thank you, Guenni, I thought I could avoid another plugin.
@kahil
it would be helpful if you name your shortcodes in a unique way,
because I use shortcodes from other sources and they all need to come in a directory “shortcodes”.
It is hard then to find out yours in case of updates …
So a prefix like sfe_ or something else would be great.For example labels for normal single images.
I do not use WooCommerce,but I would like to add a label for single images like seen on your website the “SALE” label in the corner of an image; see at “sale product grid”:It would be great to define individual labels with individual colors and individual text.
I am an artist and would like to label images for example as “available” or as “in exhibition” and something like that.@guenni007 have you managed highlighting search terms without an additional plugin?
Victoria, I really do not understand your answers all the time and it is meanwhile really annoying that your answers don’t lead to anything sensefull at all.
Why?
Have you read my question? No!
Have you read the link I posted to @ismael? No.
Otherwise you won’t tell me what file I need to edit, because that was my question!Please forward it to @ismael who already had a solution for me here but I run into some troubles with in, so I need to modify his solution for the class-breadcrumb.php:
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/edit-link-for-alb-pages/#post-1107045There should be something like @ismael suggested here – but only for class-breadcrumb.php
https://kriesi.at/support/topic/edit-link-for-alb-pages/#post-1107045
@guenni007 do you have already tested it?
it does not work for me for several reasons; where can I add the snippet in class-breadcrumb.php file please?
I had trouble with adding the EDIT link in pages created with the ALB, because at the beginning of the content it looks weird and adding it at the end of the content does not work if the content has parts which are shown only on mobile.
So the breadcrumb section is for me the best place to add the EDIT link, because there I can access it reliable from everywhere.
If you could help me out to add
echo edit_post_link(__(' <span style="color: #ff0000; font-weight: bold; font-size: 11px;">EDIT</span>'));
into the class-breadcrumb.php file, it would be fine. Since I am not a coder, I don’t know where and how to add this snippet. Thank you.
you just need the plugin “Simple Image Sizes”, if you do not want or use some image sizes.
Just install “Simple Image Sizes”, then go to “settings” -> “media” and set the height and width to both “0” where you don’t want this image size – that’s it. No need of any code snippet or something like that.
But: this procedure cannot delete existing and not used image sizes; this is only for new image uploads!

June 18, 2019 at 3:23 pm in reply to: @Guenni007: Problem with your modificated iconlist file for adding h-tags #1111328okay, thank you very much, Günter … does you mean to update the iconboxes.php, too?
June 18, 2019 at 2:57 pm in reply to: @Guenni007: Problem with your modificated iconlist file for adding h-tags #1111318now it works perfectly, thank you very much, Guenni007 for your help!!
Do you use @guenni007 modifications of iconlist.php file for adding a h tag to the icon list (https://pastebin.com/ET7Egx2p)?
I discovered a similar effect where some HTML code is repeating (ENFOLD 4.5.7):
https://www.evernote.com/l/ANKkXHeTQ69KS7nxx-0wAevaUWZaMcPo2mM/
That works fine, thank you very much!
ah okay, I understand, thanks.
Or would be an option to add the EDIT link not at the end of the content but at the beginning of the content?
How can I modify the code for this please?add_filter(‘the_content’, ‘mycontent’);
add_filter(‘avf_template_builder_content’, ‘mycontent’);function mycontent( $content ) { if( is_singular() ) { $class = 'page-edit'; if (strpos($content, $class) == false) { $content = $content . '<p class="page-edit"><a href="' . get_edit_post_link( get_the_ID(), 'Edit this page') . '">Edit this page</a></p>'; } } return $content; }
Thank you.
Thanks, I still cannot get this code snippet function to work on ALB created pages.
Now I will try it to add a edit-link snippet directly in the theme file.
I remember, that in former ENFOLD versions it was the template-builder.php file, but in the latest version this file is rather empty.
So could you please tell me what code snippet exactly I need to add to what theme file to show an EDIT link in pages created with the ALB?
Thank you.
thank you very much, Mike, for your help, it works now very well. You can close the ticket, thanks!
okay, I think I was a bit confused, it’s late here :-(
Anyway, currently it seems to work with the cached Instagram images – even in the footer widget.Thank you, Mike, for the help.
In the end, may I ask what I had done wrong – for a better understanding, if that happened to me again?
I thought I had cleared my cache – and yet the pictures were not visible.Thanks, Mike, but now I deleted my old non-cached area and
now I cannot see the images of the cached Instagram images any more,
that you have made.- This reply was modified 5 years, 5 months ago by BeeCee.
June 1, 2019 at 1:54 pm in reply to: Before and after image plugin that is compatible with Enfold #1106080I’m still using http://codecanyon.net/item/smart-before-after-viewer/7672815 and it is still working (newest WP and newest ENFOLD).
Victoria, his question has nothing to do with blurry images in general, so your link is not helpful at all.
@paullindqvist
I had the same issue and the solution is, that you need to define a special thumbnail size in your Instagram widget. I chose “large” and the the images are not blurry any longer.Hi @nikko
that is very strange, on some ALB created pages I see the red “edit this page” link and on other pages not.
What I discovered, when I use the custom menu widget on a with ALB created page, and I look into the source code of the page, there is a strange</p>
and I cannot see where it is coming from, it seems that it has something to do with the custom menu widget:
This p-tag is only visible if you look at the frontend source code of the browser (Firefox in my case), but if I try to check this with Firefox developer tools, I cannot find this p-tag.
See private data please @nikko
Thanks.
