be due to some css coding which I deleted. See below

    /*mobile fix
    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 736px) {
    .phone-info {
    top: 107px;
    }}*/

    /*mobile fix
    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 736px) {
    h1.main-title.entry-title {
    display: none;
    }}*/

    /*mobile fix
    @media only screen and (max-device-width: 736px) {
    footer#socket {
    display: none;
    }}*/

    That fixed the footer but the mani menu only appears when the mobile is sideways. And it does not look the best.
    Any further ideas??
    Regards
    Richard

    in reply to: Product page not showing properly #1046101

    Hi Victoria
    Thank you for your reply. Yes I am aware that you need to build the page with the Advanced Layout Builder. However, this is a Woocommerce page which means the page description layout is set. Secondly the page was working perfectly fine until suddenly it wasn’t. As you can see with the other product pages if you click forward to see the product detail they all work fine except this page. My thought is the page has become corrupted in some way. Anyway my best bet is to delete it and start again.

    in reply to: Envato Error #1037339

    HI Mike
    Well that was a work around. Turned out I had to add an Envato app that took care of updates etc then regenerate the token etc Now I know why Enfold was not updating properly. At least it’s done.
    Thank you

    in reply to: Website Broken After Enfold Theme Update #1032893

    Hi Rickard
    Hmmm! well caught ..seems to be that bit of code in the functions.php. That code has been there for ages so the update must have upset it.

    Thanks…big relief

    in reply to: Website Broken After Enfold Theme Update #1032849

    Hi Rickard
    Just to keep you up to date I just cleared the cache and added the code below into the wp-config.php file as I did upgrade to PHP 7. It did not correct the error.

    /** Memory Limit */
    define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M');
    define( 'WP_MAX_MEMORY_LIMIT', '128M' );

    in reply to: Website Broken After Enfold Theme Update #1032526

    Hi again
    That was due to the maintenance plugin being active although it didn’t work on the first page…strange. Also the Child theme was deactivated.
    Hopefully, crossing all my fingers and toes it should be fine now.

    Hi Nikko
    Worked great thank you.

    in reply to: View Cart button #1026636

    Hi Nikko
    I have changed the coding so that the shopping cart symbol with the number of products added to the cart shows up on a mobile top right of screen BUT whereas I can click the symbol on the desktop I cannot seem to do the same with my finger on the mobile. Also I need to enlarge the symbol a bit. Can you help?
    Regards
    Richard

    in reply to: View Cart button #1025174

    Hi Nikko
    That does work but it effects the PC monitor as I have the coding below to move and enlarge the View Cart button. It also makes it very small. Also on the mobile it forces the menu bars across to the left over the logo. So anything I do to the view cart button on the menu is going to effect the mobile page. Forcing one is going to effect the other. Ok so I know now what the issue is what I have to do is come up with a work around.

    /* Move Cart Drop Down Box*/
    .cart_dropdown {
        position: relative;
    left: 1450px!important;
    top:130px;
    }

    Thank you
    Regards Richard

    in reply to: View Cart button #1024705

    HI Nikko
    Thanks for your reply. I have added a few pics on Dropbox (see link) “Firstpage” shows the first page of the website on the mobile. If you click the Menu and choose large filter in the top bar then “Add to cart” of one of the filters it states that the product has been added BUT there is no button to go to the cart. If you click the “Show Details” button instead you go to the “Details page” and scroll down then click “Add to cart” it shows a green screen with “view cart”. I need to see that “View cart” on the first page. Hope that is not too confusing.

    Regards
    Richard

    in reply to: View Cart button #1023767

    Hi Nikko

    I have cleared the cache but it still does not show any button that can be pressed to go to the cart. Also it is my customer who has complained. If you go to “view details” on the product screen and then add a product to the cart you can then see the button “view cart”. Not sure how this can be fixed.

    Hi Mike
    Having given this matter further thought, although I appreciate your help, I believe that the “Fix” is more like papering over a crack in the wall and is not repairing the problem. Is this issue over and above Support? If it is can you recommend a coder that I can compensate to find out what is causing this issue. I have tried choosing someone from the Freelancer type avenue in the past but had some bad results.
