I have a workaround in any case others read this:
1) In your child theme folder create a “woocommerce” folder and import from woocommerce templates the “archive-product.php”.
2) Scroll down to “do_action( ‘woocommerce_sidebar’ );” and replace with dynamic_sidebar(‘Sidebar Archives’);
3) Now you just have to style itHi, I have a workaround:

I have a similar issue and would like to investigate it further.
Can you provide a list with plugins that you use on your website?
Maybe our issue is caused by the same plugin.Hi Mike,
Thanks for the update. Can you think of any idea how I can investigate this further on my own?
Hey Mike,
thank you for looking into it. Did you find the cause for the person in the other thread?
The archive page template used is still the one from woocommerce but I couldn’t see the plugins that hooked into it.
Can we look into which plugins are hooked/overwriting the woocommerce template by looking through wp_filter with var_dump( $wp_filter[‘the_related_woocommerce_filter’] );?- This reply was modified 4 years, 6 months ago by coretekk.
Hi, thanks Mike, I opened a new thread and included the answer to your question in the private area: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/woocommerce-category-archive-sidebar-not-visible-2/

Hey,
I have the exact same problem on my website.
I tried disabling all relevant plugins but it didn’t help.
Can it be, that the newest WooCommerce Version has some changes that prevents the sidebar from showing on archive pages (& search page)?

Fixed the issue, thank you very much Ismael :-)
Hi Josue,
Thank you! Is there a workaround available meanwhile?
Hi,
Steps to reproduce:
1) open url
2) open main menu
3) click on a menu link
4) scroll to the right on the phone
5) scroll updid you try that?
We tested it on actual phones.
Best Regards

The strange thing is, I’m using 3.1.5 and the issue still appears.
Is there a small css fix available to solve it?
Cheers
Hi Josue,
Thanks for your reply!
I didn’t want to use a transparent header first. The issue occurred when I wanted to just do a normal header.
I switched now the style to transparent header because it’s working fine this way.Initially I just wanted white links in the header and therefore I set “Logo Area font color” to #ffffff, however the menu links in the header were shown in a light grey, as shown in the screenshot above.
Hi Yigit,
Thanks for your reply! I was a bit in a hurry and asked Kriesi on Twitter too and he replied the same.
“Hey! You are allowed to use those images in a single project that uses the theme (some of them are CC and can be used at will)”Superb, thank you! :)
Or can I take the ones from your web-demo? Under which license are they provided?
This reply has been marked as private.Hi Ismael, thanks but removes the image and the icon, so nothing is displayed (in blogpost)
I still will use it, because it gives some width to my blog and like it! :D
Thanks!

Hi Yigit,
thanks for the quick response. The weird thing is, this icon shows also when I uploaded an image. The image just gets layed above the icon – if the image background is transparent I can see the icon through.
Is there a way how I can only disable this icon? because Id like to still see the date for posts (and I think date is included in meta)

May be fixed in Yoast 1.6: Bugfixes:
Removed leftover code for the deleted HTML sitemap functionality.
Fix a bug where the wrong $post info would be used for the metabox, props mgmartel.
Fix the way we replace whitespace to be more compatible with different encoding, props Jrf.September 9, 2014 at 5:36 pm in reply to: Bug: Yoast SEO Version 1.5.6 in Avia Layout Builder Page #316010May be fixed in Yoast 1.6: Bugfixes:

another temporary solution is to use the “magazine” element instead of the blog.
I encountered the exactly same bug, documented here:

Hi Josue,
As long as I can life without pagination I will stick with the magazine. Maybe you get this sorted out in a next version. WordPress 4.0 is out anyway now, so I guess there will be an update coming :-)
Thx for caring tho!
Best Regards

This reply has been marked as private.Thank you very very much – I set the correct page inside Enfold (and when set there I can still edit permalink)
however I set the “/market” in “reading” and this caused it to be uneditable.
