Thanks Josue, you should be able to access site now. Let me know if you got email.
Thanks,
Chris
Hi Josue, the site is under construction but I can get you past the construction page. Just PM me at chris [at] chrisomlor.com with your IP. Also, could you please remove link above to my clients site? I prefer it not posted here.
Thanks,
Chris
September 9, 2013 at 3:03 pm in reply to: Remove section background image in mobile / responsive layout #140109Thanks Yigit, this code worked. I posted it here for others that may have similar request. You’ll need to place hp_bgr_1 as color section ID.
Thanks again,
Chris
@media only screen and (max-width: 989px) { div#hp_bgr_1 { background-image: none!important; } }

September 8, 2013 at 11:11 pm in reply to: Remove section background image in mobile / responsive layout #140106Hi Yigit, this is for a clients site that isn’t published yet. I can put up on a sample site if that helps? Let me know.
Thanks,
Chris
September 8, 2013 at 11:09 pm in reply to: Remove section background image in mobile / responsive layout #140105Sorry, that actually removed the entire section. Is there a way to only remove the background image but show content in section?

September 7, 2013 at 10:26 pm in reply to: menu font change, size, color, active color, font weight #139967Hi guys, sorry about so many posts. On the top menu I just applied a span class to that to change the font. In responsive though and I noticed in demo also that the social icons stack right on top of the phone number and links. What code do I edit to add some padding in responsive mode between social icons and phone number / link area in top header?
Thanks much,
Chris
September 7, 2013 at 10:03 pm in reply to: menu font change, size, color, active color, font weight #139966Hi also, what css do I use to change font in fixed header with social icons and additional navigation. The above worked for the main menu but not the subpages or the top menu navigation. I appreciate your help.
Thanks much,
Chris
September 7, 2013 at 7:32 pm in reply to: menu font change, size, color, active color, font weight #139965Thanks Yigit, that code worked for parent page but not subpages. What do I edit for the subpages to have same settings?
Thanks much,
Chris
Hi guys, in the next update could you make it so the images in sections can align flush to bottom? I had a support request on this which worked for one site and I tried the same on another site and it’s continuing to add padding under images in mobile devices.
When you select “no padding” in the section settings it automatically adds about 30px below images. When you view on mobile devices it adds about 20 px to top and bottom of section even if no padding is selected. This is a major issue with theme as it’s the basis of how I need my clients sites to work with images so it’s a deal breaker at this point since it’s not working.
Thanks much,
Chris Omlor
Perfecto! Thanks much Devin -Chris
Hi Devin, I just edited the base.css and changed headings / body fonts. I just changed the footer widget and coded the title so it didn’t change color to h3 widget titles in the sidebar as well.
Thanks much
Thanks Nick, that would be great :)
Thanks again,
Chris
Thanks Ismael, just realized I can change the colors in theme settings also :)
Much appreciated,
Chris
Thanks everyone, I appreciate the help. Is it possible in an upcoming theme update you could include button in menu as an option so this is really simple for everyone? If so I’m sure others could really use this.
Chris
Just saw this post here so I should have this resolved https://kriesi.at/support/topic/rollover-disc-arrow-replacement-part-2

July 11, 2013 at 12:05 am in reply to: Remove padding in sections so images are flush on bottom of section #126922Thanks Devin, that resolved it for the 2 column layout. For some reason the 1 column image on top is still adding the padding to it. Could you check that?
Thanks much,
Chris
July 10, 2013 at 8:00 pm in reply to: Remove padding in sections so images are flush on bottom of section #126920Hi Devin, I emailed again yesterday. Basically I just need to know how to remove bottom padding of sections in mobile devices because it keeps adding about 30 px to top and bottom of padding in mobile / responsive layout. This is crucial to get this resolved quickly as site is ready to go live soon.
Thanks much
July 4, 2013 at 12:54 am in reply to: Remove padding in sections so images are flush on bottom of section #126918Hi Devin, just wanted to make sure you got my email on the section padding on mobile / responsive layout. I got the images flush to bottom on desktop devices but the mobile side adds about 30px extra padding on bottom of each section which forces images up. Could you let me know what code to edit to remove the additional padding that is added to sections on mobile devices?
Thanks much,
Chris
Thanks Devin, I think the W3 cache may have resolved it. Not sure since nobody else is reporting it, it could have been just one of those unexplainable glitches?
Thanks much
Thanks, yes I have w3 total cache which includes minify also. I tested the demo site and it loads fine on the kindle and iPad so I think my issue must be just my site specific. It’s loading fast according to pingdom tools also, so I have no idea what’s going on with tablet side of things. It loads fast on my iPhone as well. Kinda weird so I have no idea?
Thanks much,
Chris
