Hi,
We do not have any control panel for our backend. The website is hosted on a cloud server, so we have access to the root console (SSH Linux console). Let me know if you want us to share the credentials for that. And we also request you to create a remote session, so that we can understand the process and know the steps of solving this issue as we might switch our server in the future.We are the hosting provider, our website is hosted on digital ocean, and we are trying to update the PHP version as well but we are facing some issues with that have asked for support but we are unable to find a solution to this can you please guide?
Even after updating the PHP version in digital ocean the WordPress still throws the error that the PHP version needs to be updated.

Thanks for your reply. We had implemented the same solutions in past and somewhat is worked but not up to satisfaction.We are expecting some improvement required in the theme itself without using any third party plugins. In order to achieve best user experience and best google speed report as it is need of the time.

We have not used this revolution slider at our website at all.Also in our plugins list also there is no such thing called revolution slider. It comes with your theme by default but we have not used or installed it in the first place. Then why should we go to support of revolution slider in the first place.
