I agree, I stated the problem in what I felt was a clear manner but wit so many people looking at the thread (and in some cases not reading it) it has created a mess.
Quite simply,
1) Some time ago I asked if I could pout an image above the menu.
2) Yigit did this for me by logging into the account. Great but I didn’t see what he did.
3) So I went to swap the image by changing the Quick CSS code.
4) Nothing happened so I posted the code in this thread (see top of thread)
5) I was told to upgrade both WP and the theme. Which I did and my image disappeared completely.
And that is where we are and have been for about a week.
Not sure about the new thread as everything is here. I just wanted to replace the image line in the quick css, that was all so it used another image. But nothing happened, so I think Yigit did something elsewhere, but I don’t know where!
Yigit, I’m not sure how this will work, if you recall the header was customised to fix the breadcrumb bar. You, yourself helped me and added an image above the menu. All I wanted to do was change that image. I don’t wat a wigit above the header. I just want the image back (that was there until I was told to upgrade) above the menu.
Jesus, lads read the thread!
I said I completed the update as instructed and now the image is lost totally.
Please, help me out guys, I posted this as a request for help and every response relates to info already posted!

Mate, there was no error in the code! The error was in this thread only, not sure how else to explain it, look at the very first comment?

The css, was always right and no it is not working. Nothing has changed since I raised this dudes. It was just an error in this thread, nothing more.

Hi guys, I’ve updated Enfold and WordPress and now I have lost the image above the header image totally.

I just need to know when they logged in where they addrd that code. but now we’ve done the update is it lost?
Hi Yigit, it turns out the website had run out of space! The host told us after we contacted them!
Odd how it affected the header though.
Either way the problem is fixed and did not have anything to do with the Enfold Theme.

Yigit, I will work through the upgrades, but on the WordPress update I am getting
Download failed.: Failed to write request to temporary file.
So I will now need to speak to the host as I think it is to do with the Windows Server.
I haven’t seen a smooth WordPress / theme update yet!
I now need to speak to someone in hosting so will get back to this shortly.
Is this crucial, last time I updated it broke other things. I just want to fix this header issue, that re-appeared with no reason?
There are only two plugins active – captcha and Nextend accordian menu. I deactivated both, but no difference. I have left them deactivated for now.

Thanks Yigit, on closer inspection Filezilla had been creating an Enfold folder inside the destination folder as oppose to merging it. Never seen that before as the default should be to merge folders with the same name. Either way the Theme looks updated now.
Thanks Ismael, it looks fixed so I have asked my customer to test it. Thanks as always for the exceptional support. Happy to review enfold and your support somewhere if required.

Sorry Yigit it’s on this page (below) which may look familiar. I would like to fix the grey horizontal bar along with the header and be able to do it for all pages using this format.

Look at the wigit menu (Dee Shackles / Bow Shackles) the highlighted item is too wide and the formatting is not great. It’s just a standard custom menu from Enfold, but it’s not displaying correctly.

Hi Yigit thanks for having a look but that is not correct, the image now sites behind the main logo? that is where we were when I first raised this mate.
